I started lifting in September (SL 5x5) on a caloric deficit, Eating about 1800 calories a day. Exam season came along so I took a break from lifting and by mid January I was weighing about 69.5 kgs.
I started lifting again and I've been eating 3000+ kcals consistently since mid Jan in 3 meals. My first problem is that I am constantly full and I am finding it hard to focus on studying. Secondly, I haven't been putting on weight, I'm still under 70kgs.
I have now decided to eat 3500 calories a day. But this is going to make focusing on work even harder. Does this happen to all of you? Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
