The thing is that learning and acting upon what you learned is two separate things. I think there will always be a part of me that attaches themselves to women I sleep with, but I’ll be more inclined to make the decision that helps me rather than hurts me. TRP isn’t a one size fits all glove, but when applied it does simplify a lot of bullshit in your life.

Thing that I learned: always be willing to walk away always trust a red flag unprotected sex doesn’t equal love What I need to work on discipline calling women out when they try to bullshit you be attached to the work, not the results

Asking the important questions. I had a situation earlier this year with a girl I met where I work (not an employee). We fucked within 3 hours of meeting. I saw the red flags but I chose to ignore. Saw her with another guy and I went NC, I find myself thinking about it/her from time to time. tbh I'm not sure how to address that, but I'm glad to be aware of it.

Pain of doing the bad habit > Pleasure Gained = No bad habit This. I used to drink excessively, felt like shit when I drank and worse when I woke up the morning after. I started "playing the tape forward", avoiding the triggers like people and environments, and lo and behold I was good.

If this isn't a great reminder of the importance of frame, I don't know what is..

It comes with the territory, keep calm and carry through. At least when it's over you can look at yourself with pride that you didn't lose your cool.

Have some self-respect, don’t do it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
