The thing is that learning and acting upon what you learned is two separate things. I think there will always be a part of me that attaches themselves to women I sleep with, but I’ll be more inclined to make the decision that helps me rather than hurts me. TRP isn’t a one size fits all glove, but when applied it does simplify a lot of bullshit in your life.

Okay, we chose to stand and fight, so what are the options? Do we as a community, get into politics and overturn mandates and bullshit laws, from a state level and move upwards? Do we join and influence local militia within our neighboring areas and prepare for a civil war? Asking the important questions. I had a situation earlier this year with a girl I met where I work (not an employee). We fucked within 3 hours of meeting. I saw the red flags but I chose to ignore. Saw her with another guy and I went NC, I find myself thinking about it/her from time to time. tbh I'm not sure how to address that, but I'm glad to be aware of it.

Pain of doing the bad habit > Pleasure Gained = No bad habit This. I used to drink excessively, felt like shit when I drank and worse when I woke up the morning after. I started "playing the tape forward", avoiding the triggers like people and environments, and lo and behold I was good.
