3	Fighting Back Look, I paid over $4k her to become a real estate broker. She passed and got her real estate license three years ago, and she sold zero 0 homes. She said she wanted to get a GC license, so I got her a NASCLA GC course from Contractor Training Center for another $4k. She failed all three tries and notably gave up.
