Do you live somewhere where you can ride a motorcycle year round?

I disagree. People said the same thing about the lao, hmong and vietnamese when they came to my state in the late 70s and 80s. Now they are an important part of the society, in the government and owners of many businesses. A net boost to the economy. I think fear of migrants is mostly fear of competition. I welcome competition because i thrive on it.

Sorry bro you need to be able to cook to meal plan and hit macros. If you eat out every meal, you're just a well paid man child.

You need more activities that create that "flow" feeling, where you lose track of the outside world and just focus on what you're doing, without using your ego. For me, that's TIG welding, riding my motorcycle, or designing stuff. For you it could be something completely different. Find that place and put in some hours there.

Yes you should do upper body stuff too. Unless you're walking around all day in short shorts, nobody will even realize that your legs are ripped. However, everybody can see your arms, delts, traps and v-taper even when fully clothed.

It's your own fault, you went to the "party" (glorified high school dance) without a date. In my experience, those events were plenty lame even hammered, with a date. You need to value your time more. Don't go to events just because everyone else is. Find some off campus house parties, or arrange a date with a new girl. Do something on your terms, and you'll feel better and have a far more memorable time.

What is your diet, sleep and stress level like? If you're gonna juice, you will need to do it continuously, with regular bloodwork and drugs to counter the side effects. I recommend watching this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JExB-GyVmrE

Right now as a young man in your position, you are nothing to society and women. You need to keep your head down and focus on self improvement. Community college is great for saving money and getting your first two years of college done on the cheap. However, the teachers are frequently poor, and for most students, it is high school 2.0. You need to have a spotless, squeaky-clean, 2 years with perfect grades to be considered for a good college. Your focus should be on knocking out as many pre-re…

I disagree completely. For example, "alpha fucks beta bucks" is an ESS. Being aware of it vs being ignorant of it will change how you behave as a man, and potentially allow for better partner selection, because you can vet for it. Will an individual follow one exact strategy exclusively, to a T, at every stage of their life? No, and neither do animals. But there are a common set of strategies primarily played in the "game", and knowledge of them is predictive power. Unlike animals, we can log in…

Also, a genuine question, why do you care about the sexual/romantic success of other men? Read up on game theory. The success of strategies used by other players affects the choice and success of your own strategies. An Evolutionarily Stable Strategy is the "dominant" strategy not because it produces the most optimal results for all players, but because it prevents other strategies from succeeding. Are feminism and TRP two sides of the same coin? Well a quick search reveals feminists are not app…

If you have self respect, you will look to date women raised outside the dominant, broken, US culture. To quote Animal House, "Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son." Why look for women that bring out the worst in you, when there are women who appreciate the best? Everyone knows that no matter what someone thinks, they won't be a good drunk driver. Most people can get away with it a few times, but eventually they will fuck up big, and hurt themselves, others, or find themselve…

Check out 5x5 stronglifts if you're more into powerlifting, or PPL (search reddit) if you're more into bodybuilding.

You should definitely start a slow cut. If you follow the PPL routine strictly, and eat enough protein, you should still see some gains on the t-shirt muscles. The one thing missing from PPL is abs. Find a good ab routine and add that in as well. Abs are super important for aesthetics, and will assist on your big lifts as well.

Just like how every day a women doesn't call you back makes it more likely she never will, every year of your 20s where you don't work towards success makes it more likely you will be a loser in your 30s. Your 20s are when you set the habits for the rest of your life.

The #1 way to enter strong is to negotiate a high salary for yourself. Do not tell them your current salary. Do not play the "what's your range game". Negotiate based on identifying their companies needs, and showing how you meet those needs better than other candidates. Make it clear that you are interviewing them as well, that you value your time, and you have clear things you are looking for.

You need to lift more, eat right, and sleep right first. Taking a pill to simulate IDGAF is the most blue-pill option available. You are basically like Cypher, you can't wait to be plugged back in, you don't care if it's real or not, you just want the feeling. Start taking risks in life. Embrace failure when it happens. You will learn that it's not so bad, and then, the IDGAF will come.

A couple tricks from the ever popular 48 rules: Always Say Less than Necessary When you are trying to impress people with words, the more you say, the more common you appear, and the less in control. Even if you are saying something banal, it will seem original if you make it vague, open-ended, and sphinxlike. Powerful people impress and intimidate by saying less. The more you say, the more likely you are to say something foolish. Say less. In a confrontational conversation, think of yourself as…

The most important things are as follows: Muscles and low body fat Clothes that fit well. Tailored if necessary. Colors that look good together with a matching style, shoes and belt that match. Clothes that are clean and unwrinkled. Beyond that, go crazy. If you like the preppy look, do that. Fashion is a personal statement.

Being smart and starting from privilege means nothing for your future if you don't act on it. If you stay apathetic you will fritter away everything you have been blessed with. Then you will be worse than a born loser, you will be a loser by choice. You know exactly what to do, but you're not doing it for some reason. It's okay. Your shoes and belt match. In the future, spend more time getting clothes that fit. Notice how your shirt is slightly pleated all over? This is because it is too big. Also, the fit on the pants is too loose, and you shouldn't carry a thick wallet in your front pocket. Shoes look worn as well. IMO, you are slightly overdressed for a frat party. Instead of consciously hitting on her, or avoiding hitting on her by talking about adult stuff, tease her. Pick some random element of her appearance, her demeanor, or her surroundings, and tease her about it. You need to do this in a playful way, not a mean way, or overly sexual way. What you are doing is engaging her through your frame, and testing if she is capable of reacting spontaneously to it. If you do it right, you leave her the opening to "slip up" and turn the tease sexual, without ov…

What you are describing are facts of life. I recommend reading "The Selfish Gene" by Dawkins. In it he describes what an Evolutionary Stable Strategy is and why alternatives, which in theory would benefit everyone more, do not occur in nature. You need to accept that dishonesty and deception are facts and tools of life. Sure, the world would be better off without them. However, all it takes is one to use them, and that perfect world is ruined.

Recently, I took her out for a romantic anniversary dinner at a restaurant she loves, followed by ice cream (one of her favorite things in the world) and then a romantic moment at home when I surprised her with a bedroom lit by candles and tried to have a chance to make the sex extra-romantic. You're trying to judge the climate by looking at the weather. Use your intellect to recognize which events you have influence over. For example, if your dog just died, don't blame it on yourself. You handled this all wrong. Confronting her, going to a counselor, asking question after question about the past as if you're in a courtroom drama. If you can't be bothered to learn how to lift and eat right, steroids aren't going to do much for you. Sure, even without lifting, you might build a little muscle mass on them. Good points here. The big takeaway here should be how few men actually act RP in society, and the massive advantages available to be gained by those who do, due to that scarcity. Be like that guy in the example with the DGAF attitude. Not only is it more attractive, it is better for your own mental well-being. My advice would be to date outside of your native culture. TRP often suggests this for men, and for you it could be a great choice as well. I would focus on groups often overlooked/undervalued by your peers. Indians or Africans could be a good place to start. I suggest finding a prostitute and losing your virginity ASAP. This is legal in Nevada. The prostitute experience will be far better than settling for a fatty from a bar or tinder. I believe there are several reasons for the marked increase in male virgins: Increased levels of economic inequality and debt, particularly for millennials. This explains why their criticisms tend to be centered on the behavior of working-class men. To an upper-middle class women, these men are worthless and weak, and therefore, easy targets…

If you feel you have a natural skill for it, yes. You have to trust yourself on this. What are your strengths? You want to develop the things you are already naturally good at into things where you are the unquestioned expert.

It's easy to disprove this. Look at a pack of boys playing, then look at a pack of girls. I can guarantee you that the boys will either be fighting, or playing a game that simulates a fight. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. The feminists got this one right.

In these "chicken and egg" scenarios, cause and effect is not always something that can be explicitly determined. Instead, think in terms of memes and how they propagate. The modern idea of a "thug" would be an example of one of these memes. The meme propagates because women find it attractive and men like being attractive. Both causal factors can be present at the same time.

This. Dating women from work is a huge no-no and flies in the face of abundance mentality. Especially creepy shit like leaving valentines at their desk. You are opening yourself up to serious HR problems and risking your job any time you do this.

My contribution. Your 20s are when you should be getting good at something. Pick something you really like doing and put in your 1000 hours of serious practice. If you can be really good at something by your 30s, you will have security and success waiting for you, especially in comparison to peers who just partied and coasted through.

This right here is why those with a code win long term. Most people don't succeed by themselves. They succeed in groups. Every group has a consistent moral code, that makes sense to itself, and promotes the interests of the group.

The white people you dislike: you need to talk to them. Only then will you know if your prejudices are correct. They very well may be, but until you speak with someone you never know. Avoiding interaction because of your fears and preconceptions is pretty much the definition of blue pill behavior. Have you ever visited either of your parent's home countries as an adult? This is something essential to forming your identity and i cannot reccomend it enough.

It's common knowledge here that your behavior and emotions will change (for the better) when you start working out and eating right, from the additional testosterone. Start juicing and they will change even more. That is a conscious choice we make. Going the other direction is also a conscious choice, just not one we are making.

Many here are against calling hyperactive kids mentally ill, but are for calling trannies mentally ill. It's all a labeling system used for enforcing the status quo. Wow that last one - good resource: The additional exploratory analyses yielded one significant specific motoric correlate of vaginal orgasm history: the sum of stride length and vertebral rotation was greater for the vaginally orgasmic women. However, the exploratory nature of the secondary finding implies that less emphasis be placed upon it pending appropriate replication. http://onlinelibrary.…

I disagree with your critique of women in STEM. I have worked my entire 20s as an engineer. The women I worked with were (almost) all equals in regards to technical skill. My theory is that there is a strong self-selection effect in place, where only the most driven and interested women remain in STEM past college, due to the ease of jumping ship to other opportunities. In a competitive work environment, with multiple layers of authority, you can use enemies to pass disinformation to people in power. What amazes me is that you could be reading the RP for so long and not have learned anything. It is 100% in a high school or college girl's interest to go for a jock, just like it is 100% in your interest to go for the female equivalent. Being an engineering student in college does not make you attractive. Success makes you attractive. Studying something is just preparation for success, not success itself.

What's not mentioned is the effect working out 3x a week has on your psyche. For one, your testosterone is going to be way higher than someone's who doesn't go to the gym. They have been taught that it's not acceptable in other areas of their lives, but in this area, their true colors show. For open minded guys without this bias, dating black chicks is a no brainer. Due to racist inflation of white female SMV, the same guy will be able to attract a much higher SMV black woman.
