Tal Ben-Shahar's books and lectures on happiness and positive psychology are the best I've ever come across. It's the same stuff you'll find in any community inner game resource, but he backs up everything with rigorous scientific validation, so you're not left wondering whether it's a bunch of BS or not(because some inner game advice out there is BS). Visualization, goal setting, power of beliefs, relationships, self esteem, cognitive therapy, physical health, and perfectionism are the topics covered in his Harvard class lectures.
