I’m a lawyer but this isn’t legal advice. If you want to break the lease w no legal repercussions take a look at your states statutes. Ny for example allows a tenant to break a lease w I think 15 days notice statutorily if you can provide a police report to the land lord about the domestic violence. Definitely doable. Just be smart w your routine. Rest and eat. I lift in the morning 3x/wk and do bjj in the evening 4x/wk (was mma before I moved). Bjj is on lifting days at least twice for me. Start with stronglifts or another novice program to build back up to where you were. If you jump right in with an intermediate program where your old numbers were at or close to it, there will be a greater risk of injury. You also won't be able to lift the same weights you use to, and using an intermediate program to get back to that point will be slower than a novice program.

Similar story: My ex went out drinking one night, came over after and passed out. I was trying to fall asleep and heard her phone go off. My priority is to pay down my student debt and to travel with the extra money. Girls are maybe 4th on my list and it hasn't been an issue with them yet. Would I be more successful with girls moving out? Yes. Do I want to move out? Yes. Can I afford it? Yes but with a tighter budget and less financial freedom. I'm thinking for the long run and don't want pussy chasing to make my life decisions.

For example, you're benching 1.43 x your body weight and I'm benching 1.54 x my body weight. Same thing with squats: you're squatting 1.79 x your body weight and I'm at 1.74 (for reps) (300x1x5 just today). Can't get an accurate picture of strength without recognizing body weight. Being a lawyer and having some idea of it, yes. In my state the standard is "best interest of the child." So if a man makes himself out to be a father figure, the state will impose those duties on him. Sucks. Interesting point on the risk and reward. I didn't consider that. To answer the why, it's because I think I'm nearing my limits. There is no point to take steroids as a beginner or moderate lifter as gains and progress are made pretty rapidly on a linear progression routine. As gains have decreased quite a bit as an advanced lifter, it is unlikely I would be able to put on 10lbs of muscle and the corresponding strength. Would probably take a years, if possible. Thanks for the comments - I see where I went wrong. Where do I go from here to set up future plans? Do I use and outcome independent response such as "I'm going to X tonight for X, join me" and then leave the staying over out of it? But'll it be in my town, so it'd be interesting to see f she'll make the round trip. I second this. Best friend (natural alpha) was a male stripper for a couple years in a big city.
