I was a nerd and still am in many ways. But nerdy ways (hyper focus, ability to dive deep in to particular subjects) are a core part of being a Sigma.

There are people out there that need to hear this. I had to figure this out for myself and it took a long time. The Sigma way is real.

Thank you for this. Gives me some things to think about. I think you could say that Alphas 'lead' and Sigmas 'inspire'. A difference that might be useful to explore. For example, I'm not the kind of man that will organise a trip with a bunch of friends. That's leading behaviour. But I do create art that people enjoy and share. That's inspiring. Despite what other commenters are saying I don't think it's a waste of time to think about these things. It can have a a direct impact on how you approac…

The power of introverts IMO is the ability to skip the small talk and get deep quickly.

If anyone wants to understand the full method that is explained in this video check out 60 Years of Challenge. He explains the three categories of women and the reason why keeping hold of her hand increases sexual tension. Here's one of his free ebooks: https://60yearsofchallenge.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/secrets-of-micro-escalation-vibe.pdf

You know what you are talking about. When a loser comes up to them they'll blurt out that they have a boyfriend within a minute to get rid of them (source: happened to me all the time). Then mysteriously you'll stop hearing it so often. Often they'll tell you just before or just after sex to see if you're OK with being the side guy. Let the girl make the decision on how serious she is about her 'boyfriend'.

A lot of the early terminology reveals the weak frame of the creators. It may have been Ross Jeffries or Mystery. It's good to question whether the language we use is supporting a frame ee want.
/r/TheRedPill28/10/17 10:42 PM
3

Better to call it a frame, congruence or fitness test which is a lot more clear. In this way something like Feminism can be viewed as test to see whether men are willing to compromise on their own reproductive strategy or to give up the leadership role in society.

Frame is an old NLP term that is analogous to 'context'.

One way to stay in a girl's mind without following the herd is by liking and commenting on pictures she doesn't appear in herself.

One thing to consider is that you can preempt this kind of situation by setting the right frames before you get to the bedroom. But if you are in this situation then, as others said, no reaction is the best. Doesn't mean you should ignore a real No but try two steps forward one step back.

Remember that most women live more in the moment than men. I've had hookups in crazy locations because it had to happen right there and then or it wasn't going to happen at all. I learned my lesson after settling for contact details thinking it was a sure thing.

I spent several years going to bars and clubs and not drinking. I recommend doing it for at least a year to build up your skill level but after that you should have a think about what you really want to get out of life and how drinking / not-drinking and clubbing / bar-hopping fits into your life.

I guess in that respect it's not different from other corporate environments. I assume a lot of the workers also dream of starting their own thing but the expensive lifestyle creeps up on them.

I'm very interested in the psychology of people that decide to work in the top end of the financial industry. On one hand these people are very smart and hard working, on the other many (at least those that I've known) seem to be psychologically weak and prone to conformity as you mentioned. Why do you think that is? It's not just BP'ers either. An unplugged friend of mine worked in investment for one of the big banks (everyone here will have heard of them) and he told me how on one occasion the…

I spent time doing that in my 20s and while I learned a lot I definitely hit the point of diminishing returns after a year or two. There are more productive ways to have a social life IMO . Hobby and interest groups, sport and fitness, travel etc. Some of these can involve night life but rarely going to bars just for the sake of meeting women or for partying.

Great post. This is something that took me years to learn. For a long time I thought I was lazy and unmotivated but that's just because I wasn't working towards my own goals. And as someone else mentioned, having a huge almost impossible goal is even better if you want to unlock the really powerful frames. BTW, I'm slightly confused by your use of the term frame. Usually the word frame (as it was used in the world of NLP) means something like 'context'. So a strong purpose or 'why' leads to stro…

What's funny is that the first discussions of how to pick up women happened only a couple of years after the internet went mainstream. I think alt.seduction.fast (a form of bulletin board) was set up by Ross Jeffries in 1998. It was hardcore nerds and creeps right from the start!
/r/TheRedPill16/09/17 08:53 AM

A rising tone is approval seeking and places you in a lower social position so that people will not see you as a threat and hopefully like you. A falling tone shows you are not seeking approval, implies you have a higher social standing and that you aren't trying to make people like you. For making friends the first may be useful. For meeting women the second option is much better. You want women to be attracted to you first and foremost. Having them liking you is optional.

You don't understand what introversion is. I've been working on my social skills for years. My success rate is far above the average guy. It still drains me.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/17 10:15 AM
4

No it has nothing to do with caring what people think. When I really understood what it meant to be introverted, that's when success started to come more easily and frequently for me. And this was after I built solid social skills and gathered many positive reference experience over the course of years of going out and socializing.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/17 12:20 AM
4

You are misunderstanding what introversion is. A person can have great social skills and still be introverted. Also it's not 'bad for getting laid'. It can be incredible powerful if the person harnesses it as the OP explained.

Great points. I think it's pointless to argue about which is better. They each have pros and cons. But here's a random speculation with no hard evidence to back it up. I think that if you were to look at the distribution of success with women amongst introverts and extroverts (and in this case we'll define success by number of partners) then the bulk of extroverts will have more success than the introverts. Not a controversial idea. But there some introverts that do really well (or have the pote…

Completely agree with you. I spent years pushing myself to become the extrovert ideal. It taught me a lot and gave me great experiences. If necessary I can now fake it for a short period of time but it's not sustainable for me. Now I've built my life to take advantage of my introvert inclinations. Like you said, use your alone time to acquire skills, develop your knowledge and build your 'empire'.

Living close to where you meet women is good thing. Failing that arrange dates near your home. Have a plan of how you want things to go from start to finish, don't just make it up as you go along. Make note of common objections as you escalate and try to figure out how to prevent them from coming up in the future (much better than coming up with ways of overcoming objections at the time they happen). Preempt those objections.

This is why logistics are so important. Maybe's are more likely to become yes's if the logistics are favourable or you can handle them well.
/r/TheRedPill11/09/17 01:56 PM

Joking, if not done from the right frame of mind can indicate insecurity. In these kinds of situations I lean towards being straightforward and honest.
/r/seduction10/09/17 12:17 AM

Could be your mannerisms or the types of jokes you tell. Some women pick up on some very subtle behaviour. I'm quite slim, often quiet and because of my interests I think I often get lumped in with sensitive artist types. Unless I'm in a situation where I escalate quickly (if I'm very attracted to the girl and we're at a party, bar or club). When I have sex with a woman they are often surprised how dominant and masculine I am and I'm sure if I could communicate that more quickly and more consist…

All else being equal I would say yes. But game and looks would override these IMO.
/r/seduction09/09/17 06:14 PM

It's really hard to say. I've had situations where I've been described as 'a real man' and other times where I've been told how pleasantly surprised they were by certain actions that they didn't see coming. In my personal situation I think it's down to my look. First impressions do a lot to frame subsequent behaviour. Do you have a certain look or style?

If you have an interesting lifestyle it's useful. Have interesting hobbies, travel, unique perspective on life etc. Go for numbers as a default and fail back on IG if the connection isn't strong or you just want to expand your social circle.

Yes a couple of times. I wouldn't say they are close friends but people that I've hung out with, gone to pubs or gigs with for example. They know I'm not judgemental not likely to get clingy and very laid back so in most cases I'm still friends with them.

Hmm... I think we are speaking from two different cultural perspectives. I'm in Europe and only retired people go to church. Plenty of people meet their partners in bars and pubs in my country.

It's not about putting people down. It's about filtering people that are worth your time and effort. People with high self-esteem do it all the time and are not offended by it. In my opinion 'shit-testing' (see my other reply for why I never liked that term) is a particular way of qualifying people.
/r/TheRedPill06/09/17 07:03 AM
10

One of the reasons I never liked the term 'shit-test' is because it's not very good at conveying what the tests look like and what their purpose is. Instead of calling them '(are you full of) shit-tests' I name them 'fitness', frame or 'congruency' tests. So to flip the script when speaking to a woman come from the mindset of a sceptic who is trying to figure out if she is really what she is portraying to be. Are there any inconsistencies in how she presents herself? Is she putting up a facade? …

For some reason I got downvoted for saying something similar in a roundabout way. One of the ways to produce more testosterone is by 'winning' and gaining status / climbing higher in the social hierarchy. (yes you also need to exercise and eat well). It can be either a negative or positive cycle. The more you win the more your body thinks it's higher in the hierarchy the more it rewards you with testosterone and other good hormones. If you are always 'losing' your body won't reward you and will …

On an unconscious level they realise that they are so low on the hierarchy that their genes are not deserving of being passed on. You can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink. Sometimes you can help someone feel like they are moving up the hierarchy and they'll feel more worthy and then open to change.

I think the peak in terms of amount of people actively discussing and teaching good game (professional and non-professional) was probably from the mid 00's to the early 10's. That was around 5 to 10 years after alt.seduction.fast (a newsgroup, the precursor to forums) first started and brought people from around the world together to compare notes. The advice was practical and field tested and had not yet been watered down in order to appeal to a wider audience. Many of those people 'retired' en…

I wouldn't straight up lie. You'll get pressed for details and found out eventually. If you have a strong frame then the 'don't kiss and tell' frame can work. Personally I would be honest. While in the short term it may cost you social proof amongst certain people (who you shouldn't care about impressing anyway) in the long run being honest builds a really strong foundation of self esteem and confidence that's independent of other people's opinions. I'm not going to lie, fake it until you make i…

It really varies person to person. To me it absolutely matters what the girl looks like. When I was younger I had some hookups because I could rather than because I really wanted to and I didn't feel good about it.

It really depends on the person. I'm like you in this respect but I know plenty of guys who don't care. To them all sex is good and they'll rarely turn it down.

From what I've seen and experienced hooking up for the sake of it affects people differently. Some guys feel good about having sex no matter the quality of the girl. For others it can be detrimental. I'm definitely in the latter camp. When I was younger I sometimes hooked up because I could rather than because I really wanted to. I don't know if it gave me the aura of a guy who gets laid more, but it made me feel bad about myself. As someone else mentioned, these days I also have a busier life a…

I have a healthy scepticism towards the idea of personality types and I'm very hesitant to place labels on myself, despite my username. However I'm at a stage in my life where I've had many different experiences and experimented with many different ways of behaving. Still I find myself gravitating towards a certain way of being that correlates with the INTJ type as well as a couple of other similar personality types from tests done in my corporate days. It might be because you are not used to dealing with social and sexual tension. Humour and inappropriate goofiness are often ways for people to diffuse the tension. First step is to become aware of the tension as it comes up. You need to be able to identify it when it happens. Then you can work on interrupting your automatic responses to that tension.

I think with Manson's method there's more practical stuff to apply than initially meets the eye, especially the concept of polarisation. OK, back to the OPs question. You can make any method work for you it depends on your personality and inclinations. Mystery Pros: Very structured, you know where you are in the process at all times, logical Cons: Might be too much to keep in mind for a new guy, not so flexible, assumptions of the model can create limiting beliefs RSD Pros: Focus on bodylanguage…

Yeah once you've had a certain amount of success the screening and qualifying you do is real and women sense it. I just wrote a short blog about diminishing returns. It's at that point that you start developing your lifestyle and you don't have the fear of missing out (as much). It's happened to me during sex. Good post. Reminds me of research that shows that people that win (in sports, bussines etc) get a boost in testosterone. Even just watching your favourite sports team win has that effect. It's a reward from your body for doing the right thing and helps cement your place in the hierarchy. I wonder if there's a healthy sustainable way to get the boost in hormones due to external circumstances? I have hobbies that give me external validation and while I recognise that I'm constantly chasing the nex…

The key is to strike a balance. If you are new to improving your dating skills then absolutely spend some time developing a basic skill level in cold approaching. This is where the PUA instructors lead you astray though. See they love gaming, they love cold approaching it's more than a hobby it's their calling. Look at Owen / Tyler from RSD, he's been doing it for almost 20 years and he still loves it. The rest of us have to contend with two things though. Opportunity cost and the law of diminis…

It was just an example. 'Can't wait to show you the XYZ thing we're doing tomorrow'
/r/seduction24/08/17 10:23 PM

It's hard to tell, comes with experience. But ideally you should just always assume they like you. Actually as you get more advanced you'll learn that women can be attracted to you without actually liking you as a person.
/r/seduction24/08/17 09:42 PM

Don't text to confirm overtly but write something like: 'btw I've got a great story to tell you tomorrow' That way you're assuming it's happening.
/r/seduction24/08/17 09:29 PM

You just need more experience so that you'll calibrate better. If they leave then you're overstepping the line. If they smile and stay then ignore and continue.

/r/seduction24/08/17 08:16 PM

It's better than nothing. If you're good at projecting your intent (you are completely relaxed when talking to women) then you don't have to be explicit. If you're starting out then you have to verbalise what you want. Personally I would stay away from complimenting on looks. Try this, go up say: 'Hi I wanted to meet you'. Then have a conversation where you get to know her. If there's something you find out that you like then tell her. Example: 'i like people that exercise regularly'. Once you'v…
/r/seduction24/08/17 08:03 PM

They can be. Try 50 direct and 50 indirect approaches and see what works for you. Personally I approach with a direct intent but during the conversation I qualify quite a bit. This means it's clear that I'm attracted but want to find out more about her. Thats a more intermediate or advanced way of doing things so if you're a beginner keep things simple.
/r/seduction24/08/17 07:42 PM

Have some kind of plan. 'First we're going to grab a drink then we're going to watch a movie.' Adjust your plan over time to get better results. Experiment.
/r/seduction24/08/17 06:33 PM

Online dating doesn't work for me at all. While I have a fairly interesting life I guess I'm just not good looking enough or I'm not able to convey what I'm about adequately. If my self-esteem was based on the types of women that I match with online I would not be a happy guy. However I do much better in real life and that's what counts. So life is good! For me every minute I spend on online dating is better spent developing my lifestyle and approaching people in real life.

I think the limit to how much tension you can sustain is down to how experienced she perceives you to be. If she thinks you are clueless she will have little patience. If she thinks you know how to handle women she'll allow for more trusting that you'll know how to finish the job. Gauging what she thinks requires experience and I've been wrong where I thought it was clear as day what I was doing. And I've been employing tension for years.

Best not to ask if they're single. When you have no presence and don’t come across as cool they will lie to let you down easy. The better you get the less you'll hear about boyfriends. You can get away with a lot more when talking about other people. But best not to do it in front of him because then it seems like it's planned out. No worries, let us know how you get on. And I'll say it again do many of approaches, collect many numbers, go on many dates. Even if you meet one girl you really like. Don't stop untill you are in a committed relationship (if that's what you want). Until then you want to be in a situation where you can't remember how many prospects you have and you get confused between them. An abundance mentality automatically fixes loads of game issues.
/r/seduction24/08/17 10:29 AM

No I can't think of anything. Best thing to do is write out some scenarios from start to finish and identity the actions you need to take. So literally a short story. For example write one about seeing a girl, approaching her, getting contact details, arranging a date etc. All the way to your ideal conclusion. Identify the things you need to do. Make him look cool.
/r/seduction24/08/17 09:58 AM

Write down a list of very simple rules and rehearsed lines for yourself. Examples. Contact close: I like hanging out with you, give me your number. Kissing: If we are alone somewhere I will go for a kiss after 20 minutes no matter what. Remove all thinking, create simple rules. Adjust them based on the results you get (ten different instances, minimum)

Agree. I'm a hardcore INTJ but I've developed myself over the years and pushed myself out of my comfort zone many times. I now have skills, experience and a lifestyle that compensate for my 'weaknesses' but my baseline personality is mostly unchanged. In fact I've learned how to leverage INTJ weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

I think you're right. I wrote a long reply which I could have avoided if the OP had used the word persona!

Edit: not sure if this comment is relevant if the OP is talking about persona rather than personality. I'll leave it up in any case. I'm 100% behind you when it comes to the importance of taking action and not limiting yourself with a story that you or other people created about yourself. However in my personal experience I've found that I have a baseline set of behaviours that I revert to and feel most comfortable with. For context I should explain that I've first learned about game in 2000 (al…

Sounds like you're benefiting from two things. 1 You're more invested in your opinion of yourself than what other people's opinion is of you (Important lesson I learned from Mark Manson). 2 You're starting to live with an abundance mindset. Those two things can take you really far, and is all you really need. I think for you it's now a matter of developing the lifestyle you want. On the whole women are passive so it's best to get the number so you can move things forward.
/r/seduction23/08/17 11:54 PM

Yes I'm one of those people. And it's resulted in everything from friends, to one night stands to fuck-buddies and relationships. You sound like a clueless virgin. Why are you even asking for advice? You just want internet attention. You don't want help. You don't want to change. Stop wasting our time.
/r/seduction23/08/17 09:08 PM

Yeah that was lame. Stop trying to be a sleaze. Get 10 more contact details and arrange dates in a normal way.
/r/seduction23/08/17 09:02 PM

How many women are you approaching per week? How many times do you ask for contact details?
/r/seduction23/08/17 08:55 PM

You don't know what you're talking about. Stop being a keyboard jockey and go and approach women. Don't reject yourself, don't set limits on yourself.
/r/seduction23/08/17 08:33 PM
1

Great. In the mean time approach more women and line up more dates.
/r/seduction23/08/17 08:24 PM

Approach 10 women per week for four weeks. Give them a compliment then leave.
/r/seduction23/08/17 08:12 PM

Lol, I guess if it works for you. What kind of women are you hooking up with?
/r/seduction23/08/17 07:15 PM

You're the one asking for advice because you can't approach a girl in a normal way. So I'm helping you set the bar really low so that you'll finally take action. Anything else is too advanced for you. If that's too weird for you then learn to be happy with your current circumstances.
/r/seduction23/08/17 04:55 PM

Do whatever is easiest for you. Do it 100 times. Then raise the bar and set a slightly higher goal.
/r/seduction23/08/17 04:50 PM

Set the bar really low. Like set yourself the task of going up to a girl and complimenting her about something she's wearing then walking away. If that's too much ask for directions.
/r/seduction23/08/17 04:29 PM

Yes, late teens
/r/seduction23/08/17 03:48 PM

Not exaggerating, thousands of approaches on the street and in shops, then later bars and clubs (drinking age is 16 to 18 in different European countries). Yes started as a clueless virgin. You have to be honest with yourself and accept how much you suck. This will allow you to set the bar for success low and put in the effort.

/r/seduction23/08/17 03:30 PM

I was so nervous I would be shaking. My presence and vocal projection was so bad people would just ignore me. It took me thousands of approaches to feel comfortable. I still get a nervous / excited energy when I approach but I've had enough success to know that it's more than worth it.
/r/seduction23/08/17 03:16 PM

Realise that fundamentally nobody cares about your problems as they are too concerned with their own. Only share concerns and troubles with close family members.
/r/seduction23/08/17 02:19 PM

You don't need a line. Sit close to her. When a silence develops in the conversation, lean in and kiss. If she turns away, don't act flustered, apologise or comment on it. Just continue the conversation and try again in 10 minutes.

/r/seduction23/08/17 06:07 AM

Correct. It betrays the belief that you have to do special things under the radar. Be overt and explicit in your actions. It displays confidence.
/r/seduction23/08/17 12:30 AM

And then you can try the exact same escalation a few minutes later. Your perceived confidence will be huge in her eyes. You can keep doing it until the woman verbally tells you to stop or leaves.

Some people are like that. Over time the more you accept it about yourself the less people will question you. Right now your bodylanguage and voice tonality are communicating discomfort which people pick up on subconsciously which is why they pester you. I've been going out without drinking for years and because I'm 100% comfortable with it I don't communicate any doubt on any level.

Shaking hands, hugging, tapping on the shoulder, arm around the neck or shoulder, hand on lower back, hand on knee, cheek to cheek when we speaking in a loud environment, grabbing hand when leading, grabbing hand and caressing, penis in vagina Thinking that you need a smooth / hidden move to escalate physically betrays that on some level you think escalating is wrong. Don't be afraid, don't apologise. Even if you are rejected it is an opportunity to show that you can remain unphased.
/r/seduction22/08/17 11:09 PM
2

The service industry is well known for that.
/r/seduction22/08/17 09:06 PM

Yes, probably still nervous on some level. Try saying something overtly sexual like "I think you have sexy eyes". Or try moving closer or escalate physically if you can calibrate it correctly.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:31 PM
3

Lower the bar for what you think of acceptable to say. "Today I was thinking about buying a lawnmower so I looked online to see how much they cost and I couldn't believe it. Man I really like apples they're my favourite fruit. Blah blah blah.' Don't try to be cool or say cool shit.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:27 PM

Still have to relate as a man to a woman and that means at least kissing within the first two meets. Line up as many prospects as you can, kiss them all. Choose the best one.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:24 PM

Do you watch a lot of porn? Do you eat healthy food? Do you exercise? Do you get enough sleep?

Unless you have the skills and experience it rarely works out. Or you just get lucky. I'm talking about various posts I see here where the guy is crushing on a girl for months and is asking for advice on how to get her.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:13 PM
130

A good lesson indeed.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:11 PM

You need to relate as a man to a woman first and foremost. Everything follows from that. Otherwise you're just a friend.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:10 PM

The reality is that it's much easier get intimacy after sex than the other way round Doesn't mean you have to go straight for hookups but it does mean you have to go for a sexual connection first, relate as a man to a woman. Then go for the emotional connection, after you've kissed at the very least.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:07 PM

Make a statement about her, something you have a feeling about. Maybe you think she looks like a lawyer: 'You carry yourself like you have an important job, you look like a lawyer.' Don't say this exact thing! Come up with something you actually thought when you saw her. She wil correct you. 'no I'm a blah blah' Then ask a question about it. 'how did you become a blah blah ' Alternate between one statement /observation and one question. Do more approaches. At least 10 this week. Preferably more.
/r/seduction22/08/17 08:00 PM

Agree that's always a good thing. I will try it out for sure!
/r/seduction22/08/17 06:34 PM

Oh sorry I thought this was /r/Seduction not /r/letsmakefriends Building sexual tension is always good though.
/r/seduction22/08/17 06:28 PM

Still no point IMO. You will come across completely different in real life. Better to be the mysterious new guy.
/r/seduction22/08/17 06:26 PM

Does this consistently lead to more sex? Have you left it out and seen your results drop? Or is it one of those lame pua flash game gimmicks that makes you feel like you're doing something useful but doesn't have any real impact on your end results? Btw, sexual tension is a key part of my game, so not hating on the concept.
/r/seduction22/08/17 06:17 PM

I think chatting with people you've never met is a waste of time.
/r/seduction22/08/17 06:13 PM
7

You need to kiss her asap. Also you need to line up more prospects. You shouldn't be fixating on one girl.
/r/seduction22/08/17 06:10 PM
3

Either you keep her as a friend or you make a move. Don't be wishy washy. Also even if she rejects you and word gets around your social standing will actually go up since you'll be seen as a guy who goes after what he wants. As long as you keep your composure if you are rejected. Ie Don't turn in to a bitch.
/r/seduction22/08/17 05:50 PM

Yes she likes you. Do you have a way to contact her directly? Phone number or social media. Ask her out to something, just you and her. A gig, the pub, the park, the mall whatever.
/r/seduction22/08/17 04:31 PM

I once had a situation where I was getting the cold treatment from two girls until two others walked past who recognised me from a performance earlier in the week. Instant social proof and it was easy from then. As a side note I believe many people spend too much effort trying to open women that aren't interested and not enough time persisting with women that do show interest (bailing too quickly, not closing or following up).
/r/seduction22/08/17 04:18 PM

Give it 5 to 10 minutes then move on. You can always come back and you'll have more momentum and possibly social proof as well.

I'm a very minimal drinker and have been most of my life. The more attention you put on it the bigger an issue it becomes. From personal experience the type and quality of women I get in real life vs those that will even bother to reply to me is night and day. I communicate so much more in real life that online is a pointless waste of time for me.

/r/seduction22/08/17 01:42 PM

In theory there's no limit to compliments you can give for behaviour that directly benefits you. However it's always good to instill a little doubt now and then, so 'forget' to occasionaly, 25% of the time maybe (just grasping a number out of the air). Also at some point some behaviour might just becomes expected and you may choose to not overtly compliment for it anymore.
/r/seduction22/08/17 01:29 PM

/r/seduction22/08/17 01:06 PM

I only compliment her actions and behaviour as a way to qualify her and to encourage her in a certain direction. But you have to be restrained in the beginning, one or two compliments in the first hour is enough. If i just met her and I'm getting to know her I might compliment her on the fact that she regularly goes to the gym: 'It's cool that you take care of your health. I like women that put a priority on health.' If we've been dating for a while I might say something like: 'i like that you a…

Exactly, most photos that focus in on one important part of your lifestyle. That way you have to worry less about looking stylish or whatever. Then one or two photos at the end that show you as a more rounded person. With friends, at a party whatever. Just my opinion though. I stopped doing online stuff a while ago.
/r/seduction21/08/17 03:46 PM

Don't worry about what happens after that. That's setting the bar too high. Like I said you need to set the bar really low. The only criteria for success is that you go up an say exactly that 100 times over the next 4 weeks. When you've done it 100 times, come back and we'll talk about what to do next.
/r/seduction21/08/17 03:39 PM

Is there some kind of archtype that appeals to you outside of being a student that would appeal to the kind of women you like? Looks like you're in to exercise and being fit. Develop your style, image and photos to become somewhat of a stereotype. Sporty guy / Outdoors guy / MMA guy perhaps? You need to polarise the opinion of more women. Turn off 90% of women and attract 10% rather than have 100% think "meh".
/r/seduction21/08/17 12:40 PM

/r/seduction21/08/17 11:53 AM

You are setting too high expectations for yourself. You need to set the bar for success really low. Your missions should be to go over to a woman you like and say "Hi I wanted to meet you." That's your only criteria for success. Not a smile, not a conversations, not a number, nothing. In fact just accept that you'll get nothing out of it and that all of the women will tell you to fuck off.

Try peaking all the time! Don't fall in to a trap where you don't allow yourself to feel entitled until you hit certain milestones (when I have X amount of money, when my career is at Y state, when my fitness and body are at Z). Yes of course if you play your cards right you will have an absolute peak but that doesn't mean you can't have success before then. Even jobless beach surfer bums can get success after all.

People always misinterpret Manson's advice as meaning they should talk about how their mom/dad never showed the love and other bs like that. Rather it's about being unapologetic about your likes, dislikes, interests, opinions, motivations etc.
/r/askTRP21/08/17 07:00 AM

It's more about social proof. People wanting to hang out with you, asking for your opinion, wanting your approval. Often high status jobs come with that but only in a certain context. Think more about creating a life where people think of you as a cool guy to hang out with.
/r/seduction21/08/17 06:56 AM

One thing to add. Come up with a really basic plan. Opener / Introduction Find out about her. If you like her, ask her out to an activity. Make sure to think of one beforehand. Get contact details. Arrange to meet. Meet. Have some basic steps in mind and refine things as you go along.

Are there pubs, clubs, bars, shopping malls or markets in your country? Do people engage in social hobbies?

5 in the last 4 years!!!! You need to talk to 5 per day. Start giving your opinions and thoughts and communicate them with lots of details and emotions. "So I went to the store today and I saw the biggest avocado. I really wanted to buy it but I didn't know what I could do with it. Should I try and eat it in one sitting or make some kind of salad with it? I really love making salads, you can basically just put whatever vegetables in them and eat as much as you want. Makes me feel good to eat hea…

Because they live in the moment. Two things you can do. Take things as far as you can the first time you meet. Get good at building a strong connection so that they want to see you again.

Forget about this concept. It has no value.
/r/seduction25/07/17 09:55 PM

Yes, approach a lot. So much that you forget how many and can no longer remember the details of individual interactions.

You don't have to wear any crazy brands. Once you look good start taking massive action.
/r/seduction25/07/17 12:55 AM

I only meant change and improve what you can about your appearance. Go to the male hair and fashion advice sub-reddits and ask for advice.

I think the most important thing for every man is to really understand what their life's mission is. Once you know that everything falls in to place much easier. Of course it shouldn't stop you from developing your social skills but you should dedicate time and energy to figuring out your mission if you don't already know it.

Change / improve what you can. Then stop worrying about it.

Either through body-language, voice tone, eye contact. Or through discussing sexual topics in a matter of fact and adult way. No sniggering. You can do it in a playful manner if you have a strong frame or have lots of rapport.

Places where people can walk slowly and there isn't a rush of people are good. Boulevards along a sea or river, streets lined with boutiques (not main shopping streets), tourist areas, things like that. Places people where people walk to walk, not just to get somewhere else if you know what I mean.

My tips: Acquire some skill or hobby that you can display in a public setting (standup comedy, dance, music, sport, languages). I think it's important that it's actually a skill based activity because it's something you can improve at over time which will help display status. You can also have some interest groups focused on 'consumption' that you take part in but these should have less of a focus (cinema, going to music events together, art galleries etc.) Find other people that enjoy that enjo…

I remember this dude from years ago when he first set up the 21 convention. He was giving advice even though he later admitted he had very little real world experience and results. He rationalised it but saying he was just sharing what works for other people. Seems he's still talking the talk with nothing to back it up. Must say I'm jealous/admire him that he's been able to fund his life by teaching stuff he has no experience in.

Be a well rounded human being. Have goals in school, art / language / culture, fitness, work / business. Incorporate some kind of social element into these activities so you're not always doing them on your own.

Exercise Work on your career or side business Develop your interests and hobbies. Learn a language, instrument, sport, art etc. etc. Take action, every day. Using 'thinking' to get out of this problem is pretty much impossible.

As the other guy said, best just to move on. You could try a random non-sequitur. Like "Is it ok if I bring a friend". It makes no sense but could spin some interest.

I think the biggest benefit is that even when you're not on stage, being serious about your passions gives you a fire inside that people recognise without even seeing you do your thing. Even it's a hobby and you have a day job. The fact that you do something that makes you come alive is something most people don't have since they're free time is taken up with consumption (TV, movies, other people's music, watching sports). No doubt, if you're goal in life is to have the most women then you shoul…

Pretty much the same thing. But if you're really like playing video games you're not doing yourself any favours. Yes I know women play games as well but you only have so many hours in the day. Better to look for synergy in as many things as you can.

Whatever you do, make sure to use the opportunity to hit on other women. You an use them as social proof to get more and it will increase your chances with them.

For all practical purposes you have no chance. One way it could work is like this. Stop hanging out with her. Don't leave in a huff. Just when she gets in touch with you tell her you're busy, are going on a date or met someone. Slowly lose contact (but keep her on social media). Become a different person. Not so easy! Raise your SMV in a way that is congruent with your personality. This may mean getting ripped, getting a cool new job or excelling at some hobby. Meet other women. Truly not care a…

I can't tell you how relieved I was when I experimented with talking less and found it worked so much better for me than trying to remember all these retarded lines and comebacks (I started out way back in the day when everyone was using rehearsed or 'canned' material).

I got tired of chasing really quick. You have to remember that most of the dating coaches really enjoy hanging out at bars and clubs for hours and hours every night. While it's a good practice ground, it wasn't a long term life-style I enjoyed. So I switched to building a life-style that suits me. Even a couple of 'fans' will do wonders.

It's not as easy in terms of availability. But if you invest in growing a social circle or life-style you can get close to it.

First point: When I first got in to this stuff I tried the goofy, fun, loud, entertaining approach. I really worked on it for a long time. Fake it 'till you make it right? Sure I had success but it was very draining for me. So I stopped that. Being interesting =/= entertaining. Being interesting is being more authentic, having polarising opinions, beliefs, life-style and actions. Make some people hate you so that others will love you. Second point: Don't try to be clever. Not texting would have …

Studies have shown that willpower is finite resource that indeed is dependent on your diet, sleep and overall energy levels. Imagine it like an energy meter, each time you have to use your will power it goes down until it's empty. You replenish it with sleep and food. For example studies have shown that eating sugary food increases will power. But will power is also like a muscle, the more you exercise it (no matter how tiny the effort) the stronger it grows. This is real mainstream science. Ano…

You can do it if you think it's fun. Especially when living in a city. For example hanging around bars after work on Friday night when all the professionals go out. Personally I was in my late 20's when I realised that on the whole it was a very inefficient use of my time. 4 - 6 hours of hanging around bars even with success was not fun for me.

Have super low expectations of this one off experience. Know that you'll have learning experiences. What people call mistakes. Know you'll have many more like these in the future and that you'll always be learning. Don't try to 'not make a mistake'. Embrace mistakes. That's how you learn. If you aren't making mistakes then you aren't pushing yourself to try new things.

You have all the value you'll ever need. Now you need good enough social skills and access to the kinds of women you're interested in. So build a social circle around your hobbies and interests that dovetail with the kind of women you'd like to meet. Like arty women? Start going to art galleries. Like outdoorsy women? Get involved in cross country hiking challenges (Tough-mudders). etc. etc. You don't have to use your money to buy things, but it can help you get access or create an ecosystem whe…

Yes needing is never good. It's a good skill to have, definitely. The default really depends on the circumstances. In professional life the default for me is to be likeable (as much as I can). Outside of that I prefer to be more polarising. Helps me reach my goals with more efficiency. But that's just me.

The reason the distinction is hard because in order for not reacting to work you have to truly not care. To get that feeling you have to have money in the bank, be banging hotter women than him, have bigger projects outside of work than him etc. etc. If you don't have that then you can't afford to be quiet, then you need to go the other way without investing too much emotion into the situation. Be more matter of fact about it. Yes if he's making others laugh about you that's not a good thing.

First of all, don't use the word kino anymore. It was lame back in 1999 on the old forums and it's lame now. Try to sit next to her, touch her lower arm, elbow or shoulder when you make a point. As she warms up you can move to brief touches of her leg, again to emphasise a point.

It's a bit melodramatic but the idea is that men and women's interests are in conflict with each other. Both groups have their selfish interests and they don't always align.

It's a fine line between being over invested in people's opinion of yourself vs letting people walk over you. Truth is, it's a thousand little body language tells, things you say, things people say about you that all add up to how people perceive you. All I can say is that what works for me is to be slightly blasé about it all. But it works for me because I know my value both in my career, my hobbies and my private life. I've had guys in working situations try to make fun of me but it's like wat…

Not in our present day culture. Innate natural talent (whether it really exists or not is besides the point) is seen as better than results because of hard work. Which is why women prefer guys that are naturally good with women and dislike men that had to work at it (learn game).
/r/askTRP23/03/16 08:34 PM

People only respect 'naturals'. Whether it's sports, business or relationships. You should hide what you'r learning, not out of shame but because you can't be seen to put effort in to things. Everything has to come 'naturally'.
