Alcohol is another poison that body decides to burn even before carbs. Let's eat nothing else than a bottle of vodka every morning. Fuck minerals, vitamins, proteins and healthy fats. We need to stuff ourselves with carbs (which in contrast we don't even need to survive) with only benefit of giving us energy and diabetes. Sounds like a good plan.
