In my animation class in high school we learned about how shapes of the face contribute to the animator's intended perception of the character. To be specific, truanglrs are associated with adversaries and villains, squares with heroes, and circles with cuteness/innocence. I read this post in an airport and noticed the gender signs in public restrooms.. mens restroom is triangular, womens is circular.

The game was invented in the middle ages and its purpose was to teach war strategy. Teleology was everything in the pre-enlightenment world. That being said, I love chess. I'm glad there's a discussion about it.

I feel bad for our grandfathers and great grandfathers that made western civilization amazing though. I guess when I get a six pack and get my self esteem up and get the poison out of my system I won't be angry anymore but what will be left is a declining civilization. I'll sure as fuck shine from all of the self improvement but what kind of a world will my niece and future children live in?

Society SAYS men are less valuable than women. I disagree. In modern times, with a world population of 7 billion, which is 6.99 billion more than humans need to continue propagating the species, women have no additional biological worth than men. None. You could kill three billion women tomorrow and the human species won’t die off (though it would be insanely hard to get laid). -Rooshv There are so many people in the world. Saying men are disposable is toxic and is internalizing learned helpless…

Porn is such an argued point on the subreddit and is very polarizing. On one hand masturbation removes the power that women have over you but at the same time I definitely feel psychologically drained and more pre-disposed to feeling FOMO over stupid things the next day. I also think it does have a negative effect on my sociability. That hot nurse neighbor said good morning to me and my voice pitch went up when I returned the sentiment. Failure.

he says he no longer trusts me because I "kept something this big" from him our whole relationship. Nothing I could do or say could convince him that these were past mistakes and not reflective of who I am today. He wasn't angry with me, didn't call me a slut or anything like that. Never once raised his voice. I caught a case of feels for a girl last year which was my last serious relationship. Try to frame it as though you're a father figure. One of my ex-plates works with feminists and she told me that they told her that she should "live it up while she's young." I explained to her the importance of being a mother and how promiscuous behavior will sabotage her ability to secure a high value man such as myself in the future and that they are doing her a disservice by giving her this information. The misinformation was probably given to her out of envy because her coworkers are middle-…

This is terrible advice. I have a solid group of 3 friends at work who are my trusted inner circle who I talk about my feelings with, and red pill discussions are very frequent. These are SAFE people. No More Mr. Nice Guy specifies that it's important for a recovering nice guy to find people that are safe to discuss your feelings with. Otherwise you're not going to have an outlet. I've lost friends and FAMILY over red pill discussions. Good riddance. This is your life, do you really want to walk…

This was my plan, thanks. Don't overthink/intellectualize this issue. You got rejected by a particular gal. Period. One of my exes does the same thing so I noticed a pattern. No plans to see her. It's one of my favorite first dates/hangouts. It's an action date. So you kill two birds with one stone: you get your practice if you're on a league in with a little bit of motivation to do well and you're not doing a sitting date doing nothing. If you don't have one, get a ball. It changes everything.

Read the sidebar material. Villar's "The Manipulated Man" explains that all men are slaves. I think you're projecting your frustration at being one yourself, which is ironic. I won't deny it either, I'm a slave to my need to improve myself and be the best person I can. I'm a slave to the standards that I set for myself. We are all here on this subreddit because we are a slave to our biology, but we are not enslaved anymore by our conditioning.

If you're hanging out waiting to receive a text on your phone, at least pretend you're not. My experience has been that if you are waiting to receive a text, you should legitimately do something to prevent you from awaiting one. Go text another person, or if you're waiting for her to respond about a group activity that you planned, leave to go do that solo (you should only be doing things that you want to do and bringing her along for the ride). Hypergamy is in tighter control in those societies because of relative resource scarcity necessitating a male-dominated society. based on subjective personal experience, it can never be empirical. I pinched a girl's ass and she stole my drink, smashed it on the floor and then slapped me. Can I conclude, empirically, that my intended objective of rail and bail was unsuccessful with this individual during that period of time? Men seek women who have a low partner count and are young and thus can provide the maximum amount of sexual value to a relationship. Obviously as women age they become more disagreeable. That is, as a hypothetically high value man, we want to LTR them young, and beyond a certain age we would generally not LTR them; only spin. It's diametrically opposite of female sexual/relationship strategy. And since we live in a gynocentric society, women have been succeeding in their strategy. Men succeed in…

I personally maintain that you can be in favour of equality of the sexes They already were equal, bruh. The traditional marriage EQUALLY traded the female's promise of youth, sex, cleaning the house, bearing the man's children while the man exchanged his time and energy to work hard to gather resources and potentially risk his life at war. Women are siphoning the privilege without the consequence, and thus, the feminist platform is categorically opposed to equality.

If you are conscious of the fact that she knows or thinks that she has your commitment and she's asking, it's possible she's trying to cash in. If not and you're running some solid alpha game, she might be trying to retain your commitment. I was still angry when I started talking about this stuff. Hindsight tells me I did the community a disservice by misrepresenting it. Catch 22 is when one develops the social intelligence enough to influence people of it charismatically, you have probably developed the social intelligence to appreciate how much you personally benefit from the site and are thus dissuaded yourself from spreading the ideas due to diminished competition. bang a 9 Man, don't even talk about this right now. OP needs to learn self-love before he can sort out love for others. There's a hierarchy of love: Man > Woman > Child > animal / objects. Once you've accepted yourself and love yourself more than any other person on the planet, you can let it trickle down onto others. When you internalize the benefits of discipline the next time you lift or finish a project at work, you have to understand that you've just honored and loved yourself and keep it g…

Proof that our civilization is dying: the idea seems preposterous. The equal analogue is how can a man devote what he built himself to become to commit to a woman who doesn't bring the same sexual value (chastity) to the table? Marriage? No thanks.

I have a mixed perspective about weed. I have a career and I lift, but I also smoke weed every night and I like to chill. If I were to drink alcohol, my gains would be threatened because alcohol blocks protein synthesis. If I go out and party and drink, not only will I consume alcohol, but I'll most likely be sleep-deprived; which is also bad for gains. I've waked and baked before on slow days at work with my plate in the morning.

I’M ADVOCATING THAT IF YOU ARE ANGRY ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR, THAT YOU SHOULDN’T BE AFRAID TO TELL HER THAT. In my mind anger indicates an ability for your partner to have control over your emotional state, which is understandably unavoidable and not ideal. I frame my reaction to bad behavior as "disappointment" rather than "anger." I find disappointment to be a much more effective emotion to convey to get control. She must know her place.

My spidey-sense tells me that you are in the anger phase and that is okay. Remember that they need you more than you need them. You would not believe how self-destructive one of my plate's friends are. They hook up with random dudes every night, get drunk and high all of the time, and just couch surf after graduation. They talk about basic shit all of the time and just move around in validation-starved bar-hopping herds. You know what I do? I lift, I challenge myself, and I do cool shit. I grow.…

Reward good behavior punish bad behavior. There's this girl I started seeing a little over a week ago. She gives good head. I reward her with coffee yesterday and make it clear that it was my pleasure to reward her good behavior. However she is holding out. We had a great weekend together and we really click. However yesterday evening I made it clear that I wanted her over for dinner and she agreed to bring some to me. 11 rolls around so I say "I'm not hungry but I want to see you anyway" She co…

One of the first things new pillers face is loneliness. Sometimes the community is all that there is. This is a phase, and it's normal. I've lost tons of shitty friends but guess what? I've replaced them and then some with GREAT friends. Even at 27+ it's not hard to make new friends. You join a gym, you lift, you start doing more competitive things, and then you meet higher value people.

Because life isn't fair, bro. Luckily you have control over whether or not this issue bothers you. You're not a 23 year old girl who rides the CC who will turn 30 and experience a drastic downgrade in life quality, you're a man who will experience a steady and gradual upswing as long as you work. Ignore the bullshit and press forward.

On a serious note my personal trainer has me doing 3 sets of situps for 2 minutes non-stop. On leg day I do regular deadlifts and RDL's so that my hip flexors are balanced. I think cable crunches will be in my routine when I hit low volume high intensity abdominal workouts, but for now I need to condition them for endurance and go for failure.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries …

I feel the same way, and it made me harbor a lot of resentment towards my parents for sheltering me. I also closed myself off from my mom a lot due to it, despite how much she loves me. I of course love her, but I also acknowledge that her and my dad were partly responsible for my shortcomings and the standards I don't meet. This is absolutely dangerous behavior. Effectively, an individual can end up having to through the five stages of grief all over again simply to break out of this particular bargaining phase. Happened to me and yep, just now getting over the anger phase. But I will say the anger phase felt shorter and less extreme this time. But it doesn't change the fact that I regressed back to 0.

My father is a twice-wounded vietnam war vet with hardcore PTSD. He had my older brother with a woman to whom he was married until she cheated on him, re-married my mom, and had me. I feel like we had a very productive weekend about not trying to seek women's approval. This post suggests internalizing validation-seeking approval from women. We don't need their approval. Yes, women riding the carousel lowers their value. Just like being fat and poor lowers male sexual value, generally women do not care about making us feel okay about those setbacks.

I've posted on here a few times about diet as it is something that I am enthusiastic about and I can personally vouch for keto. Growing up I had man titties. I was very self conscious of them and it affected my posture. I'm even slouching as I write this. Keto not only produces the most tangible weight loss results I've ever had in my life, but it does truly provide a realistic transition into developing an active lifestyle starting from a sedentary one. When you're obese, you most likely load u…

After doing keto the discipline just became a part of me because I internalized how I will feel both as a consequence of what I ate and how I perceived my appearance. I crawled back up to 195 over the last few weeks as of Sunday. Intermittent fasting is like second nature to me today whereas it would sound crazy and impossible if I was back in 2011. I've known many people full of talent who lack the proclivity to apply themselves. You can be a brain box but if you don't feel motivated or see a point in anything then you'll just fulfill your immediate needs and end up a failure rather than build yourself into a success. Struggling with this right now. After I graduated from college, got a good job, and started losing weight passively by doing keto (296 to 184 lbs. at 6'3), I started to smoke a lot of weed. I used to smoke unfailingly every d…

“A healthy society helps a young man or woman matriculate. It says, ‘Off you go into something in which you’ll be judged.’ Then, the fear of matriculation is gradually replaced by the physical memory of accomplishment. So, little by little, it gets easier.” This was my favorite line. This is why you shouldn't sit around and smoke pot all day and play xbox. You will cave in. You have to go accomplish.
