We have been married for 11 years , my opinion she gave up on me months ago and the icing was I told her I did want to move to closer to what little family she has left that will tolerate her . Definitely some personality issues going on but not enough to get her committed sadly .

1.I still need my detailed list of assets 2. She is on disability and probably will be until whatever I give her runs out , she is a paperwork queen so she probably will be disabled forever 3. No confined cases of mail fraud but I called the post master amount her changing peoples addresses and they agreed with me I could 2 people file those charges 5. I have video of her falling down drunk in the yard . She also admitted to me the last totaling of her car she was drunk but that won't hold water…

Would love to keep my home , she saying I stole it from her when I purchased it and keeps calling it out marital home . I would also like to not pay a ton of alimony I don't really own much more. The home mortgage only has 50 k left on it is what makes her gold digging eyes light up

She has always brought up the house and now she is saying I will have to pay alimony. She has said anything about my retirement yet but she has one also .hoping her disability check would factor in my favor to . The thing about the house is I owe very little on it but I feel like she should only get a third or just half after me and my mom divide it up guess that would be a quarter.
