My go to place for info on lifting is r/weightroom. It may seem too advanced for a beginner but start reading what people say for when you reach intermediate level. Start with a beginner program that is based on linear progression, after you've deloaded a few times start looking into program's such as 5/3/1 which is based on periodization.

8:30-9:30 oats with milk and peanut butter 600-800 cal 1-3pm pasta/rice, olive oil and some kind of meat (turkey, beef, chicken, tuna) + 250g of greek yoghurt 1400-1600 cak 9-11pm same as lunch + cabbage/onion or green veg. 2-4 litres of water a day. A couple of coffees. Zinc, magnesium, EFA, calcium, multivitamin and Vit D in the morning. Been doing this for close to a month, weight hasn't responded. My libido is through the roof since I stopped the caloric deficit though which is nice.

I'm 5'9 weighing about 70kg. I'm doing 5x5 SL, progressing nicely again after my 2 month break. I don't think my joints could take squats more than 3 days a week though, have had problems with groin ligaments before.

This is precisely how this book should not be read. Each chapter should be reflected upon and conclusions should be drawn. You should also try to associate the Laws with your different social interactions. The last law, "Assume formlessness" changes the meaning of the book and I recommend re-reading + reevaluating your conclusions once you have fully read the book.
