I've played Fallout 3 with some mods to make it more realistic and with eating and sleeping needs etc. But in New Vegas I already almost die pretty quickly when those legion assassins show up every half hour or so, with hardcore i'll probably die every time they show up, or is it realistic as in I do as much damage to them too?
