sure alas I can't say I would categorize them as modern vehicles being in the fifteen year old range. It's a car where when I buy one I am looking to get two years out of it and anything beyond is a bonus. I also cannot stress enough how I put them through the paces as during winter I am skiing every week and sending the thing through steep elevation climbs on the way to the resort.

I mean I've never had an issue with the two I've owned. Had an 04 for two and a half years that I put 30K miles on and yes eventually a head gasket went but I sent that thing constantly in upstate NY winters. Have an 07 now with 115K and she runs great.

rent and invest aggressively, think of how many people live in NYC their entire life as renters and are doing just fine. You said it yourself, you're single and nobody to impress therefore a home purchase IMO is quite senseless. Society has condoned renting so as to get people enslaved in the long game that is home ownership, it doesn't need to be that way. Find a fairly priced apartment or move somewhere that you can get one and start hitting the market, the one true way to financial freedom in…

it's your selfish genes being selfish and attempting to get you to replicate them. Won't lie to you, you're entering the toughest period of mental warfare against your genes as you're now entering the physical prime with your testosterone at or close to peak production. By 30/31 you will have entered into enough of a decline for this to begin easing because simultaneously you will look at young girls and be aware of the mental gap and how hopeless many are. produce and consume roughly ninety percent of food at home (healthier too!) INVEST! It is the only way to financial security if not born into wealth plain and simple. Strive to become debt free as quickly as possible and stay that way. This won't be agreed with by most but as a single man you have no need to own a home and subject yourself to that long term debt. You can make equal if not more than what it will get you down the road in the stock market and other investment avenues. If you rly wa…

depends what you mean by plan as I'm 30 years old, as far as work, I've paid my dues and am content with where I'm at. Another piece of advice is that the top isn't always so glorious as far as whatever industry you may enter. about your age(30) and honestly I think it's just the way of man to be on your own by this point if you've avoided the whole wife and kids thing. everyone below 30 and on this sub should be aspiring for single at 30 in the modern era because you realize how good you have it as you approach said age. I was fat my whole adolescent life, 260 lbs. at my worst. I am now 165-170 and have been at this weight for almost a decade. If you want to become skinny and stay skinny you essentially will need to brainwash yourself as far as food. DIET IS A CANCEROUS WORD, when someone tells me they're on a diet, in my head I say, "you shall fail". I bought several shares in companies hurting very much right now and perhaps they very may well fail. Then when it plummeted again I purchased anew but now my $ got me that many more shares. Now I…

it's a fine line, when I was a food and beverage manager in Virginia, I had guidelines to what was acceptable and what was not. Because it was foodservice I could get away with things like no fake eyelashes because they may fall into food and drink, no whore nails for same reason, etc. Whilst primary reason for doing such was indeed for food safety it was also to deter the unproductive time which these ladies would take to "look in the mirror".

28; debt-free college grad which for millenials is a dream for 99%, I am a minimalist (debt adherence at least for some time now that it is cleared). I will go out with a girl once in a blue moon but I am talking one or two occurrences a year and when they inevitably branch I move on with my life. Watching the friends drift off as I am at the age when many take on serious relations/wives and whilst happy for them if that's what they want I am fully accepting of the dwindling of the social circle…

no but because of the city that it is and being a major metropolitan area, there are factors of life which do not exist in your more rural/town areas across the country. You see in cities such as Manhattan and LA, everyone is out to get theirs so to speak and are quintessentially engaging people to see what it is that they may be able to provide in order to advance their life. At least in the fly over states for example sincerity in some shape or fashion may still exist but such is not the case …

in your first year I would advise at least one hour a day five days a week if time allows. indeed, I do feel the "interconnection" of people across the world was not beneficial whatsoever to the species. Not being exposed to every facet of lifestyle across the globe negated this yearn for higher status at least somewhat. Prior to the tech boom of recent times we really never heard of much in terms of hypergamy, branching, etc. It was to our benefit IMO for both sexes to be within a certain parameter of exposure if that makes sense.

I move through life as a shadow figure. Being amongst the masses does not bother me, I've lived in DC and NYC but no longer, yet in these locations I do nothing to draw attention to myself and just would go about my business and personal interests. Now living in rural area it is far easier to naturally find yourself in isolation alas same principal can be among the public but I move about it as if invisible and that's alright with me.

your mistake is feeling a necessity to convince others of your choice, only until you are able to eliminate this thought process shall you truly be able to live your life in the MGTOW style. Your own personal happiness is all that matters fuck what others and society try to tell you is correct. Break these chains that cripple your ability to establish true freedom and life becomes far easier.

honestly I am on the rent train (27 myself), I am not about being locked down for years on end nor do I have an interest in lawn care, house chores, general house bullshit that will never interest me. Where I live is also dirt cheap and I pay lump sum to cover 4 months at a time.

please learn basic cooking principals, you can save yourself so much money each month if you are cooking your meals at home. I might eat out once a month but every meal 3 a day comes from the home for me and I spend not a dime over $250 a month in NYC on food. That number inflates regardless of location if you are eating convenience food. As far as a gig trades as stated by most and also check your state's job listings.

haha believe me I am not trying to be a dick but I can confidently say that hockey is the one sport as far as the bigger name leagues that does not have corruption because of drugs and the bologna seen in the NFL. Sure there have been a couple fuck ups in history I mean Dany Heatley fucking ran someone over with a car and $ say he was drunk but in general the players seem to have their shit together.

as someone who lives in NYC I'll agree this city and society in general has a dangerous relationship with the alcohol. Go to an area such as Williamsburg which is quite literally there to cater to booze and you see it firsthand. As far as being single driving people to drink that is bologna, alcohol consumption is being driven down our throats day in and day out whether it's commercials, ads, signage across the city itself, etc. Take away alcohol and I will tell you right now a lot of people in …

at the end of the day at least take solace in the fact that you were able to experience life on the third rock from the sun. If you are on social media eradicate from life did so myself two years ago never looked back and it will really teach you who your true friends are. Movies and the news went to poo long ago that's not your doing if you want a sport to watch with actual integrity and mostly lacking diving watch hockey.

once you realize you were looking at them in awe solely because of physical traits and nothing else they go down a peg. When you start taking personality into account equally if not primarily believe the walls come crumbling down hard in your mind.

physical beauty fades for all but a women's biological prime is not long and if anyone regardless of sex does not start taking care of themselves better in their twenties they will pay the price in the coming decades. A 25 yr. old either sex has more than enough time to change their habits and help curb the aging process but to start at 40 although better than nothing you've already been on the back end of your prime awhile and it'll take lots of work to make significant progress. No physical wo…

fear of being alone. I have encountered enough people now that I can tell would be lost w/o companionship and it is sad to see men crumble at the feet of women because they became complacent with the situation and know nothing else nor want to venture outside the box. i spend large swaths of time on my own ten months of the year about 400 miles from home for work (income rate far higher here) over past 3 years though about to be done move home next month nonetheless that time made me mentally so…

it's natural your brain learned to associate your own personal happiness with another person completely, over the course of a decade that would ensue for anyone do not feel bad. Unfortunately your brain playing you like that is a one way road to the utter devastation you've felt over the past few weeks when its "drug" has been taken away w/o weaning. I live in the New York City metropolitan area and it really boils down to the "grass is always greener on the other side" mentality of all. With the advents of technology and this city's integration of them it's simply too competitive. You need the tall, dark, handsome, 6 figure salary, nice car/condo scenario just to enter the "game" for 8-10 ladies. Once in a blue moon I like to dip my biscuit in a warm hole still so ya know, I get out there. There is no personal interest it's all what can you…

you're 21 and at the beginning of the curve so to speak just live by the motto women come and women go. I am 27 I've had plenty of experience throughout the years and it simply becomes a redundant process over time. It is not to tell you to just give up completely but just know she's not yours it just so happens to be your turn. the shift is indeed real, I am 27 from start of college fall 2007 to now we are not in the same world it seems. Had a fling with 21 year old this summer and in time you can see the general excitement to be together fade on their end whilst I would still look forward to time spent. MGTOW has made me immune to the terrible feelings that would've ensued when I was younger like you I pity them now to the life they've resolved themselves to. I am netting $55k per year and I save 46% of that per year. I do cook all my food though talking like one night out for food per month and budget leisure expense of $250 per month to go out now and again. I do not date at all and strive for minimalism no senseless shopping. I am doing this in the NYC metro area. Eradicate dating and relations in general and the savings are whopping.

if you want to lose the weight for good I suggest you eradicate sugar fro your diet completely. It is hidden in all foods and drinks you do not even think about (ex: apple juice is loaded). Sugar provides no value for the body and basically becomes instantaneously converted to fat. Alcohol has gotta go as well or you need to switch it up to straight Jack Daniels no mixers forever (65 cal, 0 sugar, 0 carb). Goodbye beer that shit destroys your body.

it is only natural for the feeling to arise every now and again but with age it is a lot easier. The guys on here in the 18-24 age range will have the hardest time dealing with this and more importantly accepting it and being okay on their own. As they transgress into the 25-34 range (where I am at now) the mind matures and they will open up to their situation and come to like and accept it more. When I was 25 and the loneliness arose in my mind it would hamper me but now at 27 after 2 years of …
