Ill usually go back and forth for a few txts then ill come up with an excuse and tell her well talk later. If im at work i wont text her for hours... even though i could, i dont. Usually the phone is meant just for logistics unless you are in an LTR. And even then txting too much becomes tedious. I would keep it to a minimum with the texting/phone calls. Thats how you create tension and attraction. And dont ever say goodbye/goodnight unless she says it first.

For me personally its helped me stay on my cutting diets in the past. Everytime i had sexual thoughts i would channel that into work or the gym. Made me faster and more intense in whatever i was doing at the moment. I still fap rarely but it does and has helped me.
