I want to be in the forest, hunting deer and moose. I love living my own life.

In the Bush photographing saltwater crocodiles... that's the dream.

Lambos don't really tickle my fancy but I get the sentiment all the same.

Hellcat, but I sympathize with the sentiment.

I would go for a mustang. I'm a much simpler person and I think they look beautiful. I also wouldn't mind being in one of the rides I have sketched.

Maserati will do for me.

How are Maserati's btw? They seem like the luxury comfort version of Ferrari's but I haven't heard much of them. What would make you choose one? Are they any reliable or do they need a lot of maintenance like sports cars?

It’s very subjective choice. Yes, you are right about the comfort and luxury. Not as expensive as Ferrari. Reliable and tested Italian engineering. They have both sedan and sports car models, my personal choice is sports car. I still don’t own this car, but it is on my list. You can rent this car and take a test drive. See it for yourself, maybe you would also like it?

I like the GranTurismo's. The Ghibli sedan looks very plain and boring in my opinion. I was just asking initially because I wanted to know if they have any reliability issues and if they break down as much as ferraris. Like, would these Maserati cars be more reliable than German cars such as BMW and Mercedes or less reliable? I would prefer not have the car in the marchanic all the time and paying a lot of money fixing it.

I haven’t heard much issues with them. Yes, GT is my favorite, but make no mistake about Gihibi, despite its plane looks it’s very luxurious with awesome performance. Maseratis have good reputation about their performance and reliability, so I don’t think one will end up taking it to the mechanic every other month.

Yeah, that's what I thought.
The Ghibli is very luxurious, I agree. It's just that from a distance it's not recognizable as a signature Maserati unlike the beautiful GT.
It's good that they have a decent reputation. I wonder how they compare to German cars

I rented a Ghibli for a weekend and was very impressed with the performance and fun. Since it’s owned by Fiat (which owns Chrysler) it has the same good infotainment system. Great car.

Thanks for the info.
How reliable do you think it is?
[–]onbakeplatinum2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I would never want an Italian car. Huge waste of money

Ferrari 812 Superfast for me please. Listening to that naturally aspirated v12 makes me harder than any woman ever could.

Id sell the Lambo and get a twin sister to my Benz. Still better than any relationship.

Koenigsegg Regera would do it for me

I'm just content with my Hot Wheels collection for now.
