In a company with any women at all this is just an extra expense. I can imagine my HR department is gonna be riddled with more sick leave if this is the norm later on. Men swipe right on 30-40%, women do the same on only less than 5% (on average)...this numbers varies a little between different apps, bit still a HUGE difference. Might be lower compared to other countries, but there is still a big difference in hours worked.....hence the difference in income. Then you have maternity leave, more sick leave, choosing low paying jobs, more agreeable (less likely to get a raise/better position)...the list is endless. Gender pay gap is a myth.

One controversial solution to this is not date at all, and stop putting women on a pedestal. Been on self administered trt for 10 years straight (39years old). Been doing 500mg a week, yes it's kinda high....though never had any problems so far. Bloodwork is fine too. Your body adjusts to the dosage, so 500mg nowadays is not like 500mg back in the days. Keeps me in a good physique year round, high energy levels as well. Feel like a teenager. If you're prone to balding, you will lose your hair faster than normal though. Something to think about.

As a Norwegian who served in the army, I can confirm. More women in the military=fail. At least as frontline combatants. We had two females in our troop back in the days. We often had to carry their backpack or other stuff cuz they got tired too quickly. They ended up in administration in the end, for lighter tasks. Both of them wanted to become sargeants, lol.
