The HB scaling is nomenclature from an era I'd consider unfortunate and mysogonisr. Now, though, it has nothing to do with pure attractiveness, but how hard you find saying hi/asking out a particular woman would be. There's also a lot of people who don't use ratings, many of which are highly recommended by seddit.

Well said, and congrats on having that mindset. My dads advice: after you break up with a girl, don't even talk to her for at least 6 months, for both your sake and hers. He's completely right, but it took me way too long to listen.

I'm so jealous of this guy, how awesome he and his life is. Reading his AMA, his life reads like it'd make the greatest biography ever. The women, the friends, the drugs, the military intelligence, travel, and just general adventures. I'd actually buy his memoirs in a second.

About hanging around with naturals: if you have no mutual friends, how do you go about befriending them? It's a big part of my approach anxiety, but one I haven't actually been working on. It's a .pdf. I found it a while ago, off of rapidshare I think. Someone asked for a download of it ages ago and I said I would, but completely forgot. My bad, here it is now! Unfortunately, it's an image pdf (dunno the computer-lingo name), so it doesn't work well with eReaders. If anyone has a good OCR and would be willing to take a shot, I'd be forever grateful. EDIT: Also, if there's a better place to upload it, let me know. I have no idea about how fast stuff gets deleted on megaupload.

Hey, I have no question, just wanted to say I absolutely love your posts. Inner game is definitely my biggest problem. Near the end of elementary school I gained a ton of weight, and kept it on through high school, til first year. I also suffered from awful social anxiety, which I'm actively trying to fix. I only recently found your posts on seddit, and am absolutely loved them. Thanks, and again, your posts are amazing, and amazingly helpful :)

Oops, I forgot to mention. Yeah I did. I actually have two David Burns books on the way (Intimate Connections and Feel Good). I am, though, a huge book nerd. I read fairly often, and I figure, why not read something that would help fix a problem I need to fix. I'm also reading all the inner game posts on seddit, though a bit slower than I'd like as I can't get to a desktop much. I'm also getting a feeling I missed some recommendations in the sidebar, so I'm going back to look lol

I was with you until this point. If a girl leaves uncomfortable after a sexual encounter due to your forcefulness then you've definitely entered a sexual assault scenario. My understanding of token resistance is that you're not supposed to have to pressure or "coerce" a girl into sex or to go further, rather they actually WANT to go further but are playing hard to get.
