It's the same thing. She is getting a salary in kind. She can demand cash and then pay taxes on that cash and then pay for her half of rent and stuff It will be the same.

Sahms can just go back to job, file for divorce, alimony and child support and assets if they want. They are not slaves by any means.. Do you not understand the horrors of slavery? Being sold like a cattle, having no legal rights, no rights to approach the courts, being someone's property, ?

Incorrect, sahms love to parrot mental load

So husband can just pay for her services and then she can pay her part of rent, utilities, insurance and other things from it. It all the same. Sahm also have rights of savings and claim over assets in case of divorce along with alimony and child support.

Oh no, SAHM love to parrot mental load.

Yeah, I am not gonna validate the slave thing with a response. SAHMs are not obligated to do everything, they are not obligated to provide income, commute for hours, make mentally exhausting decisions each day and have all the financial responsibility.

Witness testimony needs few things. He needs to be under oath under threat of perjury He needs to face adverserial cross examination. Only then court accepts his words as evidence. Otherwise it's heresay. They literally won't allow you to use the words of a person without it in court.

That's how it works in courts. That's why we have cross examination. Heresay is inadmissible in courts with narrow except of dying declarations.

Because most of the claims are false.

You can't have it both ways, burden of proof should be same in both cases

So that means the falsely accused men are statistically irrelevant? Fortunerely for now, we have bill of rights that assumes every case is independent.

Good to know, How is that in any way relevant to what i said?

False accusers also don't admit to being false accusers.

OJ's case was not that complicated. If you watch the trial, he was most likely guilty, if the police and prosecution had done their job and not be corrupt assholes, he would have been behind bars. It's the duty of jury to not convict someone if prosecution is being shady af. They made the right choice

It's the nature of the crime, it's not the fault of the society or law. Proving a false accusation in courts is also extremely difficult. Should that mean we should send women who potentially falsely accused someone to jail without due process or evidence? You need to prove the crime happened beyond reasonable doubt. It's the nature of criminal law, accused is innocent until proven otherwise beyond reasonable doubt. Do some r@pists go without punishment? Yes but So so similar number of women who…

Nah, OJ's case was prosecution's cluskerfuck. They tried to frame a guilty man.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 01:23 PM

Love can be engineered. It does make you lose interest in women though. I get what you are saying, it does take the magic out of dating. But you can't unsee it once you have seen it.

Okay, but why your feelings of cringe are relevant to this discussion? I specially told you that I am not talking about that kind of approach to dating. Yet you repeated it again. Redpill men interact differently, how redpill are you? How long have you been redpilled.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:39 PM

I was talking about the view that most relationships are of similar age groups means that people don't like age gap relationships. My point is that people don't mind age gaps, they just don't have enough opportunities to hang out with people outside their age group.

You are a redpill man, you know the first rule is to never buy a girl drinks.

Mistake
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 04:29 PM

Dating doesn't have to be competitive. If you can get a woman to talk to you privately and feed her enough emotions, she will fall for you. You will have the advantage over any of her orbiters because at that moment, they won't be anywhere near her. Dating apps have distorted our views of dating where you have to compete with other men for her attention.

Blue pill does have double standards. But you are not supposed to fight it head on. It's a shit test. If you point out the hypocrisy, they win. You need to take their point to absurdity, that's how you pass shit tests. Like if they say you are a creep for dating younger women, you should say that it's just more exhausting to creep on older women because of all the folds and wrinkles.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
