What exactly are you trying to achieve here? I wasn't misrepresenting OP. I responded with sarcasm to what he said and I think it was clear to absolutely everybody who responded to me that I was not paraphrasing OP but responding to him. All other commenters clearly knew it was my idea and not me twisting OP words. And yes, I fully stand behind what I said: A lot of exredpillers are uncomfortable with the idea of female sexual pleasure. And yes, the type of responses I received, including this w…

I wasn't disrespectful to you though. Yes, with those two guys I chose snark and condescension and they 'dished' back. I choose not to escalate. Why did you feel you need to revenge them (or whatever it was), I don't know but I frankly don't resent you for that. The thing with Nazis is that they are actually very clear about their 'Nazi' ambitions. Hitler wrote a whole book about who he was planning to exterminate and didn't diverge too much from his plan. What you are dealing with are mostly co…

I already explained to you where I was coming from and why I wrote what I wrote. It's okay to disagree with both what I wrote and how I wrote it. If the only way for you to process why I would write that is to imagine me as this immature, miserable, dishonest Nazi, then so be it. But maybe English is not my first language and maybe the people of my ethnicity were on Hitler's list of the 'vermin to exterminate,' and millions of them were indeed exterminated. So let's not lose a perspective about …

So OP comes for help with their irrational fear and you use sarcasm. How exactly is this an effective method of helping someone overcome an irrational fear? I'm clearly also not the only one who misinterpreted your "sarcasm" so maybe try a little harder next time. But I responded to OP normally at first, it's the highest upvoted comment in this thread. And he did what almost every OP does here and started with 'but what if it's real.' So I responded the way I responded. In the first half of my r…

But maybe it is not advice but sarcasm? If OP really insists that evidently contrived stories are true, then maybe he should see what they all have in common -- "the best sex ever" -- and right there is the irrational solution to his irrational fear. And yes my responses are shitty because here we are, in the 21st century, on a sub where people are supposed to 'detox' from their misogyny 'brainwashing' and get absolutely triggered the moment you mention that female sexual pleasure is not a 'hein…

Do you mean the same sub where you get regular posts and comments about how women shouldn't have the right to vote? Fellas, you are really telling on yourself. Maybe the first step in your 'detoxing' should be to acknowledge that female sexual pleasure is important and the second step would be to learn how you can help with it.

What seems to be a relatively big mystery, especially on this sub, is how to actually make a woman orgasm, innit? Consider yourself added to the same list as Mr 'women don't care if your dick game is weak, lol'.

No. It's hard to believe that every single of these women was getting the best dick of all time with the sexiest man in the world, who also occasionally happened to be her boyfriend's better-looking and significantly wealthier step-father. It sounds like all those confessions were written by a male erotica author. Also, if you so insisting on believing it, is it really so 'heinous' to get a good dicking? Just step up your game and no woman of yours will need to look for it elsewhere. It's this s…

This whole vetting things comes accross as a general exercise of self love and power affirmation for women who have chronically felt powerless within their relationships with men, or have an history of abuse, rather than an actual viable, realistic "dating strategy". I think this is an accurate definition. You often see posts there that roughly go like: 'I just broke up with a man that I thought was high-value' and then the OP lists every conceivable toxic trait that that guy had, ranging from s…

There was once a commenter here who claimed to have been in a relationship with a redpill coach. If I recall correctly, he became a redpill coach well into their relationships and apparently he was a perfectly nice boyfriend, except when he took her to his public engagements he made her pretend that they were not in a relationship. So yeah, in one way or another, in their time-off they are highly likely to be engaging in some of that bEtA-siMpiNg.

I'm so sorry you are going through this, it sounds like complete hell. I obviously don't know your ex and what drives him, but my guess would be a combination of some untreated mental health issues and the fact that he is deeply unhappy with himself and his life. Add to this the redpill misogyny and he is stuck in this vicious circle in which he keeps convincing himself that you are responsible for everything bad in his life. Unfortunately, people like your ex always take their frustrations out …

This is the thing. I don’t want to assume the position of the counsellor he knows he needs deep down but refuses for formally seek. No, I don't think you should do that. I worry that he might hope that the logical 'conclusion' of your counselling sessions would be either financial or sexual domination (or both). The problem is that he is just a friend of a friend. It's so difficult to convince the closest to us, people we've know for ages, to get the help they need. And you are dealing with a vi…

He seemed very interested in financial domination and wanted to enter into an arrangement with me, however I declined because his finances really aren’t in order for that to be healthy for him. YIKES! Given that you are studying for counselling qualification, you are probably the most qualified person here to know what to do with him. Cruel as it may sound, it is not your responsibility to 'help' him, especially when he rejects therapy. Don't let your feelings for him get the best of you.

wanting everything to be black and white and not to look at context and nuance. And yet, here you are, commenting under the umpteenth of their 'look at this disgusting gold-digger' video, insisting that they are not red-pilled because they 'took out' fresh and fit. Don't you think you are being a bit black and white? Fresh & Fit bad; Abba and Preach don't like F&F -- must be good! I'm out. Sure, but their channel is also 80% of 'look at this disgusting gold-digger' videos, 20% 'look at this stupid young woman' and 10% 'Bohoo nobody cares about men.' They might not be giving dating advice, but they are red-pilled up to their teeth!

huh, an interesting analogy. So you are suggesting that when women go out, into the streets, they should not take their vaginas with them? You do realise that the vast majority of sexual assaults is caused by intimate partners? Women are less safe in their own homes than on the streets!

They are very much engaging in casual sex with each other. And so are some of the middle-class and working-class kids in the Middle East. If you think sex is not happening because nobody talks about it and the society in question is strongly conservative, then I wonder how do you think humankind managed to procreate between ca. the Middle Ages and ca. the 1960s.
/r/ExRedPill16/09/21 06:57 PM
12

Although the Middle East might have it's problems, women over there are more respected because they don't engage in casual sex. Tell me you never met rich Middle Eastern kids without telling me you never met them.

But liking somebody is not necessarily about having long deep conversations. It can be as simple as fucking somebody who is not a racist or a raging psychopath. Getting a warm body that you can fuck is really not difficult. The problem is that most of those readily available warm bodies come with values, personalities and various mental health issues that are really not worth the few minutes of pleasure they can give you.
/r/ExRedPill16/09/21 02:07 PM
1

No, I agree with your point, you should avoid dating people with mental health issues, even the fairly mild ones if you don't feel comfortable dealing with them. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. What I took issue with is describing people suffering from mental health issues as 'mentally fucked up' and 'trashy.' Let's just called it what it is: people suffering from various mental and emotional problems.

But don't you think it's a bit convenient for trps to be arguing that women only want 'bad boys,' given that they lead men to be effectively 'bad boys'?

Can we try to speak more gently about people with mental health issues? Your point stands, but it could have been expressed in a less cruel way. (There is also a lot to be said about the various mental health issues that make men flock to trp).

Storytime: When I first went to a dentist, I threw a complete tantrum, crying like a little baby (and embarrassingly, I was NOT a little baby) because I was so scared of the pain. Once the dentist calmed me down and did what needed to be done, I realised it's actually not so bad and I have never cried again, even though I had far more painful procedures done since then. But don't 'hookups' count as the men whom you 'know' (even if you met them say 2h ago)? Of course, it's a different familiarity than the one you develop with a long-term intimate partner, but it's also not the same as random assaults from complete strangers who either grab you off the street or break into your house.

Oh I see. That's largely the reason I stopped visiting it. I don't agree with everything FDS preaches, but I think they largely mean well and are a necessary corrective to all this trp and PUA nonsense that women have to deal with. But those sanctimonious, self-proclaimed 'high-level' mean girls women were too much for me, too.

Trps usually see only the warm body that might be willing to fuck them and nothing else. You can see it here a lot when it's so clear that some of these lost souls don't even realise that they should like the person they are dating/fucking and that when that's not the case, they should find someone else.

No I can't say I did, but that's mostly because I very rarely read the posts & comments there. But I believe you got the reaction you describe and I hate that 'pickmeshia' flair (I initially thought it was a sarcastic flair that one could choose for themselves and not a fucking shaming tactic -- why not just ban those users rather than mock them). Don't you think you are exaggerating FDS's stance on this issue? Nowhere do they say that one MUSN'T, under absolutely no circumstances, have casual sex. They recommend not to have it because of all these issues brought up here and with which you don't seem to disagree. Furthermore, FDS is specifically a 'strategy' for finding a husband (not a boyfriend, not a LT partner, but a husband, somebody you'll marry and have kids with). So it's not that weird that they'd be against casual sex, given it …

I don't think it's the causation, but more of a tool for reinforcement of it. If an incel read the FDS page. Reddit is just a US website and although frequently visited, it's not a mirror of what's happening in the world at large. You can see a lot of how they view men will keep them in their ideology. Most of my points when I am concerned is from the perspective of a guy who wants to prevent the incel community growing. If you want to help incels, find a way to get them into therapy. If you are…

Hope this doesn't come out badly, but have you consider what you want to do with our responses? If we tell you, no, most men and women are highly unlikely to cheat -- will this issue stop bugging you? What if we tell you that that's really the case, everybody cheats all the time (and brace yourself, trps are now typing exactly that), then what? Will you decide it's not worth pursuing relationships and turn into a hermit? Yes cheating is painful and it happens more frequently than it should. Ther…

My sister isn't FDS. The issue I'm expressing is based off of behavior how people but a price tag on men as high value or "real" or not. Unfortunately I can't edit post titles. It sucks :( 'High-value' and 'real men/women' are stupid terms but they express what always has been expressed and should be expressed: certain individual preferences. Is your 16-year old sister FDS? You see you are all over the place with whatever it is that you want to express. And while we at it, what kind of ideas about femininity did you have when you were 16? Would it be fair to take those ideas as representative of a certain portion of adult men? And no, I wouldn't say that you saying the 'real women' have an hourglass figure is toxic -- Stupid? Listen, I won't make a case for FDS because it is problematic in many ways, but not in the way you have described. FDS's idea of a 'high-value' man is not a 300lb muscle lumberjack, but rather somebody who respects you and has his life put together. As to what these two qualities translate into in concrete terms is for every woman to interpret for herself -- some women will take nothing less than 6 feet tall investment bankers; others will be happy with 5'7'' tradesmen. In any case, there is a possibility that we will be able to make 'custom' babies, selecting everything from their height, intelligence to their eye colour. Jokes asides, no I don't think the future belongs to Chads and Stacies. First, with covid and global warming it is debatable whether there'll even be any future for humankind. Second, in-vitro fertilization alone is extremely expensive and thus available only to a very narrow group of people. Add to this the genetic modification and that narrow group becomes much smaller. It's about discovering and realising your identity. In Neo's case, he learns not only that what he thought was reality is really just a computer program (the less important bit, dear trps), but also that once he starts believing he is the 'one' (even though almost everyone at first doubts this) then he gains the ability to modify that program to his benefit.

It is a myth that depression and anxiety are just when you feel sad and cry a lot. They come with many physical symptoms too: fatigue, chest pains, tired muscles etc. The stomach pain could be one of them (have it checked out, though, as this could be ulcers). It's good that you are avoiding blackpill content, even if you relapse every once in a while (that's perfectly normal, just keep going). For now, forget about women; actively try to not think about them at all. Make sure you eat well, get …

Oh I see, but sexuality doesn't work like that. Just because you lucked out on finding a female partner doesn't mean you might be gay. You need to be sexually attracted to men for that.

Yeah, I wish people would stop thinking that the 'instagram looks' are the only benefits to regular exercising (which won't help with that much anyway -- you need to get on a steroid cycle for that). Bulky muscles are the least important thing! Being physically fit means you sleep and eat better, your mood improves, your digestive and immune systems work better, your skin gets clearer and so on. And to achieve these benefits, you only have to go for a slow walk regularly. Also just look at profe…

Oh buddy, I'm so sorry you are going through this. It's sometimes so difficult to figure out your sexuality and being surrounded by parents who have strong views on the matter makes everything that much more difficult. You are right to think that sexuality is complex, it is a spectrum, and it could change throughout your life. So I would say forget about labels (bi, gay, pansexual, whatever). Go out and seek people you feel safe with and you are attracted to, and let the experiences with those p…

Yeah I think that's for the best. I'm definitely not qualified to advise re: 12 step program, but I would imagine you should only apologise to the people who currently are in your life (family and friends), or were a big part of your life (long-term ex-partners, work colleagues, etc.). But yeah, I think it's a bit absurd to track down your kindergarten buddy and apologise for that small punch-up you had 20 years ago. Hope that clears it up somewhat. Best of luck with the program!

Most women who fancy athletic men would be fine with a standard fit body (not even necessarily muscular). I would say that the majority of those points are just symptoms of a pretty basic patriarchial misogyny that could be reduced to three points: 1.slut-shaming and women as, on the one hand, 2. these ditzy, intellectually inferior, over-emotional creatures and, on the other hand, 3. crooked, conniving, materialist manipulators. No, that's not true. Women are explicitly advised NOT to chase men and instead let them do the chasing (because of the 'mAlE nAtUrE' and similar). And trust me, the type of women who chase after those super attractive men are not the women who get to be with those men.

I agree with the underlining idea, but not with the redpill nonsense sprinkled over it. It is quite telling that it is usually the 'good men' who think they are rejected for being too 'good'. Goodness is just like attractiveness. It is deeply subjective and certainly NOT the only factor that decides whether a woman will sleep with you. From the Washington Post article: The furor escalated quickly after Republicans circulated a video of Del. That is one approach, but not the only one. Who is to say which is correct? I certainly do not have that answer. That gets into the question of where do we place preference. Assuming the life of the mother is at risk (which is extremely rare these days), do you place the preference on the woman or on the child? If it is not, then the laws against murder are unnecessary, so I presume we can all agree that is one of its primary purposes. Teen pregnancy for women has never been common, It's a very recent turn of events that girls start menstruating around the age of 13-14, or even increasingly younger. In the good ol' times (think the 19th century and further into the past), women would usually get their first period around the age of 17-18. So let me understand this better, you are saying that, in general, men have a preference for younger women even though they didn't before the 14th century, but then humanism came and made it happened, especially for the rich men who have time to think about love? Did I understand you correctly? Also, how's your mum, grandma and aunties doing?
/r/ExRedPill02/09/21 01:08 PM
7

I'm genuinely curious what has led you to think that men, all 100% of them, can only love and feel for younger women? Did your papa run away with a teenager? What about your grandfather, did he got himself a nice teenage bride whom he loves dearly? Do you have many examples of this in your life? Huh? Talk to me! Bonus: You do know that 'humanism' is a philosophical branch, right?
/r/ExRedPill02/09/21 12:56 PM

Cultures and countries all over the world have something in common and is the preference of men for younger women, and it's easy to know why, if you think for a moment, why would a man be with an older woman ignoring love and feelings, because let's be honest the way we know love was very different in those times before humanism. Oh babe, what's you story, hm? What has led you to this point?

I'm sorry buddy. As I said, there probably was more to it than just texting. You were not a good match and that's not your fault. It simply wasn't supposed to happen. Next time though, try to read between the lines when you get this type of feedback ('you suck at texting') and if you are unsure what to do about it, ask her for specific instructions. You don't have to force yourself into texting if you really despise it, but maybe you can negotiate around it (phone calls, voice messages, more IRL…

Yeah I agree, but I would phrase it slightly differently: Confidence is knowing that you'll be fine regardless of what happens. For me, confident people are those who enjoy their lives and there is a certain ease to them. They are funny and can laugh about themselves. They are open to trying new things, but never push or force other people into anything. Just the wholesome 'happy-go-lucky' types. I think teenagers are more prone to a hive mentality than they are willing to admit. There is a reason why there is usually just this one boy and one girl that everybody wants to date and that's simply because a whole class/year have collectively decided that these two people are attractive. In reality, however, it's mostly a random decision that everybody just happened to go along (mostly because they simply do not know any better.) Once you get to college, you'll see that the dating scene will…

I kind of agree with you regarding texting and also think you fucked up (and that that's okay, because you two were perhaps not as good a match as you might think). Texting gives a false sense of intimacy and thus should be avoided in favour of other forms of communication. It's much better to meet in person (or just have a phone call if you can't meet). Having said that, when she told you that you 'suck at texting' what she was really telling you was that you had not been paying her as much att…

But maybe it's not a matter of beliefs? As I said previously, there are numerous free non-TRP resources and groups for men to help them to deal with their problems. There are men who had great fathers and turned out rotten. It's definitely a factor, but I don't think the whole manosphere could be explain just by a lack of good 'male models.' I think you are misunderstanding what 'toxic' means in terms of relationships. Yes, the things you have described range from being unfortunate (troubled childhood, drug use, dating people you don't love) to unsavoury (the rest). However, these women do not deliberately and substantially affect your wellbeing (via, say, bullying, physical assaults, financial control, forcing you into sex acts you don't like, isolating you from your family and friends, etc.). And while you may have a point about the Nordic women being more likely to report domestic abuse and sexual assaults, the question is how is it possible that the Nordic countries put so much effort into promoting gender equality and still record such high rates of both DA and SA. Both DA and SA is traditionally linked to poverty, religiosity and a lack of appropriate education -- these factors are f…

Based on people who write here, it is less so about their personalities than them having convinced themselves that they are undateable because 1. Women are evil and 2. They are ugly/have a small penis/ other perceived physical 'deformity.' The first group, misogynist trolls, should be mocked or ignored, in my humble opinion. You will not convince them to change their minds because they do not come here in good faith. The second group, on the other, should be told to 'just get over it,' although,…

I don’t see where him bringing a friend is a dumbass move. Given the context that he trusted his friend and the friend betrayed him. Do you bring your buddies on your first dates? You could use that same logic to victim blame a woman who was assaulted by their friend, because “they didn’t have to bring them.” Surely you are not saying that your buddy consensually fucking a woman you happened to match with on tinder is the same as sexual assault? Anyway, there's no beef here. I'm sure you don't d…

I think pretty much every human being who has lived long enough has some regrets about wasting their 'good' years -- because of that relationship that went nowhere, that job that was really shitty, that drug/alcohol they used to numb their feelings, that weird cult they joined thinking it would make them happy, etc. Rather than being sad about it, you'd be better off trying to understand why you ended up as an incel (were you depressed? Did you lack social skills and confidence?). Once you figur…

I'm sure there are men and women like that and, as I said, I'd search for them among the religious folk (not the evangelical nutcases, but a nice progressive religion such as Quakerism, for instance). What kind of 'traditional' values are important to you? Maybe you could start such a group?

Oh I see, so you want non-misogynist support group for conservative men? I'm afraid you might be looking for a unicorn. I suppose you might look into some religious groups (Quakers maybe?) or the type of old-school 'honourable' gentlemen societies, if they still exist. But again, with all due respect, conservatism and feminism (for a lack of a better term) do not really go hand-in-hand (which is not to say that the left is any better, btw).

This? I'm not trying to start a fight or play a gotcha, but do think it's possible that some problems could be caused by women? This is a genuine question, because I can freely admit that there are problems that men contribute most to. All I'm trying to say is that if you are looking for somebody to tell you this ( from your OP): To be clear, what I'm talking about isn't what men can do to get girls. Are aggression, hate and anger not emotions (or, in the very least, powered by emotions)?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/07/21 10:34 AM

Oh please don't. The very idea that you need some fucking 'pill' to 'open your eyes,' or whatever it is supposed to mean, is inherently cultish and counterproductive. If you want to get people off this nonsense, you should somehow encourage them to quit the internet and seek out real-life relations and non-relational experiences. You know, ideally, you'd want to teach them how to be human again, with no big digital pharma involved.

I really liked how in one of the earlier FDS podcasts these new generations of men (I don't think their age was specified, but I would include also the 30-40 age range) are basically just consumers with nothing more to them. They just binge on any distraction daddy capitalism has to offer to them, from video games through porn to fucking superhero films, and, as a result, have nothing to give in return. I thought that really hit the nail on its head.

Will all due respect, you seem immensely confused about this. Women are rarely attracted to 1 thing, such as your 'success' (which, in any case, is subjective). You want to be with somebody you find physically attractive and who has a system of values that correlates with yours, who is confident and, indeed, ambitious/successful. I've also had situations where I came across young attractive women that almost seem to show anger or frustration just because I looked at them. I've had them turn their back to me and even walk out of the way just for looking in their direction. I didn't speak to them or even smile, I just happened to see a person standing there and I get reacted to in a negative way. Is it possible that you are projecting here? Maybe those young attractive women were indeed angry and frustrated, but not becaus…

Hear! Hear! Also, as cliched as it is, it does get better! I promise. You'll get slapped again the first few times you try to get out of your shell -- this universe has a really wicked sense of humour -- but the more you try, the easier it will become. Don't be afraid of it. Best of luck!

First and foremost, stop watching red-pilled 'dating advice.' In relationships, there is no place for manipulations and the exploitation of insecurities. Second, there is no magical formula that would help you to keep your partners 'interested' in you. And you do not want to force your partners to be with you anyway. That's how toxic relations are created. As for 'girl getting bored' -- well, boys do, too. It's not a uniquely female quality! We date because it often takes time to find out whethe…

I'm a straight woman who doesn't find muscular men particularly attractive. Checkmate evolutionary psychology! On a more serious note, what we find 'attractive' is largely culturally determined. It is what glossy magazines and TV sells us as 'attractive.' Not everybody buys into it, plus people have different tastes. I might like my tall, lanky guys, somebody else is into gym rats, and a third person doesn't care about physical looks at all. It is also perfectly possible that you can find a musc…

You are not intellectually developed enough to 'dismiss' exredpillers. You are a redpiller. You are a hateful, cowardly, moronic, insignificant bundle of hate. Now fuck off with your misogyny, but ideally stay in the digital world, because you would not survive a second out there in the real world.

Well, I'll be much simpler than u/RedPillDetox . The first two points: Who cares? Why can't women sleep with as many men as they like? Why are they supposed to be shamed for it? Because your holy book says so? Well, I have a shocker for you: that exactly same holy book also says that your prophet, the son of the god almighty, our saviour who died for our sins so that we could go to heaven again, hang out with prostitutes. Don't mind them, they are being a bit more than just rude. It is perfectly understandable that it took you a month (hardly a lot of time, really) to get over an emotionally abusive relationship, and that you still have a need to talk about it. I would add to this, I was quite disappointed with this film overall. The only thing I liked was the ending, as it was somewhat realistic. But I really hated that the 'vengeance' bit basically came down to the main character merely telling men off, I was hoping for something a bit more irreparable. Plus I found that stupid romance subplot to be insufferable.

LOL at 'He says he is addicted because he wants sex and intimacy and once we're sexually active and in college, it'll be fine.' WRONG! Once they are sexually intimate he'll realise he can't get it up at all, go back to masturbating, and most definitely make her feel like it's her fault.

I was also guilty of that. I used to be in academia and often, during conferences or even in a classroom, when a young, charming woman started speaking I would instinctively roll my eyes, expecting her not to be worth my time. I never felt like that with men, no matter how pointless, even outright idiotic, their contribution was.

That's where she lost me. To answer her question: What she missed was the gazillion of red flags that paved the way for this idiotic argument. No way a man who has a problem with feeding a child is otherwise a kind, intelligent person.

I used to lead seminars on feminism and one year, the fated year of Kim K 'breaking the internet,' I had this massive argument with my students about naked/provocative selfies and empowerment (or what I have ever since called the 'daily mail brand of feminism'). Now, I didn't care for the selfies as some type of a moral issue, but I tried (and failed miserably) to get across that there are bigger issues in feminism than being able to post semi-naked selfies without being called a slut (not to fo…

This is exactly how groomers/pimps operate. They send 'hey beautiful' to thousands of women and wait for those few women who respond back with 'oh you really think so? (or something to that effect). There's no better indicator of your vulnerability/low self-esteem than taking bait from a complete stranger.

Hey, I'm sorry you feeling this way. But look at this way: It's much easier to deal with loneliness and depression than LVM men. Everybody experiences the former (including your married friends), but the latter will completely ruin your life. Hang in there, it will get better! Sending you hugs!

Yeah, gee, I wonder whether fathers could not do something to prevent this from happening. I mean, loving their daughters, taking time to spend time with them, building up their confidence, showing by an example how a man should treat women and having difficult conversations with them at a right time, are truly radical concepts to some of these scrotes, no?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/02/21 05:22 PM

I don't have children (and I doubt I'll have them) so it's easy for me to give advice. But I imagine the prevention is key here -- you have to talk your children (and especially your daughters) about these things and explain in very clear terms why such relations happen and why they are wrong. Given that the milk is already spilt, I would sit down with the daughter and have a long conversation about why I disagree with this relation (not to mention the marriage). But I wouldn't harp on it. Somet…

I don't think the mom is having doubts -- she's very clearly disgusted as well. But she also understands that the daughter is an adult and can cut her off at any moment (especially as she can live with the perv). It is a really difficult situation and I guess if I were in the mother's position, I would try to delay the wedding, hoping that in the meanwhile the daughter comes to senses.

This is such a tricky issue. On the one hand, it so hard to take these people seriously. There aren't really good words to describe these types -- they are beyond stupid. The kindest explanation I can come up with is that they are just bored twelve-year-olds. On the other hand, I know for a fact that some portion of them are adults, and it's precisely these men who are most likely to physically hurt a woman... So yeah, block & delete, but remain vigilant and safe!

Hey, I'm so glad you wrote here and shared your story. I'm terribly sorry for all you went through and I hope there are only good times for you from now onwards. There are two points I want to make. First, please do not put too much hope into this subreddit. It is a great place and the sisterhood is real, but even here people can be on occasion nasty. So take it with a grain of salt. Men love to have a spontaneous, no lube anal sex in a parking lot (having a car, ladies, is a huge advantage), and for the love of god -- DO NOT expect any kissing or cuddles afterwards. Be adventurous, not needy! Furthermore, don't EVER speak publically about the fact that most young men have erectile dysfunction and can't get it up. It's clearly your fault!
