Good luck. Getting sober can be lonely, heartbreaking work, but it's worth it. If you can ride out the first week, the depression and irritability should minimize, fyi. I drove a lot, personally--whenever an urge struck, a long drive got me straight again. Many will point you to AA. Personally, I hated it. Made me want to drink 100x more honestly. Don't feel like that's the only path. Cold turkey and healthy new hobbies may be ok. Journal if you need to get shit off your chest.
