So, by JamJam's own 'logic', should we start telling women in schools, "Don't molest any boys today"; and should we start telling mothers, "Don't kill your child today"; and should we also start telling women on social media, "Don't cyberbully or doxx anyone today"? This whole film feels like wasted potential. We could've had a campy self-parody of the Barbie IP, something akin to Life in the Dreamhouse. The difference is LITD still respects Barbie's character; this film clearly only emphasizes the negatives of Barbie.

I also find it quite ironic that Rowling, a feminist, decided to write Lavender Brown (Ron's then girlfriend) as a ditzy hyper-feminine blonde bimbo, and that's one of the reasons that Hermione and we the readers are supposed to be against her. I agree with teaching people to protect themselves, I'm not sure if teaching people not to rape would work. People who commit horrible acts like rape or murder or assault know full well that these acts are wrong, but they do it anyway because they don't care that it's wrong.

On the subject of gender neutral terms, I cannot count the amount of times that I've seen people online saying that we should stop saying "guys" because it isn't gender inclusive (despite being a gender neutral term); but will then happily use words like "mansplaining" and "manspreading". I know what you mean about Tik Tok. There are still some sensible folk on that app though. There are plenty of Tik Tok's saying that the "we know it's not all men" logic is literally the same logic that racists use when talking about whatever race they're against. It gave me some faith in humanity.
