Depends on where you live, in an American context for sure but America is one of the only countries that practices MGM for non religious reasons. The vast majority of people in my country that mutilate their boys are Muslims or Jews.
/r/MensRights13/09/20 04:24 PM
9

Nope, I have convinced a few Muslims not to mutilate their children by striking up a conversation about MGM. As long as you approach it in the right way and they are not totally closed minded you can get people to change their mind.

Canada has gone insane with that shit.

And themselves. One of the things that really pisses me off is that girls are taught not to let boys mistreat them and how boys can be abusive but boys are generally not taught the same.

What do you mean by auto-denomination?

I am not arguing for the existence of anything beyond two genders.
/r/MensRights09/09/20 09:24 PM
1

None of that is an argument against gender as a legitimate concept.
/r/MensRights09/09/20 09:15 PM
1

Right but what has any of this got to do with if gender is a legitimate concept?
/r/MensRights09/09/20 08:55 PM

And how we want to express ourselves is heavily influenced by our biology. Physical expression of sex also falls under gender excluding gamete production.
/r/MensRights09/09/20 08:27 PM
1

So you don't think sex is expressed phenotypically?
/r/MensRights09/09/20 04:33 PM

I gave that as an example of something that is not a social construct.
/r/MensRights09/09/20 04:10 PM

No problem
/r/MensRights09/09/20 03:05 PM

Sex is the genotype, gender is the phenotypic expression of the genotype. Certain constructs created around gender are socially constructed(Blue is for boys, pink is for girls) and some are not(average differences in behaviour between men and women such as people vs thing preference)

"A grown ass man, propositioning a woman on the bus" "And her enforcing her boundaries? By herself...against a grown man" "Men that cant control themselves or their impulses. Its shameful and a downright tragedy." It absolutely does.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 08:21 PM

I have already addressed your point so it isn't a whataboutism. Not a surprise that you can't answer the question and only have rhetoric in response.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:42 PM

I'm really sorry man, that is horrible. It makes me sick that male victims routinely face the same lack of support.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:40 PM

Same, I'm guessing this has effected you personally as well? It's cool if you don't want to say but DM me if you want someone to talk to about it.

Cool story. Should we beat women that make overt sexual advances towards men as well?
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:28 PM
2

I highly doubt that you would. If he was a predator do you think he would have asked?
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:27 PM
1

No, women do not constantly get hurt enforcing their boundaries and people spreading myths like that making women scared to do so is much more dangerous. If someone is scared of any group of people because they where attacked by a member of that group it is understandable but it doesn't mean that they are justified in their fear or that that group of people need to be able to read their mind. It was not in any way clear she was uncomfortable. For the record I have experienced multiple forms of s…
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:24 PM
2

I wouldn't like it, I would get my phone out, record and tell them I'm not interested and to leave me alone. If people find someone doing that worthy of shunning then fair enough but it certainly isn't worthy of physical violence. For the record it is not something I would do, I have absolutely zero interest in casual sex. Doesn't mean I find it inherently wrong for someone to be very forward though.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:19 PM
1

If someone was saying those things to a child of either gender I would have a problem with it. If someone was saying it to my adult sister then she would tell them to fuck off because she is an adult capable of enforcing her boundaries. "the man in the video is definitely a predator" An assumption based on him propositioning a woman. Would you hold women to the same standard?
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:15 PM
1

"sexually assaulted" By words? fuck off you absolute brainlet. I'm not shocked that you are a white knight that thinks a man saying words to a woman warrants physical violence and who sees women as pathetic children that need a man to protect them from words.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:12 PM
1

What a shock, people that advocate for gender equality don't see men as dangerous sexual predators and women as fragile children incapable of enforcing their boundaries in broad daylight in public. I would not have a different opinion if the genders where reversed.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:05 PM
3

Because you have no response. You are a sexist that sees women as fragile children and men as dangerous predators.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 06:02 PM
1

There are a significant minority of people that would be interested in any number of things, doesn't mean you shouldn't ask. What are you suggesting? that it should be illegal? because otherwise yes you should be expected to be an adult and enforce your boundaries. You are acting like someone saying words to you is some kind of traumatising experience you must be protected from.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:58 PM
2

Catastrophising the situation just makes you look ridiculous. Should we not take any action lest the worst case scenario occurs? Do you have any idea how rarely that happens? it is akin to saying we shouldn't drive from A to B because car accidents happen. She did not make it even slightly clear she was uncomfortable.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:53 PM
2

Then why haven't you addressed a single point I have made? Both genders have to deal with someone being too forward with them but only one is treated like they are made of glass and have no ability to enforce their boundaries. You have no point other than to frame the situation as gendered, dangerous and make out like it's a daily occurrence for women. I have made plenty of points and you making out I haven't and have just been facetious does not make your inability to address a single one any l…
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:48 PM

And some people don't. If you do find it uncomfortable it is your responsibility to make that clear.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:43 PM
2

Notice how you can't address a single point I made and are trying to frame the situation in a way that suits your biases? Notice that you are still relying on gendering the situation as if women are weak pathetic creatures that are exclusively vulnerable and men are somehow invulnerable? The reality of anyone in that situation is that not enforcing your boundaries, not making it clear that you are in any way uncomfortable and want to be left alone means the other person has no reason to think yo…
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:37 PM

I'm not saying he is doing something wrong, it is wrong at the point she makes it clear she is uncomfortable and want's to be left alone. She failed to give the slightest indication that was the case.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:31 PM
2

She very clearly did, instead of telling the guy to go away and leave her alone(which is exactly what I would have done in that situation) she sat there giggling like an idiot. Notice how you are gendering it to make it a problem? because of course women must always be aware of the strength differential and be afraid that a man is likely to assault her in broad daylight in public right? and men have no reason to feel threatened by a woman engaging in similar behaviour right?
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:25 PM
4

I would not like it if someone was saying similar stuff to me but I would not sit there giggling like an idiot, I would have told them I am not interested and to leave me alone.

When anyone hears about mental health, men are roughly as likely to have the same reaction.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:13 PM
5

It's total bullshit, that is only the case if you define rape as something that can only be committed by a man which is usually the case legally and in studies/surveys. If you define rape as forcing another person to engage in sex then the numbers of male/female perpetrators are fairly close.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 05:11 PM
-2

The main problem is her inability to enforce her boundaries, there is nothing inherently wrong with anyone verbally propositioning someone however forward they are.
/r/MensRights07/09/20 04:56 PM
1

I know for certain that the FBI definition excludes all female perpetration. I have heard that a few states have gender neutral rape laws but I have seen no evidence of this.
/r/MensRights06/09/20 04:25 PM
3

Are you sure that was the point? because just judging from the picture I would assume he is talking about male victims.
/r/MensRights06/09/20 04:23 PM

I don't think you are a piece of shit, I understand why you feel the way you do. We live in a society where women have the right to avoid the same things you want to by either aborting the baby or giving it up and also has the right to force you to take responsibility if she chooses to keep the baby. You are judged as a piece of shit for not wanting the responsibility where as she would be heralded as a strong empowered woman putting her career first. I think the best thing you can do is talk to…

What good people? I only saw a bunch of lemmings waffling about internalised bias and how women's sport is actually more entertaining. The funniest take was that enjoying women's MMA and gymnastics was also evidence of internalised bias(which wasn't explained of course)

Unfortunately despite all the popular support default 50/50 custody has powerful feminist organisations like NOW oppose it so it will probably be a while before family court is reformed. On top of that family court and divorce court are cottage industries for lawyers so there are many in the legal system opposed to reform. It really sucks that a father needs strong evidence of unsuitability of the mother before he is likely to get shared custody and serious unsuitability before he will get prima…

I'm not saying that misogyny doesn't exist, only that misandry also exists. I'm not saying that female disadvantage and male advantage never existed only that male disadvantage and female advantage also existed. The extremism is ignoring disadvantages men faced and privileges women had so you can say women where oppressed. I don't think the exact opposite is true I think that women and men throughout history have worked together to make the best of what they had in generally oppressive condition…

"I think society was unequal. And women were oppressed. The critical distinction for me is that the oppression wasn't actively intended on part of men as a class. It was just the system that was unequal. Across alot of different socio-economic divisions. Gender being one of them." And that is because like I was you where undoubtedly taught the version of history that excludes the negative parts of the male gender role and the advantages women had. Gynocentric bias can only stretch so far, even on Reddit. I was surprised it seemed so unanimous considering the platform but even on here I would expect majority support for the father when there is such a blatant example of the mother being a total shit house.

I think dying earlier on average kind of is, not all of the explanatory factors are but certainly the disparity in spending on men's vs women's health and many of the issues that lead to suicide are men's issues. It would probably make more sense to include those sort of contributing factors and exclude the life expectancy gap but I don't think comparing that to complaining about air conditioning is in any way a fair comparison.

It is theoretically possible but as your second sentence and more generally your complaint about criticism of feminism shows it is almost never the case. Feminism has never been focused on gender equality, the first act of feminism was to get women the vote without the attached responsibility of selective service/signing up to the draft. You only need to read the declaration of sentiments to realise it was a man hating ideology or what happened to Erin Pizzey to realise it was not an equality mo…

I disagree that the workplace death gap should be included as a men's issue. It is certainly something worth highlighting as apart of the response to the wage gap and that men take risks to earn more money because being a good provider is something women look for but ultimately I don't see it as an issue that needs to be fixed. Unless there is a specific industry that has sub par safety standards it is not really a men's issue.
/r/MensRights31/08/20 12:07 AM

And that is the problem with feminists that claim to be pro-equality/pro mens rights, they care more about their label than either of those things. Feminism has never been a pro equality movement and is directly responsible for a lot of mens issues.

Are you kidding? feminism has been a net negative in the fight for gender equality and has been given far too much credit for advancements women have made. Most of the things they have done r.e women' advancement has been to push for equality of outcome or has come at the direct expense of men and boys such as the attack on due process, gender quotas and tailoring the education system towards the female typical way of learning. These things also have negative outcomes for women and you could arg…

Notice I used that in response to you using an equivalent sex shaming term for men? does you assuming I am a man and using a derogatory term not even related to the argument prove you are a pathetic slut that hates men? or could this be another example of your total lack of self awareness and inability to recognise both sides of the gender coin? Amazing that you went to a slavery analogy, like women where treated like slaves GTFO. No women being given the right to vote without the attendant responsibilities, as soon as the majority of women wanted the vote is not "oppression" it is privilege. Men had to fight and die in wars against their will and challenge the fact they where expected to do so for a country in which they had no say before MEN OF MILITARY AGE got the vote, not all men. They where given the vote as compensation for being…

When voting began only rich men and women could vote, men of military age won the right to vote in court based on the idea that they should not be forced to fight for a country in which they had no say. Women got the vote 50 years later with no attached responsibilities pretty much as soon as the majority wanted it and the reason most didn't before was that they didn't want to be subject to conscription. Women where allowed to own property, when they where married their property was considered t…

The vast majority of feminists believe in patriarchy. The majority of people full stop believe women used to be oppressed. The rare feminists you are talking about are only helpful if they are willing to challenge the problems feminism causes and almost none of them are. No, it is both. Like I just explained it is based on the model of car, the area you live in, where you park, your level of driving experience and how long your no claims bonus is among other factors. Car insurance companies freely admit this. You are judging a book by it's cover and then claiming the contents don't align perfectly with the title.
/r/MensRights24/08/20 01:25 AM
6

Kind of, they are more likely to have accidents per amount of driving time and those accidents cause less cost per accident. As women spend less time driving on average they are also less likely to have accidents on average as well.
/r/MensRights24/08/20 01:20 AM
4

I would have no problem with insurance companies using any identifying feature as a metric. If it turned out that left handed people where worse drivers and they decided to charge left handed people more insurance on average I wouldn't care. Car insurance is absolutely about the driver, how long their no claims bonus is, how much driving experience they have e.t.c as well as model of car, area they live in, do they have secure parking e.t.c.
/r/MensRights24/08/20 12:52 AM
-4

The problem is that doing all of the require checking on drivers would be expensive and drive everyones insurance up. If what you say about you and your sister is true then eventually she will lose her no claims bonus and you will end up with a long no claims bonus and end up paying less than her. Until there is a cheap method of assessing the skill of new drivers male drivers will pay more initially and more generally gender will be part of the calculation.

Feminism has always been toxic and anti male. What is needed in the Middle East is men's and women's rights, in many of those places the men have it just as bad or worse. What they do not need is a toxic, one sided man hating ideology. Read the declaration of sentiments, feminism has always been like this. No. I do not like the way incels are treated and think that they make some valid points though. These are men that are at the bottom of society and using incel as a slur, demonising and mocking them seems like a way of rationalising adults continuing the schoolyard bullying of social outcasts and legitimising the immature mocking of virgins people are supposed to grow out of. Yeah, that is definitely a major factor. I think men having an outgroup preference, an instinct to protect and provide for women and a resistance to recognising their own vulnerability particularly to women, all of which is reinforced by the culture are also major factors. This is one of the reasons that I do not like the way the nature/nurture debate is framed, our biology informs a lot of what nurture is and it can be hyper exaggerated, especially if the relationship between biology and cultur…

That is so much bullshit on so many levels. There are far more than 8 countries that have fully adopted the feminist model of "equality" and women are privileged far beyond men. Well no actually the appendix serves a role throughout your life and has no significance in infancy and as I said is not removed unless medically necessary. The foreskin is a vital part of the genitals, it contains the 5 most sensitive parts of the penis. It prevents keratinization of the glans, provides a natural gliding function, ensures production of natural lubricant all of which make sex more pleasurable and less uncomfortable for both partners and prevents micro abrasions. It engorges duri…

An appendix is not a vital part of a mans genitals that provides multiple functions and removing it does not massively reduce sexual sensation, it is also not removed for no medically necessary reason. Your analogy sucks. How would you know what pleasure you lost if you have never experienced a foreskin? I am also circumcised and have started restoration and even though I am nowhere near done and it doesn't restore the massive amount of nerve endings you lose I have noticed a marked improvement …

It was in the US and the court only ruled the all male draft unconstitutional on the grounds of sex discrimination, no decision has yet been made over how to rectify it. I agree with you and hopefully they do away with the draft. There is good evidence that it isn't even effective as adding those unwilling to go to war screws up cohesion among soldiers and they are not effective. Voluntary drafts seem to be logistically better.

The main problem is not that women cannot be prosecuted for rape(although it is bullshit that female rapists do not face the stigma of being prosecuted as rapists). There is already a law they can be charged under that has equivalent sentencing to different forced acts as the rape sentencing guidelines. I think you are likely to be right. Men are taught not to see being groped as a big deal where as women are taught to see it as a big deal. I don't know many men that haven't been groped randomly but I have come across many women that think someone brushing past them in a club was sexual assault. Is your name really calpernia BTW? Women raping men is a large proportion of rape and is not taken seriously by law enforcement or the legal system in general. Women raping underage boys is also not taken seriously, it is prosecuted far more often but generally results in a light sentence or a suspended sentence. This also applies to women raping women. The services for male victims is almost non existent To use an example in my country(UK) women that rape men are charged with sexual assault with a maximum one year sentence.
/r/MensRights31/07/20 08:00 PM

Teach women not to rape or society that they can is certainly a more valid statement. There are no male rapists that don't know it is not socially acceptable or legal. Many female rapists and many people in general don't think men can be raped, that men always want sex or that an erection is consent. It is also practically legal.

Yeah, I think we followed each other on twitter recently. I never actually considered castration/penis removal as FGM even though I knew it's still being done to slaves, for some reason my brain didn't make the connection. There is quite a lot there I didn't know though, thanks.

If you actually read what I am saying I am actually criticising people for saying FGM is worse.

I saw a post on MGM in which many MRA's where saying FGM is worse or downplaying the severity despite having no clue about either topic, It irritated me, I made a post. I don't really care whether you like my post or not but I don't understand exactly what your gripe is. What is it that I have said that you think is "a load of shit"? Here is a link to a post I made over a year ago. https://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/9n1imf/study_finds_near_gender_parity_in_rape_prevelance/

Why do I care about people dismissing the severity of MGM or women worsting? "correcting misinformation and propaganda." That's what I'm doing "Stop getting triggered over people correcting misinformation and propaganda." It seems like that's what you're doing "Every fucking time I see posts like this of people whining about a topic being discussed it's like clockwork that it will inevitably be some idiot from outside the sub who barely contributes, I'm fed up of it. I used it as it is the lower end of the estimate I read in the only research I have seen plus it is the most commonly cited figure. The estimate is 20-70,000 so I think using 20,000 is pretty reasonable.

Maybe. If that is true then the fact it is promoted as a program for women is still a problem. If men are being told it is for women only they are unlikely to attempt to use the service.

I would say the best way to explain it is by first saying of course there are feminists that think men and women should be equal but they are not the ones in positions of power and they are not the ones that are making laws, policy, doing research and controlling the charities and funding bodies for domestic violence and rape counselling services. Then you can explain that academic feminists manipulate data and intentionally use flawed methodology to exclude male victims from rape and domestic v…

"By calling out her bullshit, people are trying to reduce violence is society." I agree but calling her out on her actual bullshit. If somebody sees that MRA's and anti-feminists are critiquing what she wrote for a fictional character it makes us look like we don't do research or that we misrepresent the people we criticise. This is interesting because there are a lot of factors here, he is older, male biology, and socialisation. If I had to guess I would say that it is more biology than socialisation and tend to think that a large proportion of boys would do this if they had totally neutral socialisation and probably even if it was a little brother(although probably slightly less) although the "if somebody had to die, I thought it should be me" comment sounds like a product of socialisation.

Firstly it is irrelevant as it still doesn't change the disparity in crime between whites and blacks. Secondly it is not true, the problem is fatherlessness not poverty, the poverty is a consequence of the fatherlessness(as is the vastly increased chance of experiencing abuse) not the causal factor. There are other factors at play in the disparity in crime(such as the difference in mean age between blacks and whites) but poverty is one of them(at least not one that has been well demonstrated as …

Yeah, raising awareness is vital. The fact mens issues are getting any acknowledgement in the mainstream is in large part down to this. Yeah, I know what you mean, that would come under having friends that care about you and how you feel. It can be quite isolating because learning about mens issues, particularly when you stop engaging in gynocentrism totally shifts your moral framework. It makes your moral compass totally incompatible with other peoples.

"women are harrased more than males" "men don't talk about it" "people don't care when it happens to men" Do you think the first statement might be a misconception due to statements 2&3? I would definitely recommend therapy. Surrounding yourself with friends that care about you and that you can talk too is important. That is really well written. I definitely think that there is value in looking at sexism against women in terms of the way it can effect mens issues. The fact that feminism fails to look at sexism against men is one of the major reasons it gets so much wrong.

It really pisses me off that they keep tipping the hat to feminism even though it is responsible for burying data, excluding female perpetration from the definition of rape or from surveys and has opposed reforming the law. As usual there is the usual attempt to blame masculinity and sexism against women. At least they are talking about it I guess.

Not sure what to make of that. It's weird how at the start they frame it like it was him that killed the baby when it was his wife. You ARE misunderstanding me. There is being transgender(the innate perception of ones gender does not match the biological sex) and there is GD(the deep depression caused by dissatisfaction with physical sex characteristics) which the vast majority of trans people suffer from but is by no means exclusive to trans people. I do think that trans people should be able to transition, for free in places with universal healthcare or on medical insurance (although I am not sold in the fact that genital …

No because gender dysphoria is a symptom of being trans and the majority of people thar suffer from it are not trans. Firstly I am not coming from an ideological perspective, I am interested purely in facts. I already addressed that. Firstly you seem to be labouring under a misconception. They do not have a gender in and of themselves but they are constructed in a gender specific way. The cluster if neurons I am referring to and that is referenced in your own source are arranged in such a way as to give us our innate perception of our sex. Notice despite you falsely accusing me of being "unsavoury" in a previous interaction it is you that has consistently resorted to insults.
/r/MensRights18/04/19 12:21 PM

They are very clearly doing things that harm trans people. The road to hell is paved with "good intentions" as they say(and that is giving them the benifit of the doubt that they have good intentions) What question are you accusing me of ignoring? And no I pick and choose what is credible based on critical thinking(for instance scientific research-credible, opinion of trans activists-not credible)
/r/MensRights18/04/19 12:13 PM

Do you know what a neuron is? because you seem to think a brain structure can exist independantly from them. You clearly can't read because it specifically says it is the part of the brain(or cluster of neurons) that directly relate to our perception of sex and nothing more.

The fact you are trying to claim trans activists wouldn't lie while at the same time acknowledging how insane they are is ridiculously naive. They have been pushing for allowing anyone that shows the slightest sign of being trans to be able to transition including children. Fucking hell, the study big think refers to confirms EXACTLY what I said. It found that the neurons that give us our sense of our sex where the same in biological women and trans women. It was a scientific paper, the fact you are trying to discredit it whilst posting a fucking activist website as a source is hilarious. So your counter source to a scientific paper is an activist website? and you claim to have studied in a scientific field with evidence assessment skills like that? It still doesn't challenge my position that GD is a symptom not the cause or that the majority of people with GD are not trans. GD was only declassified as a mental illness due to pressure from activists. Being transgender is not a mental illness the type of depression it causes(GD) is by definition.

Nope, you are quoting outdated science. The changes in the brain are caused by hormone therapy not being born trans. Tying negative behaviour to masculinity or femininity is reductive. There are shitty behaviours, none of them are tied to masculinity or femininity. Many if the behaviours commonly cited as toxic masculinity(sexual violence, DV, bullying e.t.c) are just as common among women. We should be addressing the behaviours and the root causes not trying to tie them to masculinity/femininity.
/r/MensRights17/04/19 09:13 PM

Gender dysphoria is not what makes someone trans. Transgenderism is caused by a hormonal imbalance in the womb which causes the neurons related to gender identity to flip. Gender dysphoria is a type of depression caused by a deep dissatisfaction with physical sex characteristics. The majority of people that suffer from GD are not trans. It is most commonly a side effect of puberty and goes away once puberty has finished. Not all trans people suffer from GD(although the vast majority do)

In terms of competence and authority. It is not strictly gendered it is more to do with neoteny. If you have neotenous facial features you are taken less seriously. If that is the way you choose to look at it. My position on oppression has nothing to do with feminism, it has to do with the definition of the word. In the context of group oppression if your two groups encompass the entire population and you would describe both their situations as equally bad then neither is oppressed. The conceptualisation of it as men vs women is the bloody point, that is the narrative I am responding to.

We are discussing oppression through the lens of gender because that is how feminism has defined it and because most people have bought the myth that women where uniquely oppressed. This was the entire point of the discussion. I do not see the way society was structured as something done arbitrarily. It evolved in a way that worked best for the vast majority of people given our …

That is an accurate representation of history and debunks the common narrative that men where keeping the right to vote from women because they where misogynist oppressors. If you want to say men and women where oppressed fair enough, that is just another way of making the same point I made. The position I am arguing against is that women where uniquely oppressed. I view oppression as one group oppressing another and if both groups are oppressed then neither are. I don't think feminism did very …

Because it explains the roots of the ideology, it is interesting, it is true, it further discredits feminism and it prevents the "those people over there need feminism" narrative from causing other societies going through the same bullshit we have. Lying to people about all the good feminism has done is one of the reasons so many people look at it through rose tinted glasses.

You entirely missed the point. Men that where fit for military duty where given the right to vote in exchange for being subject to the draft. Women did not want the vote because they did not want to be subject to the draft. That was not oppression of women any more than it was oppression of men that where not fit to serve. It was about a difference in responsibilities and rights. The suffragists lobbied for ALL people to have the right to vote and persuaded women that they would not be subject t…

More vague bullshit with a side of shaming language. People talk about serious issues here. We talk about women in terms of gendered double standards and gender dynamics/roles. That is definitely an issue. I think you could make the whole thing into a more general point: Make sure you analyse your own thought process and keep any kind of bias or animus out of your thinking. I have a lot of negative feelings toward feminism and about some of the issues men face, my emotions are certainly part of what motivates me to care about the issues. I am very careful to think logically and clearly about the issues and not allow emotion or bias to fuel my thinking.

They are not reasons why a woman that does not want custody would not give the father the option before giving them up. You have not provided any sources either. You have provided numbers showing that the proportion of women that do not get custody tend to pay child support. The numbers do correlate, women are ordered to pay child support in roughly equal numbers to the proportion of men that have primary custody. You argue like someone that has entirely heterozygous alleles.

I disagree, I see oppression as a group or individual being uniquely targeted to experience depravation. The men in Middle Eastern countries also have a lot of issues and in many they have a worse lot than women. The men over there are just as gynocentric, it is just expressed in different ways. They actually see us as misogynistic because we objectify and use our women. They think we indoctrinate them to be whores.

I was just saying this the other day. A big part of the hate they recieve is due to men being seen as a threat to womens safety. Many trans women posses the weapon of mass destruction known as the penis which is a big part of it. As a side note MGM is a huge issue for trans women considering gender reassignment surgery as the foreskin is a very important part of it and not having one makes it far more difficult.

Yeah there is definitely a growing nihilistic, anti-human sentiment that is a problem but I do not think it is driving or even that strongly related to feminism. It is not contradictory at all. Mothers that don't get custody are less likely to have to pay child support than fathers that don't get custody. It is still a strong possibility they will. I was aware of those numbers and as you can see they support the previous statement. Neither of those are reasons why a woman that wants to give up her parental rights would not want the father to raise the child.

/r/MensRights10/04/19 08:50 PM

We are talking about women that do not want any contact with the children(hence adopting out or abandonment) so they would definitely be the ones on the hook for child support. I only have internet access on my phone ATM and it is a nightmare finding sources but it is hardly a shocking claim. It is common sense that it would be the primary reason.
/r/MensRights10/04/19 08:21 PM

You are judging that based off of your anecdotal experience of what sounds like a narcissistic mother though, thats not the norm. To be clear I am talking about the mother having the option to surrender parental rights and obligations. It is for sure the most common reason for women adopting out/abandoning a child without giving the father the option of custody or even notifying them.

Did he directly go after her? because if you claim child benefits then the state go after the other parent wether you want them to or not. I bet the people having a go at him would call a guy that avoids child support a "deadbeat dad".

"From what I've seen, safe haven laws put a ceiling on the baby's age. The range I've seen is from 72 hours to one month old. Obviously you can give up a child for adoption at a much older age, but at that point the process is more arduous and lengthy than just dropping the kid off." This is you responding to me as though I had made claims I had not made. Great post. The reason most of the women in this situation don't want the father to have custody is because they don't want to pay child support. We don't hear a peep about these "deadbeat moms" though, instead we get crickets and a system that supports them abandoning the child at a safe haven or putting it up for adoption without the fathers consent or knowledge. Who wants to admit to themselves that their parents mutilated them or that they have a dysfunctional penis. It's so much easier to bury your head in the sand, you don't know any different you never had a foreskin. There are enough myths and badly done studies to point to for justification. If you are in a genital cutting culture everyone else will reinforce your position. Parents that have got their boys cut are even worse.

The foreskin contains the 5 most sensitive parts of the penis and has multiple functions. In removing it you lose 80% of your sexual sensitivity and functions such as natural lubrication, gliding motion and protection of the head. I would say second only to parental rights, I can't imagine many worse things than parental alienation and I think it is a huge factor in male suicide. Then there is the child being left alone with what will most likely be an abusive mother.

No these are all issues to do with state legislated law and policy. Even the DV and rape crisis centres as they are publicly funded(which also brings up the issue of the vast majority of government spending going to programs for women particularly women only education grants, programs to get women into certain fields of work, healthcare and womens mental health). Females rape males as often as the reverse, that is a myth: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4062022/ This is not a case o…

A lot of the criticism towards marriage is about the situation not women. At any point a woman can kick you out take half your stuff and stop you from seeing your kids. She can get restraining orders or make false accusations to police or in family court to get the state to assist her in the process. She can hold the threat of doing this over you to control you. She can commit domestic violence against you with virtual impunity. Marriage is like living with someone with a loaded gun that they ca…

The fact that a woman raping a man is not a legally recognised crime and female rapists even if they rape boys get suspended sentences or a year if they get convicted. Their rape victims are always forced to pay child support even if they where children when raped. A 14 year old has been forced to pay child support out of his paper route money. Family court awards women custody in the vast majority of cases and enforces child support but not visitation. Women can get away with parental alienatio…

That actually sounds like a really good idea, you could do a series. Again no the 98% statistic is comparing survey data to conviction rates not reported rapes to conviction rates. The conviction rate for rape is around 20-30% depending on the country which is comparable to other crimes and considering rape is harder to prove than other crimes shows how seriously it is taken. It also doesn't take into account the 2-8% of accusations proven false and assumes that every accusation in between proven false and proven true is a legitimate accusation. You are also AGAI…

Okay so what we have here is a copy paste that I have no way of verifying. Men getting raped by women isn't recognised by law is almost completely ignored, the suspended sentences and paltry sentences when women are convicted are a joke and the statistics are suppressed by feminism. That is a typical feminist response ignore every single point made and fall back on the rape victim narrative. That statistic is misleading. It takes the rape stats reported in a survey, extrappolates them out to the general public and compares that to the conviction rate. If you compare the reported rapes to the conviction rate it is much higher than two percent. This is why feminists need to stop pushing narratives that discourage reporting. We need to teach both sexes that if they are raped t…

Well said, it's crazy that women are encouraged to live in fear when men are far more likely to be murdered, assaulted or robbed and just as likely to be raped. Yes studies, reports and papers that define rape in a way that means only men can be the perpetrators or don't even ask about female perpetration. I think the main reasons are that people have been indoctrinated to believe men are privileged and women are disadvantaged and that MRA's are misogynistic male supremacists so their natural gynocentric tendencies make it imperative to squash the evil people looking to raise men even further above women. Well essentially without the extra skin it is much harder to make a decent sized cavity as the skin of the penis is used to make the vagina. It also means that recovery and making the vagina deeper takes a lot longer as it needs to be consistently stretched with a dildo.

I wasn't trying to disagree with you, I was adding to your point. I know what you mean, most people just don't care much about an issue when it effects men. I think the male attitude of ignoring something until it becomes a serious problem for them is part of the problem as well(kind of like how they don't go to the doctor unless something cannot be ignored any longer). Not being willing to acknowledge their own vulnerability is also a major factor.

We are more likely to be murdered, mugged or assaulted but all we hear about is how women don't feel safe to be outside on their own. I agree. I'm not generalising, I am talking about what the bulk of the movement has been about from it's inception. I do not think everyone that calls themself a feminist is a toxic man hater. I think terms like toxic masculinity or toxic femininity are reductive and not very useful. There are negative behaviours, some are more typical to men, some are more typical to women but there is a lot of overlap. Feminism has always been a toxic, man hating victim cult. You do not have to call yourself a feminist to be in favour of womens rights.

Because it contains the 5 most sensitive parts of the penis, roughly 22,000 fine touch nerve endings and multiple sexual functions. Removing it causes massive irreperable damage to sexual sensitivity the loss of the functions it performs. And if you look at a mouse zygote and a human zygote they are indistinguishable, it's what they develop into that counts. There are similarities but there are also major differences. Most analogous comparison of different parts of male and female genetalia is going to be ham fisted in the same way comparing human physiology to that of a mouse would be. Back to my point about your OP though full circumcision is far more sexually and functionally damaging than a hoodectomy.
/r/MensRights07/04/19 07:55 PM

In some ways. The clitoral hood performs some of the same functions as the foreskin but the foreskin has more functions and is far more analagous to the clitoris in terms of sexual sensitivity. Any comparison is going to be clumsy to be honest.

/r/MensRights07/04/19 07:17 PM

1) Yeah I know, it will be interesting to see what justification they give for striking it down considering the overwhelming support. I think it will most likely pass. 2) I interpreted that to mean making history in Kansas. Thats a good pet project to have. I think it is the most important mens issue. I can't think of many things worse than being seperated from your child and it is definitely a major factor causing male suicide.
/r/MensRights07/04/19 07:15 PM

It's the same in every western nation as far as I am aware.
/r/MensRights07/04/19 06:55 PM
2

Not necessarily. It would reduce the number of female initiated divorce. There are plenty of men that are stuck in abusive/sexless/unhappy marriages because they don't want to be alienated from their kids.
/r/MensRights07/04/19 06:54 PM
3

Thats not accurate. The foreskin contains the 5 most sensitive parts of the penis and roughly 22,000 nerve endings, the clitoris contains 8,000. In terms of the amount of nerve endings ablated it would be like removing the clitoris all the way down to the root(g-spot). It isn't really possible to make a comparison to a clitoridectomy because male and female genetalia and sexual function are so different but it is certainly worse than a hoodectomy.

My point stands. It is not socially acceptable to judge a woman for engaging in that behaviour. If a guy attempts that and is not attractive or is socially awkward he is a creep. If he is in any way persistent he is a sexual harraser. If he compliments her appearance he is objectifying her. If he makes an unwelcome pass he is rapey. If he is successful but the woman is drunk/regrets it the next morning/he didn't get express verbal consent for every act/has power then he is a rapist. A woman migh…

No if a guy asks a woman for sex he is a sexual harraser/potential rapist. This is a narrative feminism is pushing and getting policy and law based on. It has destigmatised the judgement women face for expressing their sexuality and given an academic foundation and a veneer of respectability to the demonisation of male sexuality. There are also negative stereotypes for men that sleep around(user/fuckboy e.t.c) but there are positive ones too mainly because it is a challenge. There will never be …

The default assumption should be 50/50 and it should be negotiated from there, if both parents want more then 50/50 should be the ruling. From what I can gather this is the way this legislation will work and I think it is the best standard. Obviously abusive parents will be taken into account. This area also needs reform with solid proof being required before restricting/voiding parental rights.

Yeah the people on this sub are total losers for being against hacking off the most sensitive part of a babies body, damaging his sexual sensitivity and function massively. You are a paragon of reason and virtue for defending genital mutilation. Makes perfect sense.

/r/MensRights05/04/19 11:07 AM

If I buy them for my girlfriend I do. I also pay taxes on things women don't buy. There is also the fact that women as a class don't pay tax. Men are net contributers to taxes, women are a net loss as they take more out of the system than they pay in. Regardless of all that why do you think women need tax exemption on tampons? it is classic paternalistic sexism.

No but they do face systemic discrimination. Lets play a game, I'll name a way the state assaults men's rights and you name a way it assaults womens rights. Family court is massively biased against men, awarding women custody over 90% of the time, enforces child support but not visitation and denies men access based on unproven allegations(meaning women only need make up a story to get sole custody with no visitation). Unfortunately many people are still blinded by celebrity and will defend their favourite celeb no matter what. Then there is gynocentrism on top of that in this situation. I think it is a false equivelance to compare drugging and robbing someone witj drugging and raping someone(although there is evidence to suggest Cosby was railroaded and he was consensually taking drugs and having sex with fans rather than raping them)

I am not saying this is not a factor at all but that it is not as big as the ones I stated. It is also very oversimplified. Gay men can still perform the male gender role within a tribe. Lesbian women may not. I am well aware of the evolutionary adaptations you are referring to and the exact scenarios you described are the reasons for gynocentrism and male disposability.

Toxic masculinity takes a bunch of traits and actions, mostly negative(some more male typical, some more female typical and some gender neutral) and links them to masculinity and male culture(totally ignoring any female influence over male behaviour of course because it is all about attacking and blaming men). And of course femininity is the cure. It's the oldest gender trope in the book: bad neanderthal like…

Yeah portraying negative behaviour(some more typical to men, some gender neutral and some more typical to women) tying it to masculinity and telling men to do better is misandry. Portraying a man about to approach an attractive woman as negative is demonisation of male sexuality and misandric. Demonising the natural behaviour of boys(rough housing) as negative and the first step to becoming some kind of demon is pathologising masculinty and again misandry. Demonising the fathers that allow their…

"Being a man is a spectrum not a binary" I agree with that. Harrys razors put out a very positive masculinities report that was way more in line with the MRM than feminism, there is dollar shave club. It is not just feminist leanings that are the problem, if we boycott companies with feminist leanings there wouldn't be much left. P&G went way over the line and into overt misandry. There are plenty of other options.

The only time you comment in this sub is to insult people for being against your fetish for cutting babies penises or just generally be an asshole. He's not "trying to co-opt and control men's issues" he's just promoting a sub for incels to talk, what are you talking about?

There are tons of brands available https://m.ranker.com/list/best-razor-brands/ranker-shopping the jobs would just be absorbed by a variety of companies. Everyone boycotting P&G will not switch to one tiny brand. Do you have shares in P&G or something?

It would not take that long. At the same time as P&G are losing business other companies are gaining business. You believe women are so pathetic they can't pay 5% tax on tampons. You are the most ignorant, insecure and dumb Redditor I have ever come across.
/r/MensRights02/04/19 09:47 AM

And that explains why you lied about reading them how? How would you know if it was bad evidence if you didn't even look at it? You are so insecure about being wrong that you refuse to look at evidence. You are so insecure about your masculinity that you need to believe that women are these powerless creatures that couldn't possibly hurt a man or that they are so pathetic they can't pay the lowest tax rate on their tampons. Why do you think women are inferior and pathetic?

This is a different law with equivelant sentencing guidelines to rape and is gender neutral. This is why I think it might be a good idea to get non feminist women to prosecute and preside over prosecuting female defendants. Gynocentric male judges are much more likely to hand out the pussy pass. There are plenty of liberal MRA's
/r/MensRights01/04/19 09:19 PM

Lol for a start there are about a million different flavours of feminism. Menslibbers are not part of the "manosphere" they are feminists. MGTOW is not mens rights and is only tangentially related. There is crossover, the two are not mutually exclusive but MGTOW are just men that avoid marriage/LTRS/women because they see the same flaws in the system we do. If you knew Sargon was not an MRA why did you use him as the sole example of an MRA?
/r/MensRights01/04/19 08:59 PM
8

You are just further displaying your ignorance of the movement, Sargon isn't an MRA for a start. He absolutely recognises that there are a lot of biological factors at play in the differences between men and women. No thought leaders in the MRM see life as a struggle between the sexes, that is a feminist conception. They are also very data driven and Karen Straughan and Allison Tieman are two of the most cogent experts in gender dynamics on the planet. That was just one long strawman of the MRM.

They are not my articles fucktard. The fact that you didn't even bother to look at the evidence just shows how closed minded and stupid you really are. You where mocking rape victims, you don't even seem to know what words mean. You are a case study in Dunning Kruger.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 04:26 PM

Aaaand back to mocking rape victims again, stay classy. You are so dumb you can't even read a simple article. Keep asserting your bullshit all you like it doesn't change the obvious retardation you are suffering from. It's so bad you just linked an article that proves me right without even bothering to read it.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 03:13 PM
1

It literally says over half of rape victims are men and the majority are raped by women (78%). It also goes on to quote a seperate study where 48% of those self reporting committing rape are women. Can you even read? Thats little bit higher than .01% female perpetration you brainlet. You have been claiming 99.99% of rapists are men and you are trying to call my statistics bullshit.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 02:17 PM

Society just hates women, just hates them.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 01:07 PM

And yet you still can't answer a simple question. Why did Slate, Time and Scientific American accept that 50% of rapists are female? I don't care if you believe me but the fact that you would use that to attack me shows exactly the kind of scummy sociopath that you are.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 11:56 AM
1

And yet you can't answer a simple question. Why do you think Scientific American, Time and Slate are all accepting that roughly 50% of rapists are female? I provided incredibly strong evidence, The fact that you are too much of a brainlet to assess evidence and facts slip right off your incredibly smooth brain does not invalidate a comprehensive study with multiple highly credible data points.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 11:47 AM

I have gone into more detail, you are oversimplifying my point. Obviously that was an over simplification that is why I prefaced the statement with "in general". Again I am not saying men cannot share anything with their partners but there is a line. Displaying vulnerability in general will put women off you.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 11:39 AM

The two example sentences you criticised where a bit general. If you are someone that talks about the way people have treated you or upset you it will not go well for you. If you say this person did/said X and I did Y to sort it out, they pissed me off you are good. Obviously everyone has fears but if you are allowing your fears to prevent you from acting it will not go well for you. There are reasonable exceptions but most instances of this kind of behaviour will end up in rejection. You are ri…

Again, educated people believed that, the vast majority of people couldn't even read let alone interpret evidence you imbecile. I am talking about things like "I was really upset when X said Y to me" "I am depressed" "I am scared of Y outcome and I can't bring myself to do X" e.t.c or just generally being very open about your fears, emotions and vulnerabilities. Women are attracted to a man that can be their "rock" that has solutions not problems and that can act not talk. Read romance novels aimed at women and you will…

No, the educated, those that could understand the evidence or read believed the Earth was round. The majority of people believed what all the other uneducated people around them believed(That it was flat). The analogy is incredibly apt. I love how virgins turn to feminism hoping that women will touch their penis if they engage in the collective delusion that women are perfect and men are scum. You are one man hating incel t(-_-t)
/r/MensRights01/04/19 09:42 AM
1

The guy that freaks out? you mean the guy openly displaying vulnerability? And the fat guy that is displaying stoicism is more attractive. You are making my argument for me. You are conflating insecurity with not expressing emotions, fears and weakness. To be clear I am not saying you can never display any feelings but displaying vulnerability in general is not attractive to women. As much as you hear "women just want their men to talk about their feelings" it is just not true.
/r/MensRights01/04/19 09:14 AM

Yes it does, how can you say that it doesn't matter that your data is over 20 years old, comes from a time when they classified rape as a crime that can only be committed by a man, the police would dismiss the miniscule amout of victims that did report female perpetration and when less than 1.7% of male victims of female perpetration reported? are you really that dumb? The newer the data the more reliable it is, even more so in this instance as men have only started to report(in the non legal se…

You are talking about a rationalised concept of strength, you cannot reason with the lymbic system. Sexual attraction is not something you can be reasoned into or out of. A strong man in this sense is one that can push his emotions aside, act and be strong for others.

I'm clutching at straws? you post a 20+ year old report from a time when rape was categorised as an act that could only be committed by a man, the police would almost never take a report from anyone that experienced female perpetrated sexual violence and the reporting rate among male victims of women was even lower than the current 1.7% and you think I am clutching at straws? it was only redefined by the FBI in 2012 and is still not being recorded properly. The OP implied that they where equivelant, in response to me saying rape is worse than robbery you said "they are on a par" so if thats not what you meant you are a terrible communicator. You have argued in an illogical, over emotional fashion the entire time and fired irrelevant points off left and right. Instead of resorting to ad homenims maybe engage in some self reflection.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 11:28 PM
1

I didn't say she was sorry, you are bringing up a whole bunch of irrelevant shit. I am not trying to defend her, I hope she gets prosecuted, I am simply stating that rape is worse than robbery. Maybe you where not trying to argue it was but that was my original point. And I'm a man BTW.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 11:10 PM
1

I agree in part. I understand the roots of their arguments so pointing out why the principles they are arguing from are not sound and that the grievance studies hoax totally undermined their academic foundation is my tactic. Most intersectionalists are too far gone to reason out of their beliefs anyway.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 11:04 PM

Who is trying to convert "feminazis"? although Cassie Jaye having her mind changed was a massive deal for the MRM and it was hearing the issues and reasoned arguments that changed her mind not angsty 14 year olds "antagonising the cunts" The more people that come into contact with people that represent the movement and the issues well the better it is for us, people like you are just a drain. Do everyone a favour and readjust your attitude or fuck off.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 10:58 PM

The law isn't written exactly equally(legal definition of rape and protection from genital mutilation) but yeah it would be fucked up alright. Double standards breed bigotry and if people can't trust in the fairness of the law they tend towards taking matters into their own hands.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 10:48 PM
4

It has nothing to do with her gender, I would have said the same thing if it was a guy. It is hard enough to get people interested in mens rights without having people acting like a left wing caricature of an MRA and putting people off the movement. You obviously have no valid point to raise in response to anything I have said which is why you resorted to an ad homenim. You sound like a 14 year old.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 10:43 PM

I didn't make the original comparison to Cosby the OP did, I was pushing back against it. The intentions behind the act are different, one was robbery, one was rape. You are now bringing in a whole bunch of hypotheticals into the scenario to cover your shit argument. I can't believe I am even having to argue the point on this one let alone getting downvoted. Knocking someone unconscious is taking away their free will, so is murder. One of these things is objectively worse. If you drug someone and rob them it sucks, most likely they will just be pissed off they lost their stuff, they will generally get over it pretty easily. If you drug someone and rape them they will be traumatised for life, through a lot of hard work they will learn to manage it but it will…

Your attitude is not helpful, people like you put others off the movement. This lady seems to know the score and doesn't seem likely to be deterred by your bullshit but many people will be put off before exploring further by this kind of shit. I get it, you have had some bad women in your life but judging all women by that standard makes you no better than the feminist that hates all men because she has had some bad experiences with shitty men.

This is not your fault, it is the fault of a broken system and a woman that is not putting the best interests of her child first. If you need someone to talk to feel free to PM me. I would consider finding a male friendly therapist.

No it includes both male and female perpetrated rape. If you look at it there are two sets of scenarios. I can't remember which way around the key goes now but either A or B is always the perpetrator in the scenarios.

There is strong evidence that men are raped by women just as often as the reverse, one study I read busted a lot of myths about the gendered nature of sexual violence. There was a recent study in the UK that put the rate of male reporting at 1.7%(although it had a small sample size) I overtly stated that I think the rate of false accusations and genuine accusations women make are about the same. Unreported rapes are irrelevant to this point. There are some very prevelant myths about false accusat…

Probably fake. This myth is certainly common though.

I haven't seen anyone saying a lot of women do it though. It depends what you mean by a trend. I think it is probably as common as genuine rape accusations made by a woman.

I'm guessing you meant lesbian relationships? yeah it's not well known that lesbian relationships have the highest instances of DV and gay relationships the lowest. Cis gendered is not a synonym for gay BTW it just means you are not transgender.

The problem is a lot of men aren't very empathetic towards other men and even though women tend to be more empathetic toward men than other men most men know intuituvely that sharing you vulnerabilities with a woman is a sure fire way to ensure she will never be attracted to you.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 02:23 PM

They look fine to me but I am not very technically literate. If you are right you are wildly mischaracterising the reaction. Like you said yourself there are women like this and we are not all photoshop experts.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 02:12 PM

Yeah, people from a genital cutting culture tend to do that. When something abhorrent is a cultural norm, when parents have mutilated their children and when most men have dysfunctional penises it is easier to bury your head in the sand than accept the truth.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 02:06 PM

Lol, yeah I have come across the same thing, the flaws in the methodology are usually glaringly obvious. I have peer reviewed your theory and find it to be 100% accurate.
/r/MensRights31/03/19 02:02 PM

This is not accurate. There was a law introduced in 1996 called causing sexual activity without consent that female rapists can be charged with and has equivelant sentencing guidelines to rape which correlates to the equivelant forced sexual acts under the rape legislation. The problem is that women that rape men are never charged under this law and are instead charged with sexual assault typically recieving a one year sentence.

The fact we even need a debate is disturbing. Shall we not cut off the most sensitive part of the penis of a child/baby, shall we?.......such a conundrum.

The only you stated there is anti woman is that "women are perpetrators and evil" the rest is all true. You are allowing your own instincts to dust yourself off and carry on, to power through obstacles rather than address them, to want to protect women and the attitudes of those around you and the culture to colour your perception. Women barely face any issues in the west, men are massively disadvantaged.

Platform shoes = padded bra, height increasing surgery(it does exist)=breast enlargement. It is certainly a better analogy than weight and about as good as you are going to get. There are just as many women with small tits as there are short men. You can lose weight or get liposuction. Your criticisms are terrible. Breast size and height are both immutable characteristics and both are significant factors in attracting the opposite sex.

The data says that, the outcomes are better for children of single fathers. No it clearly is not. If you think using government to impose your ideology onto others you are an authoritarian, it is most certainly not moral to do that. That depends, if the NRA is supporting them that is fine. If they start adding pro NRA positions to their stated goals then that would obviously be divisive. From everything you have said you are engaging in political tribalism. I would be willing to work with almost anyone or accept support from practically any organisation to fight for the things I believe in. There are so few people actively fighting for mens rights there is no sense in dividing the MRM along political lines.

Yeah, kicking the guys at the bottom of the social hierarchy or using their situation as an insult is pretty fucked up. The implication that you have no value if you are not sleeping with a woman is also a shitty way of looking at men. So if it isn't demeaning why is a man less worthy of respect for being a stay at home dad? I agree boys and girls that don't have both parents are much more likely to become dangerous or have a bad life. It doesn't matter which parent is the primary caregiver though. There is nothing wrong with you trying to persuade people. When you are advocating that governments have policies to push your ideology on to people that is where you cross a line. That is immoral.
/r/MensRights29/03/19 09:53 AM
2

So you think that being a stay at home dad is not deserving of respect and only women should do it? because the logical conclusion of that statement is that women have lesser value and so performing such a demeaning role does not lower the amount of respect they are due. If you want to be a traditionalist good for you but the state should not push that on to everyone. Some women want to work, some men want to be stay at home fathers and it is neither you nor the states business

A woman can choose abortion or give up a child for adoption or abandon the child at a safe haven without notifying the father. Men have absolutely zero reproductive rights. If a man decides he doesn't want to be a father he should be able to give up parental rights and responsibilities. Apart from anything else it would stop a hell of a lot of women from choosing to be single mothers knowing that they will be able to force a man to support the child.
/r/MensRights28/03/19 10:25 PM

And one of the reasons is because only women get paternity leave. Even if only 1% of couples decided that the father will be the primary caregiver and the mother will be the breadwinner why should the father not be allowed to have paternity leave instead of the mother?

No transgender is the diagnosable medical condition which I described. Transexuals are anyone that has transitioned using hormones, having the surgery or both. You are talking about the chomosomal disorders known as intersex. That is not what I am talking about.

The best advice I can give you is to not let that fear control how you interact with your wife. Women can smell fear and weakness and it is a sure fire way to ensure she will lose respect for and attraction to you.

Make sure to keep a log of all communication for evidence. If she calls record, if she shows up in person video. Good luck.

You mean non trans people choosing to transition?

I don't think she had sex with them though. I think she lured them there with the promise of sex, drugged them and robbed them. That is an interesting question though, if you get consent for sex and then drug them without consent and have sex with them is that rape. I would say it is.

Fucking hell that was grim. In the story where the guy was upset about his rating he obviously had some psychological issue and everyone was shitting on him. Guys not talking about their feelings is toxic masculinity though right?
/r/MensRights27/03/19 09:13 PM

Then you communicated your point ineffectively. To be honest it is still not very clear what you are trying to say. I very rarely see sexism towards women on this sub and any sexist comments are almost always downvoted. I made a sexist joke the other day and got downvoted.
/r/MensRights27/03/19 08:55 PM

Because men very rarely report due to attitudes like yours, the police tend to not even take reports or take the crime seriously, the legal system doesn't even define it as rape(even the CDC study defined it differently) and the very few times female rapists get prosecuted it is not charged as rape. You are right about one thing I hate feminism.
/r/MensRights27/03/19 02:34 PM

That is not true, dysphoria is a symptom not the cause. The vast majority of those that suffer dysphoria are not trans and not all trans people get it. Transgenderism is a birth defect caused by a hormonal imbalance in utero.

Is that the best you can come up with? the misconception that transgenderism is a mental disorder is widespread, many trans people even believe it. Even though he is wrong he has a point, many mentally ill people that believe they are the wrong gender, people with attention seeking disorders or just straight ideologues claiming to be "non binary" or transtrenders are exploited or held up as examples of transgender people. /r/MensRights27/03/19 01:01 PM

And yet you have no valid reason to believe what you do. The fact you find rape so funny and have mocked male rape victims is disturbing. Either way I am done engaging with you. You can lead a retard to evidence but you can't make them think.

You are conflating women with feminist. Most women are not feminist, many men are feminist. There are many people that identify as feminist that just use the label thinking it means equality, they are not the target of criticism when we talk about feminism/feminists. Feminism has instituted much of the inequality and discriminatory policy we see today, it is actively opposing sorting these problems out and smearing the only group that is(MRM). They fabricate data, spread lies and cover up inequa…
/r/MensRights27/03/19 12:47 PM

And what good reason do you have to believe that the data would be significantly different in other western nations? It's a study in a highly ranked journal, has been cited widely and is based on data from highly credible sources using huge sample sizes. You obviously have absolutely no clue how to assess the credibility of or understand a study.
/r/MensRights27/03/19 12:31 PM

Projection. The fact that you are treating it like a joke despite being totally ignorant on the subject is disturbing.
/r/MensRights27/03/19 12:26 PM

So why did you deny it before? America is the only country that has done research on female perpetration. It doesn't matter what country the data is from, there is no reason to expect major differences between western nations in this area.
/r/MensRights27/03/19 12:18 PM

The vast majority of MRA's are against MGM. It is only a minority of American MRA's that are burying their head in the sand and pretending hacking up baby penises is ok. How would you know if you have never had a foreskin? You have had the most sensitive part of your penis cut off. I have started restoring and even though I have barely got any extra skin and it does not restore the mass of nerve endings you lose it has already had a positive effect. My glans has already started to get crazy …

I thought most rapists where men before I started researching the topic, I didn't have a bias, I just go with the evidence. I love Neo Darwinism but if a ton of evidence pointed toward Lamarkism being true I would adjust my beliefs, even if I do have a bias I don't let it effect my assessment of reality. What is really funny is that you spent ages avoiding the evidence I presented and saying I didn't read it properly, now you are trying to discredit the evidence because it doesn't agree with you…
/r/MensRights27/03/19 09:21 AM

Nope, that is a pubmed study using very reliable sources such as the CDC. I have seen other data confirming the same thing. You keep asserting I am a moron or wrong without reading the study. You have a bias and are unwilling to read anything that might disconfirm it. You keep making totally incorrect and irrelevant assertions about me. I am not American, I am not an incel and I have done solid research.

I wonder if they are actually talking about incapacitated women that are being taken advantage of or if it is just drunk people having sex. I know for damn sure they will not do any study on women raping men.

There is a big error on the first page of that study. While they are right that there is a law on the books to charge female rapists(causing sexual activity without consent) they are wrong on two points. It is not actually a lesser crime than rape, while it does not carry the same stigma it does have exactly the same sentencing guidelines for all equivelant acts. The problem is that women that rape men are not charged under this law and are instead charged with sexual assault with a typical sent…

That is an incredibly flawed analysis. Feminists have been pushing discriminatory policy since Catherine Norton, they are opposing reform like scrapping VOWA, the Duluth model of DV and family court reform. They oppose men getting reasonable access to DV and sexual violence services. They are pushing harmful falsehhoods about gender that harm both sexes. 1) You didn't read the study. Roughly the same amount of men reported being raped by women as the reverse in the CDC surveys. This is now a common trend in CDC surveys as more men feel comfortable disclosing rape. Men don't even get it aknowledged legally that they can be raped in the vast majority of western countries let alone socially and women that are convicted get a slap on the wrist. The studies into thing vs people preference in newborn babies where already conclusive on this matter. There where multiple studies done by gender, testosterone level and comparing girls with congenital adrenal hyperplasia(a condition which causes girls/women to produce extra testosterone to such a degree it masculinises the brain), there was even one done with chimps.
