I'm not that tall at 6 feet. I'm not as good looking as he was, and my looks are more polarizing. Many people think I'm pretty average, but some girls find me much more attractive. Do you think the girls who like me only like me because I happen to be their physical type, not credit to my game?

No. The guy in the video is 5'7 an pretty average. My dad was a tall good looking guy.

Proof? I've looked it up before and never found anything legit. I also have friends that actually get results and have gamed with the instructors. Unless, I'm being lied to, but I don't see why people I actually know would tell me that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/17 06:31 AM

I don't doubt you, as I've seen guys with game beating the odds, but I want to hear your other anecdotes.

Btw, are you in the top genetic percentile?

I agree. Also, the term manipulation is just a negative buzzword. Every social interaction is manipulative. The difference with game is you're very immersed in getting better at it, so you seem "fake" or a "bad person" even if you don't have bad intentions. Everything we do with others is a form of fulfilling our desires, but people shit on you for trying to get better at doing it, and they just tell you it doesn't work before having put in the work themselves.

Sure, I acknowledge communication works two ways, but I don't think that means skills can't be improved. Part of good game is the ability to influence people. Nobody can ever have 100% control, but I think people underestimate how much can be done with hard work.

50th percentile looks.

There's a lot of difference in a friendly vibe vs. a lover vibe though. Attraction isn't just about acting like a good friend and being good looking.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/17 11:31 PM

You can't learn to have perfect aesthetics, but what can't you learn behaviorally?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/17 11:18 PM

Well, it becomes more natural to you as you practice more. It's not like guys who spend 10 years learning game even have to think about the basics anymore. It becomes unconscious competence and they focus their efforts on learning higher level stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/17 11:02 PM

You don't think behavior has an impact on how attractive a woman finds a man?

I think most people don't know what game means. Game isn't about having the right line or whatever; it's about understanding women and knowing attractive behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/17 10:56 PM

I see. I still think he can be competed with though, but I think realistically few men would ever be that committed to improving.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/17 10:09 PM

Are we talking about the "mythical beast" that doesn't exist, or the "mythical beast" that's just fairly rare?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/17 09:57 PM

Yeah,I've had plenty of opportunities to get my dick wet, but I only go for girl that I find really attractive. Though,I'm not sure if I've made the right choice. I only go the top 10% of girls or so. I'm thinking about lowering my standards for a while to get the experience.
/r/TheRedPill23/02/17 11:30 PM

I'll keep this much public: Yes, I am, but I've still come along way. I do take action. I do approach women. I do observe their nature and interact with them in the real world. I workout. I study and improve myself. I went from being a clueless omega male who could only get friends out of pity to a decently socially aware guy. I'm still a loser by most standards sure, but I've learned a hell of a lot, and I'm taking control of my life through self-education and action. I'm not making an excuse t…

Thanks, but I'm well aware of the reason. I'm still putting in the work. I posted this to hear other guy's stories since I'm curious. Not hating on you though, that's a good straight-forward value comment. I agree.
/r/askTRP23/02/17 10:12 AM

What type of physique to do you feel is best for peaking SMV? I hear girls like the swimmer physique, but RP generally seems to advocate getting as large as possible while remaining natty. What's your view?

Actually dead or metaphorically dead?

I'd like to add the caveat that while warm approach has a much lower rejection rate, it also has the weakness of not giving fast feedback to sharpen game in the same way cold approach does as well as limiting you to a lower number of women.

Tyler has ridiculous social intelligence. I highly recommend his stuff.

I see. So it's not necessarily that he dismisses that subtle points of game as useless in of themselves, rather that they'd be useless to the general population since they'd just waste time mentally masturbating on the finer points while neglecting the basics.

You're missing a lot. Being "alpha" isn't really so much about being commanding a domineering. Domineering and dominant are two very different things. If you were initiating a conversation with a child, do you think you would have to give out orders and be pushy in order to have a strong frame? Max is on-point for such a young guy, a truly hard worker. The fact that he can pull hotties at 5'7 makes him extra inspirational. BlackDragon is a lesser known gem, but I totally agree with you. He's straight-forward, easy to comprehend, and no BS. He teaches in a way that really helps men design happier lives from themselves by avoiding huge traps instead of just focusing on getting women.

I see. What if I'm plating her discreetly? Also, how does emotional investment interact with hypergamy? I'd assume the more emotional investment you get from her the more your SMV is increased from her perspective.
/r/askTRP20/02/17 10:13 AM

Do you agree with GLL? I've always felt he missed a lot of the useful nuances in getting better at interacting with women, but I'm not super familiar.
/r/askTRP20/02/17 08:16 AM

This sounds like a classic case of approach anxiety. You're also implying a scarcity mentality since you're uncertain about how to approach a particular girl rather than being focused on getting good at approaching girls in general. The most reliable way to get any woman is to be able to get women in general. Since you're probably new to this, just be aware that things don't usually go your way when it comes to getting any particular girl, so you need to be focused on putting in the numbers and …
/r/askTRP20/02/17 07:53 AM

I agree. I also think people tend to downplay game, especially among younger people, simply because truly good game is so rare. How often do you come into a 20 year old guy that's actually confident, charismatic, and has laser-sharp calibration and understanding of the feminine psyche? Plus, the way attractive people carry themselves is on average much more attractive due to the feedback they've gotten without having to work. The intangibles are all things and uglier person can emulate. Pretty p…
/r/askTRP20/02/17 04:03 AM

I think guys who are new to this are confused largely due to the heavy BP social condition + the fact that looks is taught as one of the big 3 components of SMV instead of emphasis being on game. Even mainstream RP sources like the Rationale Male seem to hold that mindset to an extent.
/r/askTRP19/02/17 12:17 PM

Are you naturally confident, or did you cultivate it systematically or by involuntary circumstance?
/r/askTRP19/02/17 10:47 AM

What's a good response to that one? I don't know myself.

You don't know what happened, or how she viewed you. You didn't escalate, so it's all speculation.
/r/TheRedPill16/02/17 11:50 AM

Cold approach is definitely my favorite, so I'll keep doing it. I guess this really is the fast track to elite game. What about general social calibration?
/r/askTRP16/02/17 11:30 AM

Well, he shouldn't have been exclusive with her in the first place due to the other red flags. At that point, it was too late to avoid it, since he already did. I'm guessing the best thing to do would be to just demote her without making her feel like slutty and try to keep her as a plate instead of handing over his power and let her have the say in whether or not the relationship will continue. By giving her the option of breaking up with him, he gives her the position of power and authority. A…

What's the problem with #5? I'm thinking it's because it communicates insecurity. What would be the best way to handle it?

Yeah, I suspected that might the only part left. Perhaps I've reached the diminishing return point with theory.
/r/askTRP15/02/17 12:13 AM

I'm not lying. I still feel inadequately aware of the dynamics. Should I just review the sidebar again? Are you suggesting it's all I need in terms of theory?
