Muay Thai M, T, W, Sat morning Lift Thur, Sat evening, go out after Rest Friday (go out) Sun - yoga/recovery Always try to put a rest day right after workout. I don't have a problem with lifting the day after Muay thai.

I lift and train Muay Thai. Highly recommend it. The extra layer of confidence you get is something you can't get anywhere else. My schedule: M - MT T - MT W - MT Th - Gym Fri - Rest Sat - MT 10AM, Gym 5PM Sun - Rest/Yoga Gym is just basic squat > bench > deadlift > shoulder press > abs PS. Also started at 25

Great post. What did you do to get in front of them for these questions? I would love CEOs as clients, who wouldn't, but it would be so much more valuable to have them as an influence/insight rather than as a client.

Like others have said, you don't have the necessary credentials. Neither did I. Your best bet is to get your foot in the door and work your way up. I graduated with a BA in econ. Yeah, the fish I added at the store were called Brilliant Longfin Rosy/Tiger Barbs. I read from multiple sources that if i buy 5-6+, they would leave the other fish alone. Not true. There is also one called a Paradise fish that I really one. $50 on one fish is harsh though.

They were okay for the first night, they just wanted some kisses and stuff. But I woke up the next morning and they took over the tank. Every other fish was hiding while they swam around in their little alpha pack. The thing is, I didn't even feel bad that they took over because they were just so much better in every aspect.

For those who want a tldr, his basic idea is this: "You have to build the foundation with indirect openers, overlay it with the design that is direct openers, then finish it all up with plausibly deniable direct openers." Interesting topic. As someone who lives in a closed-community town, this feels like a great idea to use that won't turn on you later on if something goes wrong. Most of these are pretty expensive but... guitar - $100 for a cheap acoustic or electric to get you started. look up justinguitar for free lessons online. martial arts - my BJJ class is $120 a month which includes unlimited classes and crossfit. Yes I am 100% into everything that I do. Trust me, I've tried MANY other hobbies from parkour, skateboarding, surfing, rock climbing, fishing... the list goes on. These hobbies that I listed are the ones I stuck with because I enjoy them and didn't stop like the others.
