How do you go about/view your dating life? I'm curious

Just make sure your actually applying this to your life and not just reading until you “get it” because you never will without practice. Easy way to get stuck in analysis paralysis. Experience will always be the best teacher

Yes, and you don’t have to lift everyday - especially with strong lifts. 5/3/1 originally is a strength based program that’s only 4 days a week. Sure you could engineer your own program but I don’t think your ready for that. It really boils down to your goals.

6’2 (now 200lb) didn’t jump on 5/3/1 until I benched 225x10, squatted 405x8, and deadlifted 455x11. Id wait until you completely stall on a linear progession.

For me, I could sort of resonate with you. Let me try to give you some contexts how I navigated that early in my life. After highchool, I went to college full time on campus and working full time for a semester before I realized that I was burning myself out. I moved out at 18 so I had no choice. I was also paying for school this way. People were abundant and I loved it, but it wasn’t sustainable. I still continued to work full time, but then I ended up going to school full time online. I never …

To answer your question: 5x5 until you stall with a linear progression (usually for lifters after achieving novice standards (sometime intermediate depending on your strongest lift in regards to your body i.e tall lifters with long arms can pull better #'s sooner) check it out here: https://symmetricstrength.com/standards#/ If your intermediate+, you can then transition to a intermediate program that will start incorporating periodization, ect such as: Madcow, Westside, 5/3/1, ect depending on y…

Anything base salary + commission. This jobs exist, you just have to look for them. It’s not going to fall in your lap. Find a niche/industry your passionate about and/or can get good at. This is only if your a mediocre salesman. A great salesman can sell ice to an Eskimo. Ideally, find a industry where prospecting/marketing is done for you. If not, find a company with a strong brand name. If not, get ready to hustle hard. Personally I’ve been extremely passionate in the fitness industry. I sell…

Imo sales is the only way you can get ahead in life. It’s one of the rarest industries a guy under 30 can get his hands on the capital he needs to buy out his freedom. You can make $50k-$200k depending on the industry/hustle. The more you put in, the more you’ll get. Sales sucks, this is why nobody wants to do it. Use this to your advantage. This industry will not be your life (unless you love it). It taught me valuable skills in life which will be too long of a post for me to elaborate; but I’m…

I think this is the best answer right here. Nofap isn’t necessary imo, but it’s not going to hurt you doing it for months. 7–10 days was the sweet spot for me in terms of avoiding blue balls, energy, etc. and there was no additional benefit from there. (Only my experience) If your also working out, eating healthy and avoiding porn you’ll have a deep desire to fuck someone unapologetically the longer your hold your semen. If your interested, look up tantric masterbation. Learn how to orgasm dry. …

Twice a week for hypertrophy. If you need sources I got them. I would disagree with “once a week for acessories and twice for large muscles”, does not make any sense at all. Strength/CNS gains is a different ballgame with frequency though. Frequency as much as everyday (ex. Bulgarian squat method) would be necessary. If your not on gear, ideally twice a week.

You have sexual anxiety because your expecting to yourself to “perform”? Stemming from being inexperience...this is no perform you gotta learn lol. I learned two things that helped me the most: . 1.) For women - it’s not about what happens during sex, but leading up to it. Based on my experience, for women, orgasm is mental. If your jacked, attractive, ect it’s not going to matter how you “perform” in bed. 2.) Your not having sex to please her. Your having sex to have fun. Do what you want with …

Yes it will effect metabolism to an extent; but I'm not literate enough in regards to metabolic damage (I personally think it's a myth via law of thermodynamics) so I can't say anything about it. What I can tell you is that your metabolism WILL adapt faster than you think...your Leptin, Gehlin, Cortisol, and Thryroid will out smart you and you'll be eating 1,000 calories - not losing any weight - and wondering where you went wrong.

No. Maintain a 500-750 cal deficit or you’ll feel like shit. You could potentially try to lose weight faster - but you’ll sacrifice your energy in the gym/work, etc. I’ve been there. Was not fun. I don’t know your personality but I’ve had clients rebound hard back to their weight since they were so deprived. Your on point with your protein. Fat/Carbs are negotiable to your liking. But realize carbs/fats IS YOUR PREFERENCE. I’ve eaten 10% fat, filled the rest with carbs/protein down to 10% body f…

Lol I keep it open indefinitely. it’s not like I count how many girls I’m consciously gaming every night. I rarely even get in relationships so if she’s ready for a new partner...she’ll know who to come to. Women are hypergamous by nature. If she’s not interested then that’s cool. If I figure she has a boyfriend I’ll still game her as normal but I wouldn’t make any moves. I’ll still be expressing interest (indirectly) and she’ll know it. Also know that having a “boyfriend” could be a total shit test and see how you’ll take it. I will continue to approach her as she’s single unless I get true confirmation that she’s in a relationship (I see him, pictures, etc). I'm against any kind of intentional lying or manipulation. If you have manipulate or lie to a woman (promising a relationship) to get into her pants, that's pathetic. As you mentioned; when you let a girl know you don't want a relationship (which you should) "don't put much effort into satisfying me." Is this in regards to sex? Steve Cook started in high school and when he graduated, he’s was pretty fucking swole. There’s no danger if your performing the exercises correctly. Sleep well and eat well. I still don't fully comprehend. So your core shakes and your spine/back is tired/overworked? Most back pain that people get comes from a muscle strain or ligament strain. Having a strong core of musculature can stabilize and brace the spine to reduce injury. If your shaking, your core isn't strong enough to stabilize the weight. Drop the weights, improve your technique and work on your core.

A lot of the weight loss is water weight from carb completion. I do it before my meets when I weigh in 5-7lb less. Over a -20-25% TDEE deficit, and you will lose muscle..so don’t stop the cals too low.

Your carb depleted, so yes. Keto maximalists will claim you’ll be able to be as strong as guys who consume carbs....no Now, you can get stronger on a Keto diet no doubt. If your comparing yourself to a guy with full glycogen, you will lift and have the endurance of a fraction of his. You’ll can potentially look better being carb free but your mood will be shit and your lifts will be shit. Also, there is other methods methods using carbs surrounding you workout (CKD, etc). When your young, you have no other means of learning besides depending and mimicking the people around you (parents, media, etc) to teach you what and what not is acceptable in society. If you can’t find a gym obviously your last resort is calisthenics. Invest in a dip belt so you can do weighted dips, pull ups, muscle ups, etc. Don’t live that lifestyle but if I did, I would just find a local 24/7 gym to my hotel room.

Also know everyone is different. I’ve personally stuck with keto for ~6 months and it was the worst time of my life. I have clients who also don’t do well with Keto. Without the carbs I looked very dry and my abs were crystal clear when I dieted to 10-11% (also due to being dry). But man the lack of energy was not worth it. Now I eat 60% carbs 30% pro 10% fat and feel full of energy! I also lift 6 days a week.

Try reading "No More Mr. Nice Guy". I think this book will give you better insight on how communicate more effectively towards your desires without being walked on or appear overbearing. Just know if you plan on gaining mass and strength on a bulk, and just decide to use lighter weight while you cut, you’ll lose mass for a fact. If I was in your position, I would box year round.
