So like on court of law, you have to prove a crime beyond reasonable doubt, and in civil case you have preponderance of evidence, for both cases.

That should be applied to college campuses and court of public opinion. So if the word of accuser is enough to expel an accused, if accused say that she is lying, that should be enough to expel her.

Similarly if we should believe women based on accusers words, we should be allowed to believe that women is lying based on accused words.

So "believe women" can not be valid because if you think women should be believed without evidence, we should be allowed to disbelieve women without evidence.
