One of my rules is don't make your happiness dependent on a woman's approval. Just say you get to that place and the extra interest turned out to be an anomaly? Will it have been a complete waste of time? Or will you not give a fuck because it was a good move for other reasons too? It's nice to get that 'exotic' smv boost but ideally it's part of a move that is congruent with your other goals in life.

I would recommend keeping a work diary consisting of the tasks you were given, incidents that may have happened and important things you learned that day and any other stuff you deem to be important. It will be something you can refer to when you are stuck on a problem, will back up your memory and most importantly will be your evidence if you ever run into the type of boss who likes to accuse you of things and edit the past to fit their narrative (try to write the diary for its positive aspects…

And that's not the case. Her orgasm is your job. Yours is her job. If you can't get it up, then she is doing a shit job at making you happy. And this is their perspective too, a girl can even be so disappointed that you didn't come that it outweighs the fact that you made her come. Focus on your own pleasure first and you'll be the leader she wants you to be.

So when two people are insecure, jealous, emotional, hav bad social skills, but one is a billionaire and one is just a regular guy, one is alpha and one is beta? Alpha is contextual so yeah. The traits we associate with alphas in our attempts to achieve it are not what define it, having a lot of (in this case tons) of available pussy is the mark of an alpha regardless of how awkward that person is.

Using 'alpha' as just another substitute for 'admirable man' is fundamentally bluepill thinking. The point of the redpill is that 'admirable man' does not get rewarded in the sexual market place the way he seems to deserve. Beta is not just your average socially retarded teenage virgin, beta can be a man with a solid career, a good father, a veteran soldier. Beta is the provider, the safe option, the one to settle down with. Alpha is the exciting, dangerous man, the one who you can never tie dow…

Either this or make a joke about it.

If he doesn't pick her up how is she going to see the array of panties scattered around the interior of the car to induce dread?

I got back on Tinder 2 days ago and have around 30 matches and one date set up. The date was easy to set up as I have already danced and made out with the girl beforehand when I met her on a night out. I'd rate myself a 7 based on the girls I usually pull but I have had a lot more success on Tinder once I added pics of me in social situations, one photo even has about 20 people in it and I'm in the corner but it has still improved my results. To be honest though literally 95% of the dates I set …

I think he's just making fun of the first guy.

Why fake value? It'll probably be easy to read from your face that you set it up and it'll just be awkward.

Also this might work for some but if you have a good sense of humour and you don't like the club you can just start taking the piss out of everything as your conversation topic. If the stuff you are saying is genuinely funny you won't come off as a downer.

As in go out to bars? Just get drunk and do it lol. I'm from Ireland where it's not hard to strike up a conversation with a stranger but I think you could do that anywhere really. Talk about anything, literally anything and odds are you'll find some temporary buddies for the night and then when you stop feeling like a creepy loner go talk to some girls.

Play it off with a joke "don't worry I'm not going to kidnap you unless you're into that" etc. It's a good thing really, masculinity is as scary as it is attractive to women, it's easy to play it off lightheartedly if she does you the favour of being direct about her anxiety so it's a good one to get.

Her: I know for definite I don't have any plans tomorrow night I'm just afraid I'll chicken out Him: If you flake let me know before hand so I can do something else Her: Oh ok Him: Don't worry I'm not gonna kidnap you unless you're into that sort of thing Her: You're so confident it kind of intimidates me Just a few lines from a screenshot he sent me, I don't think that reeks of neediness. Don't get me wrong it can be done in a way that is needy but if the vibe is "are you going to waste my time…

It does and it doesn't. At the end of the day I think it's more masculine to be straight up about something which might be a problem and not worry about what neediness you might be giving off. I mean we all know the feeling of straining to find the words to say something very simple in a non-needy, non-beta way, is it really masculine to be in that state?

You naturally hold frame no matter what you do, the question is whether it is your frame (which you may have developed into something advantageous towards yourself) or whether you are blowing in the wind falling into any which frame. What does holding frame look like? Someone says you're being creepy/annoying, maybe two people are standing beside them and they aren't denying it, you instantly feel like the ground has been removed from under you and you start apologising trying to clear things up…

You probably will be a bit cringey before you get used to it. Once being dominant becomes something you do naturally it will be a lot smoother and you'll probably be less of a dick too (though that depends on your style). I'd say there's no point worrying as we can't fine tune your game over the internet so just keep moving forward and develop a sense for it.

A good one a friend of mine said before is just to say straight up "if you flake let me know beforehand so I can do something else", you'd probably naturally shy away from being so direct but if you're giving the playful asshole vibe you can get away with it.

Seems like an interesting observation, do you think if you flip it that that partly explains the anger phase we see here? Seems like the main difference is that we're not verging on it being acceptable to medicate natural female behaviour.

Maintaining a reading habit is number 1 for me. Maybe as an anchor habit any good habit would do in its place but I notice with reading that it forces me to orient the rest of my life so that my head is clear enough to keep it up. For example some people might think it's OK to drink regularly as long as you're not dying of a hangover in the mornings but a reading habit will make you notice the finer effects it has on your focus and so it can be an anchor habit which will help keep you sober. Sam…
