Improved social habits- Eye contact with whole group, being confident in my words, saying w/e I want too, being honest and not trying to protect myself, opening up. The value of kino, smiling, and eye contact. Also learnt to dress better, better hair cut, might seem like little things but I've noticed a huge difference in the amount of girls that look at me.

Same happened last night at the bar... been hooking up with this girl, well call her a. i met her at the beginning of this year, but i find her friend to be wicked sexy.
