I am by no means educated or have swallowed the pill, also, I do not live in the US and ignore the multiple posts of the craziness in your culture that some point out. This was the first video I have seen showing the mindset of men and women in the West. I did not know what overcame me while watching, a mix of anger, awe, disbelief and so much more. The reason this gives you lasting happiness is because you never forgot where you came from. The moment you lose that is the moment you start to look at imperfections and how you could be better. With repeat customers you just establish rapport and flirt, once you meet them outside work it is just like taking away candy from a baby. However asking them for their number while working is a bit more tricky. Flirt openly, make them laugh and like you, create comfortability and then just straight up be honest. Tell her you like her, that you want to have a date with her and that she should give you her number. This is what worked for me and I got 20+ numbers this way thus far.

I meant that because I have that special connection with that girl that it would suffice to just tell her that I want to get to know her, get her number and that would be enough. Now I ask: Should I approach her and talk to her like to a stranger girl with whom I had not a special connection because the shorter version above would not work.

A bar is only good when it is a small and quiet one. A club is a hard place to pick up girls as a worker is my guess. Work in a small food shop like subway. I do as well and it is really easy talking to girls there. That is my two cents.
