So, if this subreddit is a place you frequent, I imagine you are painfully aware of all the accusations flying around. Their legitimacy is not something I'm going to discuss here, but I'm going to pass on some cautionary advice to keep yourself safe.

An accusation does not need to be true to be damaging, so you need to ensure that accusations (if they come) can never be taken seriously.

Do not be alone with anyone you cannot trust

Err on the side of caution here; if there is any likelihood that they would accuse you of something, stand within sight of another party at all times. You should only be alone with someone you know well, a good friend, and even then, only as the situation requires. Especially over the coming weeks.

Do not be alone with anyone under 16

Unfortunately, completely uninvolved people can sometimes grow suspicious and make damning accusations without any basis. These suspicions can be largely assuaged if there is no room for doubt as to whether or not you have done something.

If you're a teacher or manager that needs to meet with a student or colleague, leave the door open, install security cameras in your office. If an accusation comes your way, make sure you have evidence to show "No, actually, this is what happened."

Don’t do anything accusation-worthy

All of the previous advice has been under the assumption that you are completely innocent, which I believe is the vast majority.

However, we can all misread signals, so if it is made clear that the person you are with is uncomfortable, get some place public, so that both of you can be well-protected.

You should regularly ask, “If others found out about this, would my reputation be ruined? Would I lose my job? Would I potentially go to prison?” Your safety and liberty should be the first priority. When those are assured, other actions should be available, so long as they don’t threaten those first two things.

I’m sorry if this is ill-formatted, or if the grammar is confusing. I’m a little scatterbrained at the moment, but I felt this advice was important to pass on.
