I have a attorney for divorce and another for eviction of my wife's family now I want to work on some kind of order to keep me and her separated aka kick her out the home . Now would I need a different lawyer to get the ball rolling on this . My evidence is all recorded plus police reports coming this week plus her asking me to off her ( should have reported it to have a paper trail) .
