What helped me, in the long run, was volunteering. A local church runs a soup kitchen and pantry... it really helped me out! Therapy did nothing, but bagging up groceries to help feed another person. I don't know what it was... but I was thankful it helped me too.

I joined the Air Force, back when the Space Force was just a dream. I became a 1C6 working on GPS satellites in 2 SOPS on Schriever AFB... I loved it so i focused my education around it.
