Sad part is that that place IS a dance hall. People were dancing, but in groups.

I try to find the most genuine way to open the group but light conversation starters are always welcomed!

So the thing is that I love EDM. I listen to a state of trance every week exercising, working from home, etc... The problem is that I fear that if I focus on having fun, I am going to come back empty-handed. Maybe I just can't like party girls by sight alone. My most successful approaches are my situational ones where I can successfully make assumptions about people or point out things I find interesting. I just can't do that very much in a nightclub though, especially after 1am and being ignore…

There were conflicts of interest too. I could of left my place earlier had I not worked out. But the issue is that then I wouldn't of felt guilty of how many calories I was going to ingest. I have a bit of a gut so I tend to be self conscious about how I look. How else can I set myself up better for success?

No one makes eye contact with me though. People always seem to be in their own thing, especially in parks where people are always walking around.

The problem is that I've said insensitive things to women without thinking before trying to be fucking funny and i just end up showing them how little social skills i have even though deep down I know I don't mean to be offend anyone and I am cool person. It's honestly complicated.

There might have been other factors such as how I said it and my facial expression or some shit that i can't remember.

I said "I can pay this one, but you pay the next". The reason why I said that this was because I didn't want to end up in a situation where she would expect me to always pay, but I can see how that comes across as kinda douchy because essentially, I made it seem like she was doomed(for black of a better term) to pay the next date. God I feel like such an asswhole.

I think women nowadays prefer to pay or split the bill. My brothers ex did that. But i dont really know why she said she found it sketchy. That was pretty weird to me. But since I was spending less money i rolled with it.

Yep! I figure it's quite natural to feel nervous. This is FAR from being the first girl I approached, but it was the first time I was in a one to one situation like that since high school(I am turning 24 this year). Once I shake off this nervousness when approaching and dating women, I think I will be just fine.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
