Lovely advice thanks man. I probably need to go to actual therapy to sort this shit out, cos whenever I try to find the root of my insecurity its multiple sources and it goes ever deeper.

I agree with you OP. Personally my only rule is to not use the "😅" emoji as little as possible. Sometimes its easy to use when making a joke or statement thats supposed to have a strong impact eg something edgy/polarising because you're afraid of offending. Same with too many laughing emojies unless a joke she made really is deadass funny. Simply dont overuse them

I would lift her legs abd sit down where they are. Then place her legs on my lap. That way I can stroke them or hold them doen when she tries to sit up or stroke them and maybe get her turned on

I dunno but it sounds like you dont smile much and I can imagine you don't, if I listen to the mindset you have. You sound like you pity yourself. When you feel this, change your body language and lift your chin, chest out, shoulders back. You might not feel better immediately but it will work wonders in changing the way you think, even if its just for that moment. But doing something about it often leads to success, which leads to more experiences you can draw confidence from in the future. Goo…

I agree that some advice on here is quite manipulative and underhanded at some points. Most guys just want shortcuts around the "pain period". But some guys dont have fathers to teach them and advice from women is really unreliable. So they come here. And it is up to them to be discerning and to listen to their guts and decide what advice they're gonna follow.

I would say something like "depends...what you have in mind?" Kinda prompts her to make a suggestion that can rival whatever the hell else you were gonna be doing, even if you know you're not doing anything.

This is dope bro... just dont fall into the trap of prioritising the number. Suggest or set up a date and then grab the number. Thatll help you follow up after you get the number

Just do it, its ok... I recently approached an 8 in a cellular shop. After I opened her and her friend (6/10 maybe) I asked for her number but she got a bit distracted or hesitated and all the people in the shop (3 guys and an older Indian lady with a stern look on her face) were staring at me. I asked again and the guy behind the counter jokingly says "Go on, 081...?" Although I didnt get far with the girl I learned to not care about the people around me. As long as you're polite you actually g…

Haha couldn't have said it better... its more about adopting a confident body language than trying to become the actual person. Ill definitely check out more infields. Some of what I've seen was a little bit cringy tbh (and Ive seen a few) but if it gets results then who am I to judge haha. Thanks

Na its just that merely seeing a hot girl and not talking with her only presents her good features as shes a hot girl. Merely appreciating her beauty has a certain fantasy side to it. When you actually talk to her you see her flaws and that makes some guys feel a bit more confident. Or she'll be really nice and be genuinely fun to hang with and youll think "what was I afraid of". Or she'll be a total bitch and youll think "damn look at you - beautiful on the outside but shit on the inside". You …

Another one Ive seen is after approaching that 8 or 9 or 10 for that matter, they aren't as hot to you as before you approached. When you see a girl that you think is mindblowingly gorgeous, approaching them and talking to them brings them back down to earth in your mind and you see all their imperfections and humanity close up.

Hardcore vent man. I related hard with the part about not accepting love because you dont give yourself enough love to see that you deserve that love coming your way.

Kinda thought about doing this myself, cos I also struggle with being physical with friends and family, let alone beautiful girls. Good to see its been "tested" by someone

Damn right this is a book that hits hard on being direct and bold. Some of the things he recommends have made me question why exactly certain social politenesses are the norm. Something that rocked my world was the thing of calling first after number closing instead of texting. Simply because that is the more ballsy thing to do.

Thanks for mentining that the journey isn't short... its kinda like gyming; you don't realise you've gained muscle until asks when you got so buff. It almost takes longer than you expect.

Bad hand my ass. Work with what you have and youll see that it doesnt all depend on your looks. You need to have charisma and become a person people in general want to be around. Goodluck man. Dont expect quick results but stay consistent in your efforts.

This solution seems like a bit of a band-aid solution to me. It feels like it fixes your confidence for a while but doesnt really fix the underlying reason why you lack that confidence in the first place. Maybe it can help you build up your confidence after multiple approaches when you start seeing an improved rate of success in your approaches. Because you'd have a better mindset going into an approach because the last approach went well too. Its definitely still an efficient method though...

Exactly this. Focus more on making friends but dont forget to also make direct approaches that show sexual intent.

Dude you need to realise that other people don't run your life. You do. Force yourself to forget about her and move on. Meet other people and try to make new friends. This is a situation where you have to display higher value and show that you don't need her. Making new friends (especially with girls) and generally being more social will give you more options and make you not dependent on her approval or anyone else's approval for that matter. Change needs to happen in your mentality. There are …

I guess Im thrown off a bit by the lack of sexual tension there was. There was sexual tension but not enough I would say. I never and even now I dont perceive it to have been the kissing moment really... But yeah next time I will definitely make more of an effort to kino.
