Let's forget that you are annoyed at her...since I don't operate from that frame (I'm not reactive with women, which you seem to be)...

If you wanted to get her out...you would tell her you aren't into whatever but that she should get drinks (coffee, whatever) with you on (choose one or two options) evening. Get her out!
