I think you are overstating the mental benefits of athletic competition in comparison to lifting. I have competed at very high levels at various sports. Different sports really train different areas. Endurance sports = pain. Sprinting = anxiety and adrenaline. Coordination based = focus in the face of fatigue/anxiety. Weightlifting = fear, especially when you're lifting weights that can really destroy your body. If you don't think lifting is hard, I suspect you don't lift very heavy. I do find s…

In another discussion, the comments led to a link on marital happiness and how many sexual partners a woman had. While that was interesting, what stood out to me was this: Men generally, were significantly happier with marriage than women. Although society conditions women to want marriage more than men, the statistics show they are actually less happy. Commitment, often really is an attraction killer.

Ah yes, this is just a tool and an approach of doing things and I'm not dogmatic. However, I do think most guys can achieve far more than novice results doing this, but if you can utilize adrenaline properly, it is certainly also helpful. I've also oversimplified things. Typically, you're brain will still be quite active, but this is a mindset that helps control over-activity.

I generally date younger too. I will say this - you should expect some societal pressure and you probably don't want to bring her to some social gatherings, like work events or work parties. I don't think the social pressure can really be ever totally avoided.

Have to save money to make money. Most businesses require some level of capital.

I'll just speak in generalizations, otherwise, it becomes too specific. But think of hobbies where the typical demographic is fat middle-aged men or 13 year old boys. Those are his hobbies. TBH my hobbies are not that exciting, just exciting relative to the average male who just likes to watch and talk sports all day. For my hobbies I have reached a high enough level of competence that I have had some small crowds watching me. Also have done a decent variety of extreme sports.

Absolutely, will likely bite the bullet and shell out for a $2700-3200/month apt next year vs roommate(I'm in a super high cost of living area). But for now, saving money.

Haha wait till you come to an expensive city like NYC or SF where a one bedroom is $3,500+. While I can live alone, we are paying $2,300+/each for a luxury apartment. Financially, I an afford to pay 3k+/month in a rent, but I'd rather save it. I'm in my early 20s and I'm currently trying to save for several years worth of living expenses, so I can say "fuck it" to my job if I ever have to do something unethical.

It's okay to tell a woman how much you make....if you say it in the right way. Example: Woman: how much you make? You: enough to buy you the most elaborate McDonalds dinner in the world, baby Woman: no, seriously. I make 150k/year You: Oh, that's cool you can be my sugar Mom. Nah, I'm joking. I'm at about 500k. ----- Depending on circumstance after. If she makes a big deal out of it still, allude to how since she's so poor, she can be a part of your harem of women and you'll be her daddy, dishin…

The Alpha/Beta characterization is often too simplistic. Women are not just looking for the most masculine guy with the strongest possible frame...it’s like saying we are only looking for the hottest girl regardless of personality or character or intelligence. Doesn’t have to be a Beta or someone more Alpha...it might just be someone who is a better fit. Maybe they are both musicians, both artists, both joined the same social circle. No need to rationalize too much why a plate dropped...just let…

I agree to extent. Purpose and goals will allow you to focus on what's most important. Except, what you are proposing is not the reality of how purposeful men live. I've lived periods of my life with extreme focus and dedication to one specific purpose and goal. It's not a lonely road and not necessarily a happy one. When you achieve this goal, you will want to enjoy and find some rest in your life. Most of the "purposeful" men in the annals of history still desired strong human connection. Juli…

You aren't getting it. The example is simply to describe a woman that is extremely rare or may not even exist. There isn't going to be an abundance of that particular woman. FYI, Adriana Lima was (supposedly) a virgin until marriage. Even if she wasn't a virgin and her n-count was low, there aren't many Adriana Lima super models for me to LTR or game. Similarly, with men, there aren't going to be many Richard Bransons, Larry Ellisons or Elon Musks in the world. Sure, as a woman you have an abund…

The number of INCELs in TRP has definitely increased, evidenced by the amount of support in this post. 1) Don't initiate? Sure man, if it's social circle game and your SMV is higher than hers. But if I want to talk to the model in the club or the bookstore, I'm going to talk to her. You expect that cutie in the coffee shop to approach you when she's doing her work? LOL. You expect introverted girls to initiate? LOL. 2) If you actually had game, you would know initiating a conversation =/= yo…

This is a good approach. Accept that it hurts and move on. Better than Blue-Pilled days and better than trying to lie to yourself that you are just an emotionless, abundant robot.

I like how on TRP, every single poster, including myself, needs to preface everything by talking about how much abundance we have hahah. I’m glad others are starting to recognize that abundance is helpful, but it’s not everything. As stoic as we would like to be, we are still human and still want deeper connection (even if it’s subconscious)

Oneitis destroys many men, I honestly think the extreme examples are more rare. Mostly, it is in subtle ways. Simply by focusing on the oneitis many men do not fulfill their potentials. Or perhaps they stick at some decent paying, dead-end job for the sake of his oneitis for the rest of his miserable life.

It is true, it is a type of scarcity mentality. However, it is a different type of scarcity than the traditional blue pill (OMG a not obese girl likes me it's one of a kind). It's like if you meet a virgin 10/10 lingerie model who has good family values and you vibe with her well. Sure, there are others like her out there, but certainly not many and it's not easy to find. There is a real scarcity of women like her, and not a fake blue pill scarcity. Or you just fucked 100 girls and one of them y…

You can google the salaries. There won't be an advert. High profile jobs are like these are usually done through two means: on campus recruiting, or head hunters. So to be fair, Google and Facebook it's closer to 150-175k for CS majors. 200k+ is the exception rather than the norm. Also, Netflix doesn't hire fresh undergrads, usually need minimum one year experience, but their base salaries are the highest in silicon valley (partially because they offer very little equity). However, 1 year exp it…

Listen, you can believe what you choose to believe. But the salaries I stated are correct. Do you guys even have friends who work at these companies? I know from first hand sources. Google "Google starting computer science salaries". You can check Reddit, Levels (this is the most popular tech compensation website), Quora, or Wall Steet Oasis. I'm talking net compensation including equity. Heads of departments push north of 500k. Furthermore, Google "Starting Big Law Salaries" 190k base salary …

I totally get it man, but I'm talking more in the context of dating. Had women have ONS with me cause I portray myself as the "hot fuckboy", but they wouldn't want to date me. I don't know what to tell you. There's a very obvious reason for this my dude. You are like 3 - 4 times the strength of a girl, even more if you're muscular and lift. Way bigger too Imagine if a 300LB jacked-out-of-his-mind homosexual body builder started to touch you...I bet you'll have a strong negative reaction to that. Hey man, I understand where you're coming from. Congrats The goal isn't always to get laid the most. I am not true monk mode, but I mainly just go for easy bangs 1-2 times a week or month off tinder. By cutting out partying, drinking, etc... My mind and body are both sharper, even if I get laid less, it's still worth it to me. There honestly isn't a real way to know. It really depends on the girl. Different girls have different preferences. I run the same game on ALL women. Some love it, some don't. Some like my masculine, but reserved persona, some don't (especially the intense party girls). The best way to tell what she likes is with how she spends her time. But you definitely have oneitis. Depends on age and location. Relative wealth is more important than absolute wealth. In NYC/San Fran 100k+ salaries are common and won't buy much. But generally it is adequate if your life is order and you're interesting enough. I make 90-100k in a tier 1 city. It is not a lot, but I'm only 22. Girls can find an older guy making much more money, but they are still attracted to me because I am doing well for my age and I clearly have my life in order. However, if I'm 45 years old making 100k in N…

The niceness is obviously not just for women, but paying a premium on location is mainly because it is easy to pull and women like hanging around my area. And no, even though I make good money, a lot of my plates and my ex-ltr are pretty damn rich. Current plate is a college student flying business class around the world on her parent's dime. When you live in an expensive area, the women make a lot of money or come from money. Not many gold diggers.

You're being too extreme and there is clearly a balance to be had. For instance, I got the perfect place for pulling women, even though it is more expensive. 1) It is in a fun area 2) The view is great 3) It is a luxury apartment in the city I don't mind living in a shit hole, but I have the money and I don't really care spending it. You have missed the point of the post. Nowhere do I suggest spending an inordinate amount of time trying to please women. I lift heavy weights to become the top 1% strongest, but no woman cares about that. I do it because I love it. I get less women because of my weight lifting, since I go out less to clubs. But I do get expensive haircuts mainly because it is an easy way to improve my looks (and yes get more women) and I have the money to do so. Sure, I would still pull if I am unkempt, but by …

One more thing: you will be surprised how quickly a girl's emotions can change. She can be crying over you to partying and doing drugs with sketchy guys the next week. So it is really tough to determine if she has enough of a bond with you to be faithful

It is difficult to predict if a girl will cheat. If you want to maintain the relationship, just don't be surprised if it ends/she cheats. I have met girls who do not cheat, even when no one would find out. But this is partially random in the sense it is really hard to predict this. And it happens more so when the girl knows you're her best option and she's totally in love. Did a few months long distance (20 hour flight) with ex-ltr. Hit over 1000+ pound club in my teens. Protein/mass gainers are useful if you're too busy to cook. However, food is just as good if not better. Creatine helps with ATP production. It helps most people squeeze out an extra rep on a set, but isn't necessary. Multivit is pretty useless unless your diet is trash. I agree, balance is difficult. I think your idea of avoiding being too nice without being mean is a great suggestion. Just seems like many guys on TRP can only think in black and white. "If I can't be nice, I'll be an asshole". An asshole might not get friendzoned, but being an asshole runs of alienating and being alienated

When a woman feels you are above her in SMV, being nice is good. Makes it easier to escalate to sex and have less LMR. If you are above her in SMV AND act arrogant and cocky, she will be pushed away. Even high SMV women are pretty insecure. Easy for women to feel that you are too good for them once they know you a bit.

Sigh, you are in the novice stages of game where you think being nice is always bad. Look, I was going to write you a long example of how being nicer has helped me fuck on almost all my first dates, but I'll keep it simple. Girl is not very attracted --> Show more confidence, charm, a bit of cockiness. Girl is already attracted and hooked --> Be nicer to build comfort, escalate to sex. You will understand one day. The guy who leads my group at work spent almost a decade in the military before he joined the biz world. Now pulls in 1m++/year. I wouldn't disagree with you. Bad things can create emotional toughness. It is just the ideal is to be able to overcome emotional baggage and scars over time. It is possible, but difficult, to be tough and tender at the same time. Like you can still feel deep love for a woman, but know she is not right and things must end.

A warning for noobies: try not to pick a particular style of game when you first begin. The James Bond one is particularly damaging for noobies because they think being not social is "mysterious". I fall under eccentric genius the most, but because I am muscular and good looking, I thought I could be James Bond. Way better results just being what you naturally are, and then tweaking it over time. As long as you're gaming and approaching, the style will come naturally.

Let's not confuse causation with correlation. I don't want to theorize too much. But I think we can compare this to the transformation of a nice guy into an asshole. A lot of times games progresses from: nice guy-->asshole (gets laid more)--> confident and secure (gets laid the most) I'd argue the confident and secure guys who get plenty of women are often the most honest and humble. Wouldn't worry about splitting or paying either way. I used to split a lot more when I had less money, but it is perfectly fine to pay (if that's what you want to). Have not noticed a difference in results. I have a strong income, so if the girl is a poor college student/just not well off, I don't mind paying. If she's similar to me, I'll split. Lol. The women that jump you will generally have a lower SMV. Also, for men with really high SMVs those aren't the girls they want. I'm Asian and I think Asians tend to take things to extremes. The BP guys are very BP and the RP guys are very RP. However, there is a larger majority of BP men (like with any society). On my last visit to my home country I noticed guys in the gym were all getting huge, bigger than the average guy in the US. Why are people reading into this situation so much, making assumptions about the 30 year old. Idk what you're talking about. Average salary data doesn't lie. Look at all the top earning schools/degrees, they are typically engineering or business. I don't know why the term hamster gets thrown around so much when it is not applicable. But there is a clear relationship between how damaged a girl is based on how many times she has been fucked and chucked. I agree that virgins and girls with low-n counts aren't necessarily harder to game and can still cheat. I'm sure women still lie to me, but I can get them to lie less. Your comment is funny. I agree, the biggest thing is to not worry so much. Your car comment sounds like such nonsense, but I resonate with it. On my first dates I used to show my dates pictures of bodybuilders and cars. All the girls tell me later that they were thinking to themselves "why is he showing me this", but they liked the passion and they liked me anyway. I don't do it anymore simply because I am no longer passionate about it, but it was hilarious in hindsight. Now I actually show girl…

I've figured out how to screen conservative religious girls well: 1) "Open up" to them about your sin, so they open up to you. Calibrate this properly, if you say you slept with 100 girls they might be turned off. If you are judgmental they will most likely lie. 2) Think about how much the community is forcing them to be there vs. they are there because they want to. If church is a big community thing, a girl going to church doesn't mean much. 3) Type of church. I found the more emotional the ch…

I have noticed this phenomenon, but there are still women who don't sleep around. Even though Maisy was a liar, at least her n-count is still low (probably). Most women lie about their n-count anyway. This is why it is important to have fantastic game. This serves two purposes. First, when you get rejected for sex it is more likely to be legitimate. Second, women tend to lie less to a guy they think has game, especially if you have slept with many women.

Yes, my profile can definitely be improved and I would get more matches, no doubt. The weekly thing is clever, I admit. My issue with time investment stems from the fact that it is hard to screen the girls online. I am spending time getting girls on dates and going on dates with girls I might not necessarily like. Whereas with social circle or game, I can screen the girl much better to see if she is worth my time. With online dating, the girl usually also looks worse than the pictures. I work pr…

I recently moved to a new city. I used Tinder for a few bangs, but I don't really use it much anymore. If I had proper pictures I would get more. Yet, I still am uncertain if it is worth using. Three things to consider: 1) Tinder gives you a boost when you first start, your matches will decrease each month. 2) Overall quality is lower than what you get in real life. More than half the hot girls there are just there for validation. Really only the less hot girls want to meet up and bang. There ar…

You seem to think aesthetics = good genes while forgetting about one of the most important genetic traits: intelligence and leadership. Women don't get wet over calculus, but they do get wet when they see you can hold your own against the best. I just graduated undergrad, make good money for someone with no work experience (maybe around 100k net), but my bosses are ballers that can pull in over 1M a year. Probably is a cuck because of books like Sex at Dawn (even says so himself apparently) and new age spirituality. On a side note, the idea of having one main LTR and a harem of women is a dillusion. Whenever someone brings this up I know they haven't had real experience. Every high quality LTR I have been with has had attractive men, wealthy men want to date them and commit. If she is an emotionally healthy girl, she wouldn't want someone who has a harem. Its true that women care less about sexua…

This is true and it works both ways. I was very tempted to cheat on my ex-ltr with two girls who weren't as attractive. They were only maybe 6-7.5s. but the fact that they threw themselves at me and it would have been so easy, made it hard not to cheat. Because I got sex whenever I wanted and saw the same naked girl hundreds of times, I got bored also. It went from me wanting sex 2-3 times per day to me wanting sex only 3 times per week. I understand what you are trying to say and you aren't completely off. Keep in mind, I was only talking about ONLINE dating, not gaming a girl in person. However there are a few important things I have to note: 1)Racism and racial preferences do exist. I'm guessing you are white, so you don't see it first hand, fine. My tall, muscular, attractive black friends generally do well with women, but there is a decent portion of women who won't date them because they are black. Similarly, one of my bla…

It's mainly racial preferences and some racism. Having racial preferences is not necessarily racism, but both come into play. In person, however, I do not have this issue. The first girl that ever asked me out was a white blonde girl. On Tinder, you swipe in one second, so gut instinct is to swipe what you are familiar with. That same girl probably wouldn't swipe right.

A few things I noticed about Tinder/dating apps: 1) Used to be a lot easier in the past. Got more/high quality matches that wanted to meet up 3 years ago. Now, still get some decent matches, but I think they are just there for validation. 2)Race plays a HUGE factor. In Asia, I get 10x matches than in USA (I am Asian). I would rate myself an 8 in Asia, because of racism and height 6-7 in USA. I am good looking, but short and white women tend to be taller. If you are too olive skin, may be a bad t…

Well, I write this partially through my own lens. I am relatively young and I assume most of TRP is under 30. It would still be very uncomfortable, I admit.

You need to work really hard if you want to be able to enjoy yourself later. That's just life (unless you are born rich and privileged). It is more important that you graduate and find a job than it is for you to get girls. However, do not ignore social life. Becoming friends with top students will invariable help your own studies. I think he is "Chad" enough. Chad is a fictional character that doesn't really exist. You don't have to be that "alpha" to be an alpha in most women's eyes. I think TRP thinks of Chad mainly in physical characteristics, i.e., 6ft4 220lbs with 7% bodyfat. Shorter celebrities like Kayne West, Zac Effron, Tom Cruise are not "Chad" by the typical description, but they still are your real life Chads with women.

Just go for whoever you'd like. I don't know your situation, but getting girls got a lot easier each year past 18 for me. Even going from 20 to 21 things got easier. Also don't focus on TRP theories, it might make you bitter and worse with women. Just go out, approach women you like, have fun, and live life. TRP is more useful as a safeguard so you won't get fooled by manipulative people/women.

Very correct. A lot of times TRP seems like the blind leading the blind. Further, the people who try the hardest for IDGAF actually give the most fucks. Buying drinks is okay, but its all about power dynamics. If you are clearly above her and she thinks so as well, buying her a drink will increase comfort and give you less resistance. For me, this happens when I'm hanging out with poor college girls and I have a great job, interesting life, etc... You can become a beta bucks if you misread the situation though. It seems like your game is generally good. One useful frame you can try to adopt, is "sex is going to happen, no need to rush it". The problem with not just TRP, but with the world, is black and white thinking. Life is not so simple. With my ex-LTR we went on two dates, didn't even kiss or escalate physically much. 2nd date probably could have had sex (she was in my bed sleeping with me, didn't even kiss). 3rd date kissed her for 3 seconds, then ripped her clothes off into sex. Women like children is a common expression on TRP. This applies to how we should emotionally react to women and this is a good frame to have. If your 8 year old niece doesn't return your text or does something stupid, do you really care? Even if you get mad, whatever, its your 8 year old niece. You won't hold a grudge. At the same time, your niece is fun, so you still play with her. With women of course, if she's done something significantly wrong you just next her (unlike your niece)

Could be your initial approach works well for slutty fun girls, but not so much the more conservative wholesome girls. Usually these things don't happen overnight. I mean I never really had the issue, but if the girl starts seeing me as a beta orbiter, I would just minimize how much I hang out with her for a while, same goes if she gets attracted.
