Well, your name is "Mods Are Society Rejects," and you somehow manage to be too much of an incel for this sub, so I think they'll turn out alright 😂

That was my reaction as well 😐 It would be nice to find a place that talks about issues facing men, without all of this self pity.

Pretty sure people make fun of this subreddit based on comments like this: we still wont date u tho lol u look handsome ur in own way that counts i guess or subscribe to my OnlyFans btw or I’d bet money she is looking for more fans only subs. and She looks like a sex worker who's catering sympathy from the weak men who donate to her onlyfans. >it should already be encapsulated in feminism I can't speak for anyone else, but most of my brushes with feminism have been in the vein of "shut up and stop complaining," and "You're so toxic for even caring about this." I think the reason that some people rally behind the idea of a "Men's Rights" movement, is because they feel angry and hurt by constantly being told by the presently popular philosophy that their problems aren't real, or that they (both they themselves, and the problems they fa…

I actually totally agree with you. While I don't believe her punishment is proportional to the crime, putting her on the registry as a sex-offender doesn't really make sense given what she's done. However, I can also see the logic of "People she might have sex with should be informed about her history of false accusations," which seems kind of similar to the stated purpose of the sex offender registry, even though as it currently states, it wouldn't include such cases.

Oh, I just thought it was an excellent and detailed example of how to refute false accusations, something I thought this sub might be interested in.

I've gotta relieve myself daily, but I don't exactly use my foreskin regularly. But, I think I've really gotten all the discussion I'm going to out of this: >cutting off part of your kids dick is child abuse i'll be honest, when looking at the various arguments, I don't really see how. And when your base level presumption is that my parents and half the parents in America are sick, twisted monsters, I'm not sure that anything I could argue or try to assert would matter to you in the least.

I clip my fingernails too, I cut my hair. I don't think there's a man on earth who remembers infant circumcision. There's an argument to be made for the foreskin leading to increase pleasure in a young man's life. But chalking something up that no one remembers, that doesn't cause any great distress to him, and calling that "child abuse," incorrectly shames good parents who were doing something largely inconsequential. I'm pretty adamant about a lot of Men's Rights issues, but the whole "circumc…

Accidents aside, I find it kinda hard to believe circumsion is anything approaching abuse. There's an argument to be made for not doing it, but abuse? That seems like kind of a stretch.

This seems to confuse the idea consent even further. Individuals like the top demand that they be pursued even after blocking or attempting to cut off contact, because it shows "loyalty", and yet, doesn't this scenario by its very nature suggest that "No doesn't always mean No"? If someone blocks you, that would seem to imply that they don't want further contact from you. And yet, it's clear that this woman wants contact from the person they blocked, which is dishonest. When larger number of the…

Honestly, while I'm somewhat in agreement with the issues of this subreddit, I can't help but feel that your responses to this person were excessively confrontational, condescending, and counterproductive. I'm just trying to find the truth here. We've evolved plenty of things that we no longer use, they're called vestigial. I don't know whether there's actual benefits to having it, and whether that is worth an increased risk of infection, and I don't even know how founded that claim is. All that I want to do is make an informed decision. So, I'll read the sources from that other comment, I'll read other sources, look at their methods, see which seems the most reliable to me.
/r/MensRights18/10/18 01:12 AM

Well, I'm going to review all the sources I can. What you call propogandism, he would just call facts. I trust science though, and the scientific method, so I'm going to spend some time reading over those. However, I would ask, how would you test the comparative sexual pleasure between two people, apart from adult circumcision? From the two or three articles I read, many circumcised men reported feeling quite satisfied with their sex lives, so it seems like a really difficult subject to study ef…

Except that a foreskin =/= a penis. It's a flap of extra skin, nothing more, at least as far as I've heard.
/r/MensRights17/10/18 07:20 PM

I cut my fingernails on a regular basis, in addition to my hair. I tend to bite off dead skin cells all the time. If it's not important to the body, and it's more convenient to not have it, than I'd rather not have it...
/r/MensRights17/10/18 05:31 AM

The only thing I know about the foreskin is that it's more work to clean under in the shower. This is one issue of men's rights where I have no idea why it's such a big deal.

So, I shared my outrage about this to a friend, and he replied "She's wasn't called a rapist because she hasn't been convicted. Paper media (including typed websites) never use the word 'rape' for women OR men until there's a conviction. Now, that's not the case for TV newscasters.' I find that highly suspect, but I'd like to ask here first before I begin my own search, in case anyone knows any examples off the top of their head of men being called 'rapists' or saying they 'raped' someone before…

Yeah, the double standard is massive, and there isn't a lot of motivation for people to change that :/
/r/MensRights12/02/18 05:57 PM

Ah, okay. The term 'abortion' confused me, because I was thinking in terms of pregnancy still. A man filing for his partner to abort a child just seemed like an 'abortin', so I was curious about the distinction. But instead, it's a father abdicating from taking responsibility for a child, in the same way a mother can by aborting the pregnancy.

I don't even feel completely comfortable lurking discussions as a gay man I'm really sorry to hear that. Men's rights should never be about alienating people, but fighting to ensure equal rights. What are some articles or posts on this sub that you feel are anti-woman?
/r/MensRights10/02/18 09:20 PM

So, it's dangerous to deal with absolutes like 'everything', because it puts people on the defensive. While it is not an attack, it could be perceived as an attack, and that will pre dispose people from listening to what the other person has to say. It also depends on how you define 'build', both how it was intended by the original creator, and by the potential reader. If you're referring to the more literal 'build', in the sense of construction, I think that's not too controversial to say. (As …

1) Chill, I'm on your side, and 2) Here: The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists does not deny that the “husband stitch” procedure–essentially a flourish on the end of a postnatal repair of vaginal tissues and muscles surrounding the anal sphincter–happens. Now, the article defines the 'husband stitch' as something else, but it does call it a husband stitch. I wasn't attacking your whole premise or anything, just asking for some clarification.

which is especially tricky because actual equality is important and good This is awesome. You should maintain transparency and be ready to answer questions about Feminism, women, etc, and also separating women from the feminist movement. The mental image of hiding a trap door beneath something that IS a good thing is very apt and easy to follow. I can't find any fault in what you've said so far, and you sound like an awesome parent to me. I really hope the talk goes well.

Yeah, I definitely understood all of that. Unfortunately, attention, conversation, and time are a zero-sum game, and the focus in modern society on women's issues means that people assume that men don't face any issues, 'men have all the power', simply because our issues aren't brought up or addressed. The reason I brought up the women's issues is not to try and dismiss any of the issues. This isn't really meant to be a discussion; it's meant to be a survey. I'll admit, I have no love for third-…

I personally think that woman face challenges, that men don't, in the same way that they have advantages that men don't. Sure as hell not as much as third-wave feminism likes to assert, but the challenges are there. But the point is, this isn't about what I think: this is about the general attitude of other MRA's
/r/MensRights18/01/18 03:08 AM

I'm asking about what you think, not what is objective truth. A lot of these issues are complex, and can be argued either way. If I say to someone, "I'm a Mens Rights Activist", I wanna know what I'm saying.
/r/MensRights18/01/18 03:06 AM

I guess so, but what's the point in calling anyone a 'Men's Rights Activist' if there's not cohesive argument on an issue?
/r/MensRights18/01/18 12:06 AM

Women don't have any challenges. Is that a common attitude in the MRM?
/r/MensRights18/01/18 12:05 AM

Wait, the title and what he actually said don't seem connected. I didn't think anything he said had to do with "complaining about women not doing their job". What am I missing?
/r/MensRights10/01/18 06:42 AM

A fabrication never happens? People falsely accuse of rape all the time. I'm not sure what you're getting at.
/r/MensRights03/12/17 12:34 AM
1

It's to prevent an accusation from being fabricated, or for immediately discounting any accusations that do come. Unfortunately, there's literally no way to stop someone else from saying "he touched me", just because we can't control the behavior of others. The most we can do is make sure that any accusations that happen cannot be taken seriously.
