It's very common to feel permanently wounded as well as distrusting of a good man when you've been abused. You're pushing away your Captain to protect yourself and you subconsciously feel like you aren't good enough for love. I'm happy he's patient but that won't last forever. I don't see why you cannot wear heels with a knee length skirt in the office. Knee length is still conservative. Keep on wearing your heels if they make you feel comfortable. I don't show cleavage unless I am out with my husband or at home. He does not like my "girls" to be on display.

My husband and I both enjoy having sex 3-4 times a week. I used to want sex every day or at least every other day. Now that I am embracing a healthier lifestyle, my sex drive has slightly decreased.

I agree with you. The only way a man and a woman can truly be friends is if one of them is gay or lesbian. Every friendship between a man and a woman usually ends up with one person becoming sexually attracted to the other. It's ingrained in our DNA.

My husband is very appreciative of my work as a homemaker. He likes to send me romantic texts every day. His last text said "I enjoyed our dinner last night. I have a wonderful wife-beautiful and a great cook." I approach my homemaking duties like a career. Because my husband loves to eat and he feels loved when I cook for him, I make it a point to look for new recipes to surprise him with. If you have a good Alpha male in your life, take care of your man and he will take care of you too.

Since blood is a biohazard, free bleeders are in fact affecting others when they are allowing their bodily fluid to run all over surfaces shared by the public. Radfems have not made femininity and submission illegal but they have certainly created a climate of hostility towards women who embrace traditonal values. This is another form of shaming.

I love this because my husband loves to make me happy. He responds well to me showing vulnerable feelings rather than being bossy and critical. My husband also appreciates being asked for his direction and opinion rather than me telling him what I'm going to do. Ever since I swallowed the red pill and became more submissive, our home has been much happier and there have been less fights. I love this advice and I love this subreddit because it will help keep me on track.

I have asthma too. Taking your puffer before exercise might be helpful. Do you have a preventative medicine for asthma attacks such as Flovent? I don't like gyms so I lift weights at home and walk on our treadmill. I also do planks. Playing music helps as well as watching a movie while being on the treadmill. Before we had a treadmill, I walked outside with my iPod playing.

I think that a woman shouldn't have sex with a man until she is certain that she is on the same page emotionally with him and she is fine with any outcome after sex. It hurts me when I see other women having sex with men in order to get the men to stay with them or like them. Sex is a gift shared between people who trust each other.
