Don't talk so much. You're not there to entertain. In a group environment it's different, I like to be loud and boisterous, but with one on one it's a ton of eye contact and smiling. Touch is really important. I try to touch their arm and hold their hand. The lower back is where I inevitably want to touch the most, but it takes time to get there. I also make sure to let them talk and I am interested in them.

Some girls just suck at talking and conversation, and if they are just giving me bullshit one word answers after trying to keep it going, I just leave. I don't have time for that nonsense. This goes for picking up girls and for dates. If a girl cannot genuinely answer any questions without more than a yes or no, what business do I have wanting to date them?

Stop talking so much. Your life is not that interesting to this girl, and the more a girl confides in you, the more trust it builds, and the more attraction you get. Think like James Bond. Girls just tell him things, he just sits and listens.

Having a "Hobby/Something You Love" is solid advice and will carry you for years to come.

In terms of what to say verbally. Girls love to flirt. They flirt with guys, other girls, even complete/random strangers. Think of it as play fighting. As though you two are in a duel and whoever slips up first, loses. (It's all fun and games so don't stress).

In my experience, it's typically initialized by saying something bold/teasing her.

Make fun of her for being attracted to you "Why are you trying so hard to get me? lol"
Reinterpret her own words as sexual innuendos
Make fun of her for being melodramatic "lol it'll be okay princess"
Playfully accuse her of being a liar, cheater, spoiled brat, villain.
Tease her for being dorky, quirky, nerdy in any way
Lightly make fun of her for not knowing something
Point out her facial expressions (blushing, staring, smirking)
Make funny assumptions about what she was thinking

All of this shows you have self-confidence, you're secure with yourself, and you're cool/laidback and know how to have some lighthearted fun. This will get her mentally attracted to you. However, attraction does have physical and emotional elements so make sure to work on your fashion, body weight, self-esteem, friendships, social life, and personal goals.

I look at her, take in how sexy she is, get turned on by her, and thus I adopt: certain mannerisms, habits of touch, and words in the moment.

Mannerisms such as: Eye fucking. Getting really close to her. A calm tonality, with pauses at natural points.

It also becomes a thing of touch. When I take her in shamelessly and let that little bit of lust flow through me, I act on the impulse to touch her. I might touch her thigh or put my arm around her, or pull her in closer, or put her legs over mine, or whatever, or give her a little kiss. It feels unnatural to not do those things because I'm letting myself take her in/feel lust.

I verbalize it sometimes too. Tell her how cute//sexy she looks. Compliment whatever specific thing is getting me going, tell her how nice her legs or ass or whatever is. Tell her how good she looks in that dress. Tell her she sounds sexy when she talks like that.

Note that you don't have to, and shouldn't be like this at all times. That's not natural to always be that way. Ease back sometimes like you naturally feel like doing. Appreciate the girl, but act like you've seen one before.

This isn't a strategy to me. It's simply giving yourself permission to actually act how you feel in the moment. Instead of ignoring how you feel... and being fucking boring.

Just make sure that most of what you say is targeted towards giving her pleasure or creating dramatic effect, but ideally both of those things. I'll be doing some write-ups on verbal technique sometime soon.

Your method of building attraction should focus on displaying your social value and making it appeal to her. The easiest way to do this is to pick up girls doing something you love, a hobby or something similar.
