Be civil, but not involved in their personal lives at all, nor allow them to get involved in yours. Don't advertise what you're up to, regarding even mundane things. Keep things vague when answering questions like "What did you do this weekend?" or similar. The more details, the more potential for headaches. If they don't know what you like to do, they can't pretend to like it as well.

Dress like you don't have money. Keep your appearance plan. Drive simple cars, etc. Ironically enough, most MGTOWs that I have seen (on here) strive to live simply while acquiring assets and wealth. I don't see many that like to flex that wealth. That alone, if don well, is a good deterrent. To quote a red pilled radio host, "Women love money, they love the smell of it. If you smell like money, they will flock to you"

Look it's simple.

At work be professional. Dont joke or kid around. Just be the guy who looks too busy to be bothered.

If someone asks about your romantic life, just say you're "too busy right now".

Beyond that, that's all you gotta do.

Dont ignore or avoid women like a plague. Be professionally polite, and just do your thing.

Great man principle. Don’t be flashy. Pretty much everything everyone else has stated. Get rid of social media. If you don’t exist on Instagram you don’t exist to women period. Plus it’s an unnecessary distraction. The one exception to not having fancy stuff is the headphones. Get a good nice set, preferably noise cancelling. You’ll be using those a lot so make sure they’re good. Be curt but polite.

Go with the grey man principle.

Going and living in the woods isn't some sort of rule or requirement. Dropping out of society doesn't really do much for you.

Dealing with women is easy, just don't do anything that makes them lawyer up, don't fuck them, don't be alone with them, don't attempt to befriend them, or do, that's up to you.

The two biggest ideas are don't get married and don't cohabitate.

Never be in any position where she has power over your life, because women have pretty much proven that they abuse any power you give them, collectively or as a group.

The grey man is just the average, every day guy that blends into the surrounding, doesn't stand out in any way, and is forgettable.

All the simps will be peacocking and being flashy and harassing all the ladies, that's not a your thing, just be bland and boring. The only reason to do otherwise is to compete with other guys so you too can simp for a slime hole designed to masturbate you to completion.

Wear the same clothes every day. Drive a decent , not too flashy car everyday and if you want a hobby car, save it for the weekends. Don’t buy shit you don’t need. Treat everyone with basic respect (even women) and only disagree in a polite and controlled manner. Let everyone know your boundaries and understand that you won’t suck up to their every need.

Stay as neutral as possible. Wear earbuds a lot.

Don't respond to prompts. Women love to prompt to try to get you to engage with them. Loud sighs, or whispering "Oh my God...", or "Oh, no..." while looking at their phone. They want you to say something so they aren't the one starting the conversation.

I think people confuse MGTOW with disappearing from society, you can still live in society, get into politics, work in whatever you desire, but just avoid women, got the best job on the world and you are an important skilled worker? something like a top notch software developer? a nuclear physician? a brain surgeon? or simply a janitor? it doesn't matter, just be smart enough, never let your guard down around women, don't get involved in anything that may possibly hurt you financially or physically, this is the rule.

If you want to buy a house in the forest and forbid yourself from all kind of technology that's cool, but even in the woods do not let a woman fuck you up, that's all, you can still speak with women, a barista, a cashier, just don't smile to them, talk to them as little as possible, avoid them, that doesn't mean you are giving up what you like
