DuckDuckGo is way better than bing, and IMO usually better than Google. It has the additional feature that you can put a "!gi" in your query to go straight to Google Images (only one of many options). There are also plugins so you can search direct from the address field in your favourite browser.

The indian trials apparently have around 400 subjects, but the timeframe is unknown. Since Indian and EU/US medical standards probably differ, that does not mean you can use it, however. (Unless you go to India to get it done.) However, there are American trials under way.
