From what I can tell you have good intentions, but you're coming at this with an incomplete understanding and an inability to completely understand. I'd also say there's nothing dishonest about this. I started out having the urge to be a man, and over time that part of me got buried. For the most part I have probably outgrown this, but for a time it helped me get back in touch with a part of myself that was becoming a memory. I'll also definitely acknowledge not everything posted by every user h…

To me, there's no need for there to be any malice or anything to do this even if I love the other person. Sometimes it just turns me on more to be a complete savage, so I act like a savage. It feels great to just let go and be an animal for a little while.

Ah. To be young and stupid again. The only one who can decide not to give a shit anymore is you. We can't do it for you. If you decide your life is about your own personal gain and advancement over anything else you'll come to enjoy your success and realize you need to strive for and insist upon the things you want for yourself. Nobody else can make your dreams come true. Edit: In the words of tony Montana - First you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the women.

A man ought to endeavor to win at the game, or at least do better, rather than "not lose" by not playing. Sure, if you don't play you won't lose, but you won't win either. You get one life. I made a choice to spend it winning the game.

That's pretty bad. The whole point of the shit test thing is that men generally aren't aware they're being tested. And that's just it right? An alpha doesn't care, period. So when she tests alpha, he reacts to it like he doesn't give a fuck (if he's a natural he likely isn't aware of the testing) and passes whether he meant to or not, by virtue of his alpha nature. We, here, either are not naturals or have had the alpha conditioned out of us, so we have to learn to recognize and pass the tests a…

What I said initially stands for you as well. You're the best judge of your situation as long as you're equipped with the facts and capable of sound reasoning. I was only looking to satisfy your curiosity, not persuade you of anything one way or another on the subject.

I read the sidebar and lurked ~90 days before even commenting on a post here, which has to have been close to 2 years ago at this point. You're probably thinking to yourself what a terrible lapse in judgment I've made, etc. Or you're wondering if I know enough that I'm crazy like a fox, but you're probably leaning toward the former. The question you're asking usually carries that implication.

I just took the plunge myself a few weeks ago. In terms of what expected incomes will be in a few years unless I do some drastic shit hers will eclipse mine by far. Mine was a no risk bet really. We're unusual people. Still I'm a man and she's a woman and everything that comes with that, but I am also a man armed with what I've learned from other men here, and I am the best judge of my own situation.

Got nothing against trans people, and nothing against people being into trans people (as I understand it's a very popular porn genre) but it's not for me. I think if women can say they want only above 5'10" with a six pack we can say no chicks with dicks. We all get to have our preferences when it comes to sex. Recently an acquaintance/SJW posted some article informing everyone of about a dozen special snowflake sexual orientations. I was just like...hey...why do we need to come up with a zillio…

I have to say, parts of that could have been written from my exact perspective. Other parts just made me smile because I recognized in them some of my weaknesses. Logic isn't the language most people speak (to say it RP style, Chad doesn't seduce them with reason), so obviously there would be times where trying to use reason and logic with others is the wrong approach when an appeal to emotion would be more effective and more to my own benefit. It seems obvious when I read it, but as the article…

Diminishing rate of return on your IQ is a very real thing. I speak from experience. My official childhood scores were off the charts. This isn't just "higher level of cognitive ability" though, at this level we're almost too different from other people to effectively navigate an environment full of normal ranged people. The sweet spot is in that 120-130 range. You're often the smartest guy in the room, just enough to outmaneuver the competition, but not so much that the difference between you a…

Men's IQ scores, to my understanding, have a higher degree of variability. That means there are more males like myself with an exceptionally high score, but also more men like my friend B with a very low score (still functional, but not a real thinker). Women, I guess, cluster more closely around the median, and have fewer of these anomalous scores. There was a previous discussion on this sub, and it was speculated that this is because women had fewer roles to fill during the course of our evolu…

Consider cultivating some other income online from home if needed. First thing is first though, you need to have a bank account at a different bank they don't know about. That's where all earnings need to go starting yesterday. They shouldn't have been able to "move the money" on your behalf unless you were a minor, even then that goes against my senses of ethical/moral behavior.

AWALT is true enough to be useful in most situations, in a practical sense. The loaded gun is an interesting analogy because the goal is to say: it's more useful to you in your daily life to assume this is the case.

What you feel has nothing to do with that. And you really shouldn't be sitting here thinking about every little thing and worrying about whether it makes you alpha or not. That in and of itself isn't a very alpha way to think of it. It's a challenge you need to face like any other.

Quality women are hard to find, and some are more "like that" than others. You now have insight others don't, and you should be thinking about how you can use it to get whatever it is that you want, rather than lamenting nature for being what it is.

The subject of the degree kind of determines how much reasoning and thought goes into it. There are degrees where you just need to know a little vocab like "patriarchy" or "microaggression" and apply it to anything and everything so that you'll have an infinite amount of manufactured outrage. I'd hardly consider someone with such a degree "educated" in any useful sense of the word.

I tend to view most people as beneath me, so that's a line of thought that appeals to me. There are a lot of lambs and very few lions. I'd rather be a lion. A lion that's been conditioned to think it's a lamb by a very lamb oriented society needs to be told the truth to begin to behave like a lion.

I think you're possibly on the right track with some of this. I'm in a super high intellect relationship, and the "tests" for fitness are different (though still present because awalt) than what a lot of the guys here probably see. Checking in here. I have a very healthy (abundant) amount of testosterone, sexual drive and aggression. My gifted intellect is the only thing that allows me to control it. Men of a lower order can't keep themselves in check, which is why they do shit like catcall, and why the behavior repulses women. At least that's my wild guess.

I used to see it on FB all the time. The women going to college/university obviously just getting into the first gender studies course, suddenly enlightened on how horrible patriarchy is, suddenly getting triggered by everything. My philosophy is that the information and resources have been provided here to us for our benefit. How we use the information is up to us. I feel for your dad, but we're conditioned to think "happy wife happy life" and just take whatever comes. And at this point he's probably so beaten down and defeated there's probably not much fight left in him, plus he seems to think what's happening is how it's supposed to work regardless of how miserable it's making him. The white-knighting and lightspeed hamsters in the OP are ridiculous. They act like he's stringing her along when he's setting clear boundaries to NOT make her think it's more than what it is. But, because she can't be decisive about what she wants it's his fault...

Let me clarify: she was trying to promote the idea that a better sex life is achieved when married people communicate more, and that more saying what you want would lead to fewer affairs happening. A woman communicating to her husband she's attracted to alphas won't help her husband become alpha.

Male here - This is why I handle the financial part of my relationship. As a good "captain" he's allowed to delegate this to you if he wants, but at the very least I think he needs to have an active role/interest in it. I think that would raise your comfort level with the situation. Even if it's just once a month you check in with him on the overall financial state of the household, and maybe talk about upcoming major expenses, how your savings/investments are looking etc.

Sounds like the girl in your story was probably abused/molested or some shit. That's kind of messed up. The loathing for low value men as I understand it usually applies to the adult dynamic and SMV. Kids that get molested/abused can sometimes have a lot of misdirected anger, and to feel like they have some power will pick on weaker/smaller kids.

Honestly, you mean to tell me these young teens are "feminazi" now? The average high school freshman probably couldn't define what a feminist is let alone be one. I love it. Any preferences men have about their potential partners it's all misogyny and patriarchy, but women can nitpick about any arbitrary thing they want. Height? Income? Penis size? You name it, and it's perfectly legitimate. Our preferences though, those are just oppression and double standards.

Guys that win the genetic lottery but act like betas still get treated like betas. A very good friend of mine is tall, fairly good looking dude. He makes decent money in a good field, working for a solid company everyone's heard of. He bought a house not too long ago. Also, he's a "natural" alpha, in that he tends to take charge in a lot of situations and gravitates towards action rather than inaction. Problem? That sub is very sad, but it was a great wake up call for me. I saw my relationship heading in that direction, and thanks to that sub I knew what wouldn't work. Would you take financial planning advice from a homeless guy? No. Plus a lot of their advice really reminded me of shit I'd already done that had only seemed to make matters worse. Many users here have used what they learned to improve a current LTR. However, I don't hear many success stories from guys trying to rekindle a failed LTR. I think the conventional wisdom is once the relationship ends that it's probably a losing proposition to try to rekindle it as a serious and committed LTR. Most of the experienced TRPers seem to agree that an ex is always a plate at best.

TIL - Pussy tight, definitely virgin. Got it. But in all seriousness if you got her before the CC did then she might be less like that, but she's still like that. It doesn't make her a unicorn, it just means the CC didn't damage her yet. And if it never does that makes her more suitable than other women. It doesn't make her perfect (aka not like that), just better. That's kind of what most LTR TRPers seem to endorse. If you're going to LTR do it with the highest quality only. Higher quality = be…

Don't take her back as a boyfriend. You can have sex with her again if you want, but you can't get attached. She's proven she's not good LTR material. Also when you try telling them to stop talking to someone that's insecure. If a man makes you feel threatened that lowers your SMV in her eyes while raising his. You're literally doing it to yourself at that point.

Hey. Fellow LTR guy here. I had a similar snag. And I likewise find the relationship to have value. Well, if a woman tries to make fun of me I usually find it hilarious and then if I feel like making her cry I dress her down verbally. Also - women kind of like negging so it might be one of those instances where she thinks "I like getting negged, let me neg this guy to initiate flirting!" People that don't care for sex (or care for it so little) are extreme statistical outliers. Most people have a moderate-high interest in sex because it's an evolutionary advantage. In terms of sexual strategy there's not much point in discussing the outliers that aren't interested in sex.

Sounds like the T levels are a little low. Maybe they're finally leveling off after puberty and you're just now noticing. Lifting can bring back some of that old "in the midst of puberty" feeling. I think it's a matter of AWALT, but some are less like that, and others can even go further and know they are like thatl. There isn't a lack of guiding principles though. Frame, for example, is a pretty general concept. TRP is just reality. How we utilize our knowledge of reality is on us. I think it's because people will try to see the things they want. For most people wanting to believe something is reason enough to believe it. People generally choose what they wish to believe and then later look for any evidence to back it up rather than looking where the evidence leads and believing whatever they find. This is why any rational line of thinking is always met with resistance. If you look at something rationally and examine the evidence you might disrupt the narrative and trigger…

I view this as the fault of ignorant jurors more than anything. I sat on a jury for a criminal trial once. My instructions were clear about the burden of proof and reasonable doubt. We had a mistrial rather than an acquittal because of the 2-3 jurors too stupid to understand what those things mean. A good attorney is just one that happens to be better at raising those reasonable doubts in court, so in that sense it will be skewed.

All criminal accusations should be vigorously questioned. The burden of proof is with the prosecution (the state) for a reason. If we're going to impose consequences on people we should be as sure as possible they're actually guilty.

Catcall = something a low value beta chump does. It's a sign you're a low value beta chump if you do it. I think that's a big reason women find it so damned repulsive. Your scale that "mathematically" determines that is just as arbitrary as any other, since any metric for attractiveness will ultimately be subjective. My point though, was that if you make 8s, 9s, into this rare thing, suddenly when approaching one a guy will be more likely to display a scarcity mentality. TRP teaches abundance mentality. She's not the only one, there are plenty of options just as hot as she is, etc. 1 point on the number scale (7-8 or 8-9) isn't going to have a noticeable impac…

Flip side. You encounter a woman you really find to be a 9 or 10 on your scale. You're going to be like "oh shit she's one in a million." It's not really any better to be overly strict about the number. If you see a 9/10 and you're like "ah, I've seen other 9s, no big deal." Basically your attitude is more important than her ego. You're not sharing your rating with her. If she's a 9, her army of orbiters treat her like a 9 already anyway, so her ego is gonna be there regardless of your personal …

Most guys are probably assigning a "percentile" based on other women they have seen. A 10/10 is basically on par with the hottest women they've seen, essentially their idea of what a perfect female would look like. 9/10 is what they give when they WANT to give a 10/10 but they think 10/10 might be just a tad too much. 8/10 is a really hot chick. Not perfect but no real flaws either. 6-7 is okay/pretty hot. If there's a group of 6/10s and they have one slightly hotter friend you can say she's the…

I can say I think I'm doing better with my own relationship since beginning to read here. I have a woman that I find to be high caliber, but still a woman. That means it's up to me to be a man. Remembering that simple fact and accepting what comes with it has improved things greatly. Actually I hear a lot of RP users advise against shaming women for having sex. Usually the context has to do with the fact if you shame her enough to regret the sex it could lead to a false accusation (sex+regret+hamster=rape). False rape accusations are something we don't want!

Even in something specific different doesn't mean "unequal" in terms of one being objectively better than the other. Two directors with completely different styles may be considered equally talented by critics and audiences. If you use "equal" to mean identical, then nobody is equal. It's a status thing. Go back to a more primitive time. Women want to bear the babies of the chief, or the greatest hunter/warrior in the tribe. His penis has nothing to do with those things. What I personally think happens is that guys on the shorter end of the spectrum tend to let it impact their confidence/performance. Women will pick up on this insecurity. I stopped when you mentioned intelligence in the same sentence as "Joe Rogan" - I heard this guy trying to argue with an astrophysicist about the moon landing being a hoax. The biggest word he used in the entire diatribe was "fuckery" - yeah, he needs to lay off the weed for a bit.

I had a buddy once that was pretty RP. He liked to break balls and could be a bit of a handful. However, he was successful at getting chicks. He would occasionally play wingman if someone else wanted to run some game. He was well liked by his fellow men for it. This guy wants other dudes to not hate him. I'm telling him what I saw work for someone in my own life. By playing wingman I mean the guy has the intent of running game, and you do the assist. It's about making him look better. It may als…

In my absolute best T.W. voice: "What makes you say that?" But really - the movie is all about AFBB. It just hit me today when I saw a clip of it used in a youtube video recently that my entire perception of this random thing has been altered. Seeing a random thing differently after spending time here should be normal if it's working. I mean, it's not the only thing I would say I view a bit differently, but it's probably the funniest/most random.

Another way to phrase it would be to say "you have to play big to win big" - if you want to get women that're a bit more attractive than that you'll have to aim higher and not just settle so easily. Have fun with it :-)

My father always tried to impart the philosophy of aiming your goals so high that even a fraction of the goal is a huge accomplishment. I honestly don't know how much merit it has, but it definitely wouldn't hurt you to give it a go :p
/r/TheRedPill24/07/14 06:58 PM

TBH there's no harm in aiming higher. Then if you happen to land a little lower than you're aiming you'll still be upping your game in the process.

Your way has the added benefit of being free. And I would not deny that pulling a female with attraction rather than money is way more satisfying. My only point is if someone's getting a lot of action that it will change his attitude about sex regardless of how he got it in the first place.
/r/TheRedPill23/07/14 03:42 AM

Hmm. But let's say someone wants to develop an abundance mentality. That's easier to do with actual abundance. How he got it is inconsequential. He's getting some action so he feels abundance. He ceases to be a slave to oneitis and other traps.

So perhaps it's more that the gay man will be an "influence" that the woman has no control over, therefore the gay man is a threat in the same way a married guy's bachelor buddies are threats. They bring news of freedom.

If you're ridiculously thin try working out with some weights and changing diet to add a few pounds of muscle mass. It'll make you feel more confident and more masculine. You may have to put in some effort to be more assertive, but you'll find it easier the more things you have going for you. For me it's only possible if they're either in a relationship or their SMV is low enough that I have no interest in anything physical. But if she's hot and single I most likely can't do the friend thing. Not in my nature.
/r/TheRedPill20/07/14 04:24 PM

It's all about SMV. Female SMV is easy to figure out. Is she hot? Is she young? Is her number of partners relatively low? High SMV. For men the formula to determine our SMV is a bit more involved. At least that's how I see it.

One thing I learned long before TRP was here is that if you present yourself as worried/anxious/needy/clingy no matter what the rationalization it's probably going to have a negative impact. Situation as given, I don't know how to proceed, but I definitely wouldn't have been like "I'm not comfortable with that" - perhaps more "I'd like to know more about this trip you're proposing. This is about where I stand. Sex is something we're biologically driven toward, and something we can thoroughly enjoy. How we decide to enjoy it and with whom are our business. Since this forum is at least somewhat about maximizing our sexual success (using sexual strategy) I think it's silly to link to a site that outright decries our sexual nature as somehow shameful or bad. I'm not saying promiscuity is a virtue, just that we would be better off accepting ourselves as sexual beings and that n…

That site is mainly just "pro life" religious propaganda. The times where their views intersect with reality are coincidence. They do "undercover stings" of planned parenthood centers where they're doing nothing more than honestly answering the questions people have about sex, contraception, and abortion. Since lifesitenews is against sexual truth, I'd say don't give them the traffic.

I don't think the divide is intellectual. I think it's emotional. They feel drawn to different fields than men in most cases, and in a lot of cases they are more driven by feels than men. My LTR is in STEM, does well academically, gets paid for work-study as a research assistant and has already been offered a position in a graduate program if she does ok on the GRE. That's just not what most women feel compelled to do. There are those that do, and they definitely should. Anyone who has the aptit…

In every species I can think of where there are two sexes they differ in important ways biologically, yet we seem to think of ourselves as some kind of exception. We seem to want to insist that men and women doing different things stems from the media or from society. That might be a little of it. Some people may behave differently because of what society's expectations are, but it's reasonable to think some of those expectations may just be rooted in our natural differences.

Well, in my current LTR there was some sleeping next to each other and stuff before the PIV intercourse, and I'm almost 8 years in. Granted she was a virgin, and there was other physical stuff happening. But most stories I have read from others on "love line" or "dating" advice forums do say that in most cases if you're "just sleeping next to each other" and not doing anything else that it bodes poorly. In fact a lot of really bad stories from orbiters start out describing a "great time where th…

The thing that always irks me is they think the default position should be to just believe everything a supposed victim says. If someone makes a claim your first reaction should be skepticism. This is especially true when it's a serious accusation. Serious accusations can have serious consequences, so the evidence needs to be airtight.

It's about recognizing the truth about how men and women interact, rather than adhering to the socially acceptable fantasy most people subscribe to. At least that's how I'd interpret it. It seems consistent with most of what I've seen posted here.
