I am not sure about that. The entry level employees are furthest from the top and probably do not make too much above minimum wage if not minimum wage already. If they are at minimum wage then they can't lose more unless they get laid off. Okay this is weird because I read a while back that South Korea is "the male makeup capital of the world" i.e. it is the place where men buy makeup the most.
