This was a spot on summary of the matter. Using subtle and playful frame domination not only passes the shit test, it makes a comedy out of how much a stupid fucking comment it was. It also spikes her dread a bit by her wondering why you don't give a shit. I fully agree though that what OP is talking about has a time and place, though I'd probably have nexted her before it ever got to that point.

If this is a true story, I am completely satisfied with the world right now.

She asked for your seat because she is used to little boys like you giving her whatever she asks for. It's called being assertive, though definitely a shitty version of assertiveness I will grant you. Man the fuck up and have some personal boundaries.

She isn't a slut because she fucked a random on a train. Nearly 100% of attractive girls do things like this. They just hide it really well and don't tell people because they don't want to be judged.

This is painful to read. Are you really concerned about 8 partners? First of all, every girl lies her fucking ass off about how many guys they've slept with. If a girl told me 8 partners I would automatically assume 20+. Why the fuck are you wasting your time and energy even having this conversation with a 19-year-old? Second, don't have this conversation with girls. Ever. It is fucking dumb. Even the most warm-hearted small town girl will lie like a sociopath to your face about their "number". …

A few things. 1) Bisexuality isn't a reg flag. 90% of the girls I've hooked up with are sexually attracted to women in one way or another. Don't bother worrying about it. 2) Cosmologist, or cosmetologist? Two very different things. The girl is obviously a bit off, don't read too much into why she didn't want to have sex. If I had to guess though it was probably premature escalation. She knew she could have you once you started grabbing her ass in the bar. It probably made you appear too eager. I…

I think Richard Dawkins put it best when he said, "We are a monogamous species plagued by adultery." I also took this gem from his book The Selfish Gene: "If you wish, as I do, to build a society in which individuals cooperate generously and unselfishly towards a common good, you can expect little help from biological nature. Let us try to teach generosity and altruism because we are born selfish. Let us understand what our own genes are up to, because we may then at least have the chance to ups…

Couple things. 1) You need to come to terms with the fact that the fairy tale happy ending probably isn't going to happen for you when it comes to romantic relationships. Statistically, it simply isn't a thing you can depend on anymore. I personally have switched from wanting a partner to grow old with to wanting a partner to reproduce and raise a family with (with paternity tests after each birth). That would be fulfilling for me, regardless of the outcome after I have the children I want. 2) T…

visit her uncle who has kidney failure she goes to the clubs Clearly she's grieving over her uncles state of health and really busy with family matters. she's only had actual sex with 1 guy Uh huh, sure. Can't tell you how many times I've heard that one. he can't pick me up from the airport, maybe next month Judge her actions, not her words. She's cancelling plans for you to see her and wants to spend the time partying and hanging out with other guys. She's putting you on the back burner in case…

That may work for some but I personally would never compromise myself and break my word like that. I think there are a lot of guys that feel the same. If I am vulnerable enough to be in a LTR with a girl I'm doing her a great favor with the value I bring to the table. If she can't remain completely monogamous with me I'd prefer to just spin plates and remain emotionally unattached. Plus it would be an indication to me that my SMV has dropped and I should work on myself, by myself.

That's TRP. I'll take this shit any day of the week over of going back to a blue pill fantasy world. Be thankful you're aware and that you can learn to adapt.

A tough situation since it was booked before she knew you. It's easy for any of us to say end it and spin plates but the fact is we're not in that position. I personally think the odds are stacked heavily against you but ultimately you have to make that choice. I just plated my LTR a week ago for similar behavior. I'm a happier and less stressed man for it.

If your SMV is higher than hers, then the answer is simple. Hypergamy. She wants the status and validation that comes with being around a high value guy. Bonus points if she gets beautiful pictures while traveling to stunning destinations with said guy. Women live to post that kind of stuff on social media. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. You can do the same thing to a degree and that will attract yet more women wanting to be in the same position. Not to mention it's simply fun to travel to …

No calls, no texts, no answers. She's dead to you. That way you don't obsess over her and move on as quickly as possible. You don't get sucked into the lies and the bullshit. Meanwhile her hamster goes into full meltdown.

I am naturally a very small framed guy as well. Putting on weight/muscle has always been something I struggled with. Eating more is definitely part of the equation. Pretty much packing in as many healthy calories as possible in a day, with lots of high quality protein (.75-1g per lb of body weight if you're already lean) and then lifting regularly on top of your running routine. You'll likely never get big if you're running a lot of mileage but you can be shredded, lean, and strong for day-to-da…

20 miles is a completely arbitrary number you pulled out of your ass, yet it is still a cake walk for a lot of people. Athletic body types come in all different shapes. Here's a guy that runs 31-100 mile races professionally.

Slower pace, shorter runs, less frequent runs. Maybe incorporate some hiking into your routine. Slowly build your fitness and work towards a more normal BMI

I used to get really sore during and after running, always getting injured and having different aches and pains despite running pretty low weekly mileage. Now I run ultramarathons and my weekly mileage is around 40-60 and my legs feel great. Turns out I was just running too hard and on hard surfaces. I slowed down a lot and started running lower mileage on gravel and dirt trails and slowly built a base from there. I'd suggest starting over: Short, slow runs on softer trail and build up your mile…

I got into ultrarunning last year and it's the best thing I've ever done. Running is the epitome of masculine challenge. The amount of mental discipline you develop by getting out there on a regular basis and slowly forging your body into a hardened endurance machine is quite surprising. The pain and agony you submit yourself to also makes other difficult parts of life so much easier to handle. Not only does running help me stay mentally and physically fit, but it's something I excel at. Even th…

The good thing is you can improve both dramatically. Fitness/nutrition/stylish clothing will help a lot. Learning Pickup will help your confidence with women a lot. Both just take time. We've all been there man

Not super outgoing but very confident and, according to feedback I've gotten, exceptionally good looking. I only gained confidence from learning game though. I was very shy and insecure 4-5 years ago. Didn't get laid at all in my pre-game days.

He's really fat though. He comes off as good looking because of a hipster hairstyle, chic clothing, and the scene/people he rolls with. Combine that with a high level of humor and energy and there you have it, an attractive man.

Whatever "legit" means in that context. RSD or any other "pickup" company isn't perfect. It's an example of resources you can learn from. Following/studying different dating coaches and authors to develop social intelligence has gotten myself as well as my friends and wingmen laid hundreds of times. Take the gist of what I'm saying, no need to vaguely object to a random example.

I'm 5'6". Get made fun of for being small/short pretty often. I date cute girls, have fulfilling relationships, and have more-or-less all the sex I could want and pass it up regularly. Surgery to "fix" being short is preposterous.

Just chiming in here. I literally get told on a regular basis that I "look like a Greek God" or "am from a magazine" but that means very little to me. I was great looking with a six pack all throughout high school until now. Had zero sexual interactions from age 16-20. You can have all the looks you want but if you don't have any social intelligence you will get laid very little if at all. I took a few years to learn game and now getting laid is the least of my concerns.

Is this post serious? Fat and ugly people can bang hotties too it just takes a bit more effort. Look at RSD Luke. You're not doomed, bro. You just have some work to do. Hit the gym and learn about nutrition. Then improve your game.

Haters in the comments. You made some mistakes but it's clear you held frame. Good job on that. Not sure how I feel about the smoking/driving though, may want to save the substances for a night in with your friends. Don't forget that sometimes no response is the best response when it comes to shit tests. Ex-talk can be fucking annoying. You handled that fine though.

There is little debate that approaching in person is better and will develop your social skills dramatically faster. With that said, you can still convey a shit load of abundance over a social media platform/dating app. I don't do much social media game, only when a random girl adds me or messages me first, but that's not a steady and reliable way to meet girls. Having great pictures of yourself on Tinder with a brief bio and an Instagram linked to it that is updated regularly with interesting/e…

You did the right thing. Your attention and presence is the most powerful thing you can offer a woman. "lol k" could have easily been interpreted as butthurt. Always best to say nothing and ghost when possible.

we aren't attracted to status the way women are and lack hypergamy, so this concept is pretty difficult for guys to accept sometimes as it's outside of our reality Good reminder and great response all around. Thank you.

I think there is a link between antidepressants and the low quality of women in the dating pool, but it's not because of this supposed link you've "found". Most of the people that take these drugs, especially women, are depressed because of how shitty their lives are and the lack of fulfillment they have from friends/family/hobbies/work. So instead of improving these areas (becoming better people with fun and fulfilling lives), they take a pill while their personality and lifestyle continue to r…

She types like she's in middle school. But don't respond. If you have already, don't respond anymore and don't make any attempt to ever hang out with her again under the pretense of "friends". If you bump into her via mutual friends so be it, but be polite, distant, and uninterested in anything she says. Proceed to meet and date other women. Congrats on the weight loss. Keep doing whatever you're doing and always seek to fine-tune your regimen. Nutrition/fitness is a great thing to get handled.

In all of my experience dating very actively the last five years, I've found this to be a highly reliable indicator of how shady a girl will be. Obviously AWALT, but the vanity and validation seeking is a big giveaway when it comes to knowing who to avoid emotional investment in.

I have a question for those that have extensive experience with LTRs. What are the key mental/emotional characteristics to look for in a loyal woman? Do these characteristics tend to manifest themselves in her life in other ways? Certain friends/career/education/hobbies? Thanks.
