What country are you in? About the only way to find a virgin in the usa is to date an 18 year old... and then you have to deal with the issues of dating a teen.

Yeah that was a bumper time the Bezos, Depp, Musk triple play, with a sprinkle of project 2025 rumors... don't read to far into it, the numbers post covid have been steady for a while.

Sorry about your loss. Dude is this the same ex wife that got pregnant by your friend or a different one? But it sounds like you have known for a while she was not wife material. She fucked over bio dad, and will fuxk over your friend who is balls deep in her right now. Live and learn, you don't go looking for diamonds in the dumpster at Wendy's.

Step 1: become disabled, and have your wife support you. But for all honesty you lose half your shit at best... if you have any conflict it will cost you more and your lawyers will take more of the assets....

You might not want to hear this, but its going to cost you over 10k to get a lawyer to handle that. The dick but free move is report the fire arms as stolen to the police, and tell them they are with the ex.. its a felony and as such the police are obligated to do more than just write a report.

Dude it's common just to have a blanket ban on over night guest... or can force the point that they need to be married BEFORE he can spend the night.

At 80 hours a week it would be difficult for her to get 50/50 in court much less custody. I would avoid signing anything unless it comes up in mediation, but even then you could have both of you prevented from taking the kids around the woman. But yes injunctions around who can see the kids are common enough and enforceable.

Really depends on the judge... but you might be able to use the false accusations as the base for a for cuase divorce of her which would lead to no alimony, and a better asset split. But ask your lawyer how to spin this and what the best deal your going to get.

Ask your sister(s) how common this is and what to do. Also you don't need to let them know exactly but you can ask the hypothetical. But her still talking with an ex bf is a no even in the usa.

FERPA, gives you access to them IF she used a school message system. Now getting them from the school system is a different story, but yes technically you do have legal access.

Don't negotiate on child support, that is always subject to the review or change by the court... also the judge will allot of time just bump that number to the state guidelines regardless of what was agreed to.

Why plan for the long term? Look the pussy is going to age and you will have to replace at some point... Just keep shut informal and kick her to the curb when done.

Right, the lawyers burned more than 50% of the joint assets in my case... and almost all of the highly liquid assets(cash and not 401k stock)...

Unless the order requires you to pay part, it is assumed to be in the child support cost... You could be the nice guy and offer to have the child with your family or take the child for more time, but I would not open your wallet any more than required by the order.

Just run the swipes when you take a shit... all of the apps put the people that swipe on you close to the start of the deck. Move the conversations to text ASAP, and set up the dates in person for the same week as you match.
/r/Divorce_Men09/05/25 01:23 AM

If you have the final order it will give the date you need to pay by and an amount. They might have fucked it up in which case you owe nothing. But ask your lawyer to confirm it first.

Dude still trying to break down what your questions are: "Are these texts admissible during the Divor hearing?" Odds are no, most judges are not going to let them in... but they can still sub or depo the girl. Side note without kids and a short marriage time most judges are not going to give two shits. 2."Would this illegally obtained texts potentially help me with the getting a better deal in my favor meaning able to use it as leverage or is it not worth the fight?" No that is called blackmail,…

Texas half of the property is going to happen. As for spousal support you are going to need to show that you have zero way to support yourself, and that is no fault and/or she is at fault... Honestly you are going to need a good lawyer, start making phone calls...

This is it ask once document a no. Have the lawyer ask, they will document a no... then have the judge order it

Yeah, they are nice till they are not... I went on a work trip 3 weeks to go on site for a client(massive contract with large bonus), shit was cool the whole time I was gone like kid on phone every day etc, when I got home the locks to the house were changed and her and the kid where gone.... kicker is I had that house since before the marriage...
/r/Divorce_Men28/04/25 07:11 PM
4

You might get it waived, you have already been supporting her for half the length of the marriage and it was a short marriage to start with.
/r/Divorce_Men28/04/25 12:57 AM
3

You need to show that things have changed since the last order and it's best for the child... Dude, i know it's not fair that you get no support for the kids, but courts don't like to give men child support... Personally I would not stir the pot, going back to court is a lot both emotionally and financially, just be happy in your current spot with custody.
/r/Divorce_Men27/04/25 02:19 AM
5

Yikes, I am assuming she is the higher earner and is tryung to avoid paying you support? But yeah let the lawyer deal with discovery the financial docs will come out in court soon enough, Judges really don't live it when people hide papers

Sorry, the strugle is real trust me. Look at the postive of you don't have kids you can pick up and move to better places, or if you do have kids now is a time to find a hobby with a local club... you like guns, join the gun club, you like sports go to a sports bar, you like games go to the local game shop. Spend time with what you enjoy.
/r/Divorce_Men25/04/25 02:22 AM

If you don't have kids be happy it's done. Also you might just want to move your stuff into storage early if you are moving back in with family for a short time... things can't go missing or get broken if they are not there.

You wife is getting plowed by some dude as I write this... Yes, the split is going to suck, but its not getting better the longer you wait(think about how much more complex this shit is going to be if she ends up pregnant and the dude leaves?). Take advantage of the fact it's not going to be a fight and start the healing.

That type of thing you just need to let the lawyer know and the judge can order you released.

Private or federal loans? For federal you are on the loans you cosigned for till she pays them or one of you dies... private you might be able to get off after she gets a job and makes payments, etc. Sorry you are in this situation, but also they can garnish your check if she defualts etc... You might have lanague put into the decree that orders her to make all payments on time, or have her post a bound for six months worth of payments ( assuming there is enough cash in the marriage). Now if you…

Not in that part of the world, but if they case is not contested, has zero kids under 18, and no real assets, and alimony is not an issue, then it seems like a good idea to save some cash.

What ever you decide in the MSA is good with the mediator, they are not the ones trying to stop the deal... its the lawyers you have got to watch out for.

Depends on the state... But you need to have a lawyer draft it, and your partner also needs to have a lawyer to review it... Please make sure that you also have her lawyer sign off on it.

You have a right to be concerned and concern is normal. Her sending the pdf reports the next day is enough for most judges to go along with, you are pushing a bit hard at this point to get the reports sent directly to yourself.

Depends on the context, if the photos had my kid or a close friend that died I keep them, otherwise gone... Side note also clean the nudes out of your phone etc, pornhub has better shit on it, and nothing will throw a kink in a new relationship like scrolling through your photos and someone other girls pussy poping up.

All that crap just list as misc household goods, unless the item is worth real money to you just hit a general grouping and move on. For example If I was to inventory the room I am in now: macbook s/n xxxxxx 700USD dell monitor s/n xxxx 200 USD desk ikea 100 usd sofa black unkown brand 250 USD misc office goods/furnishings under 300 USD No judge/lawer wants the messy details like bic pin 50% full 13 cents notbook 80 used 2 USD power strip no brand listed 5 USD etc

Texas is a no fault state, and no alimony for most people(since you are working odds are you will not get it). Also no judge or court is going to care about an emotional affair(it is not covered in the law), they would only care about sex(and more to the point you spending money from the marriage on it). 50/50 for cash and property.... If you have kids that is the major wild card. You should call up a local lawyer most of them will do a free consult...

open a new bank account at a different bank and have your new cash go there, it is a very easy paper trail for a court to follow... Also don't move other money from the old account over.

It took me about a year to find a stable footing, but I have friends that are 5 years post split and in a downward spiral(mainly due to drinking etc)... For me the big thing was finding something that I could not do in the marriage and that I can do now(travel), but everyone needs to find their own path.

Sorry about your friend... On the flip side, at least he did not go through the stress of a break before his passing. I had a close buddy that died of a slip in the bath tube at 45 two weeks after breaking up with his wife, he still would have been alive had he been living with the girl and she had called 911(I am sure she would have left the house to go shopping, but that is another story)... You never know when its your time, you can't waste it being unhappy.

Its a thin line, dating while separated(and yes lots of people do it)... If you are going to do it just keep it lowkey(and even more lowkey if you have kids). It can take years to get the split done if you have assets or kids(and I think you have assets). Also, while dating during the split can seem to make life better(well it did for me) at the time, the quailty of what you date during a drawn out divorce is not the best(trust me on that I was madly in love with the first girl that I dated, she…

It is a gift from martial assets, like the same as taking someone to dinner... If there is an AP(and yes that might not be the prefered term, but you are still married at this point). Using joint money on that person, a judge can order that taken out of a 50/50 split and given to the incent party. To answer your question: why is it different? Having friends outside of your spouse even if they are toxic to your marriage is normal, healthy and not adultery...
/r/Divorce_Men29/07/24 05:15 PM

Yes the Court can force and only the Court can force a sell. She could sue you outside of the divorce to force a sale too, but if the ball is rolling on the split no sane lawyer is going to let her do that. Only thing that I would watch out for is don't take female friends to it(or male friends if you swing that way), since she can claim that your behavoir lost her rental income.

Still working on that one, same age range... I had a few friends from work that were on the fringes of the circle and I have since become closer to them. Honestly the biggest problem at the start was being sober enough to care about anything. I tired moving to a new city and that seemed to help, plus just getting out and doing things can make an impact, also I learned how to just talk to people, strange thing is now most of my friends are also divorced and have a higher income...

Texas. Cash on hand split 50/50, 401k gains and adds split 50/50, house sold in split 50/50, we kept the cars we used hers was new mine was about 3 years old, no support for the ex and at the time I made about 120k/yr more, married 8 years with one kid. I spent about 210k in legal on my part and a bit more on hers from her family. Honestly the big winner was the lawyers in the whole thing and the ex still does not see that.

My amount of savings in the first five years after the split was larger than the 8 years we spent married. Honestly, it was very much a case of what was hers was hers and what was mine was hers, my housing, spending on clothes, food, and cars(no new car every two years) all went down. Then you mix in that the time spent supporting us as a couple went into my job, and education.... Honestly, while I miss somethings about being a couple, I am way better off being solo.

within 10-15% of your current ammount... Side note a lot of jewerly stores sell gold/silver coins value of the metal... They will let you buy with a credit card(maybe you want to get your wife a gift and just lost it while boating)...

If you are dating a girl that is over 40 the chances of her getting pregnant AND being able to carry the child to term are even lower than what you have posted... It's not worth the vasectomy TBH... But if you are pulling girls that have yet to hit the wall, you need to do it if you dont want kids.

6 months spousal support is not going to happen. Also the differance between your incomes is small and she has enough to support herself. Do yourself a favor call a local attorney, most of them will do a free consult, also you need to stop sleeping with the girl you don't want her to end up pregnant.

You can pull it online if they did not have kids in my state(but it cost a buck a page), if they had kids you can view the number of fillings and get the lawyer name etc, but you would have to go to the Court to view the pages... Look I had my dick in crazy for a number of years and it fucked with a lot in my life(and right after the break up I was with a few girls that honestly were worse than my ex), now I do due diligance before I take someone any places besides a hotel/airbnb... I have my ki…

Yes, in my state, I went to the courthouse I knew the year of the split... gave the clerk my DL, and she handed me about 10k pages worth of records, honestly I did not even need to make it all of the way through to know that the girl had lied, and was in a high conflict mess.

Pull the Court records. You know her last name and when it happended? TBH last time I dated someone who had 100% 'though no fault of there own' she was fighting a major battle for it, it was someting that was 100% in her control with aligations of domestic and sexual abuse on her part.

Did you ex give the kids x-mas gifts to give to you? What is your relationship like at this point? There is a point to playing the 20 USD send a gift game but only if your ex is playing it too...

At this point if you are preplaning assume she is too... Honestly, most of these that I have seen happen are the result of one party having the other over a barrel, and it being a hail mary to avoid the split.

Then it is over. If you want to pay for half of college that is up to you, if you want to set conditions with which you will pay for half that is up to you. To put your mind at rest I was paying into a 529 for my child until the split, then I stopped since I needed the cash to pay for child support, I pointed out to my child that fact and she understands that she needs to take out loans for college or get the cash from her mother, the only thing that I cover is airfare for her to visit me at thi…

Just take them yourself... during your parenting time you have the right to religious teachings of your choice with your childern(federal issue), provided you have not wavied that right in a Court order and honesty even if you did I don't think many judges would enforce that wavier... You have never been in for contempt. The first line in my state is " You are ordered to show cause as to why you should not be held in contempt".... You have a duty to show cause to hold your ex.... Hired a female the first round, she was good and made me look good in Court. Hired a male for the mod we did on custody(it was a different judge and the guy practiced law with him for years)... Honestly unless the lawyer is friends with the judge you should look at a female lawyer, the pussy pass is real, and they can get away with asking more questions about sex(if that is an issue in your case).

Crying and stress are normal. To put it in prospective, my ex and me ended up making out in the driveway at our home after our stuff was out, we went to the back yard since we did not want to be alone with the other person, she ended up blowing me, then we went inside the house with zero furniture, and spent the night on the floor without anything.

Yes, but the damage was done... Honestly, it was a hot mess while it was happening and about a year after we had a young child... But life is better I make more money(and keep more of it now), my sex life has gone from maybe one a week, to porn star level. I date two wonderful women that keep me well grounded and happy. I could not ask for more in life. Also, I get a bit of sick satisfaction from knowing and seeing that the ex is not happy regardless of what is happening...

Bumble and Facebook dating have been rock stars... Tinder is good for a fast blowjob if you can take an ok photo, and don't mind crazy... Honestly, rural dating sucks, list your location as the city, or try to be in town more. I was rural right after the split, and my matches sucked... Moved into town, and honestly it has been a massive improvement. If you are looking for someone that is also looking for something fast and not heavy on the commitment look for girls that are going through a break…

Does she earn more money? Did she start sleeping with someone else? So many reasons that it could be. Most likely reason is that her lawyer gives no fucks, it is not going to be a fight, it does not sound like you have major money, etc. Her lawyer odds are spent all of 25 min talking with her on the phone to draft the response.

Passports(USA based) for minors take both parents present at the interview by law to avoid this type of thing... Also a lot of places with not let minors enter without both parents. However there are times this might not apply IF they child is eligible for a non-USA passport then each country will have different rules. But they need to lawyer up international flight risk is a very real thing.

No, you can just order a replacement card with just the birth cert(no need for the number). Also, if you have then just be a good guy and give them to the ex, this is the type of small fights judges don't want to deal with.

Only two reasons to change your lawyer: 1. You don't trust your lawyer(this includes following their advise, trusting their skills, they make promises they don't deliver). 2. You can't afford your current lawyer.

No. Just don't work extra, take a step back and enjoy life for a bit... Also you might push your wife to earn more. Side note, start pulling extra money out when you go to the ATM, or getting cash back on debt card purchases... An extra few grand in cash for an emergency can be a game changer.

It's a shit show for sure. Just remember it is a chance to remake your life as you want it. I enjoy things now that I could have never done while with the ex, my sex life is better, I travel when and where I want, I do what I want, and as long as I send in my check, I am free. Don't look at what you have lost, look at it as a chance to get what you always wanted in life.

Take your lawyers advise... But it sounds like with the amount of assets you have you could easily burn them in the split. But she is being crazy you can't get blood out of a stone. Personally if her opinions are she gets it all, or it gets burned I would just burn it all. Working together to save things is only important if you get something from saving them. Also your lawyer could stall the case out so that your child turns 18 before the shit is done, then child support is off the table.

That is wait a year before a relationship. What you get fresh post-split is all trash, you are still not stable from the break and the girls you bring around are trash. No one is saying you can't have fun, but limit it to people who don't know your last name nor have a good phone number, also limit it to one-night stands, have some fun, but wait to find something that will last more than a week.

Subtract the fees, unless she is an agent herself, it's fair... If you have no interest in trying to stay in the house yourself. I would just take the lower of the two prices the agent listed and walk, you get cash in hand, she gets a home that needs upkeep... just remember that if you or her get a lawyer involved you can throw another 20k out the window.

Save your job search records, and even apply for low paying jobs in the same sector... They can go back as a party tries to take it. But judges don't do this commonly in practice since most of those cases go to the appeals court. Also why would you be working a low paid job for five years during your marriage? The argument the other side would have to make is that you have been playing a five year long game over a few bucks.
