Achieving the things you feel you really need is so fucking good. Problem is only that I feel my social skills really lacking. Or maybe it's more of a confidence issue, since one glass of wine turns me into someone who can talk (at least sometimes). I don't know how to balance this though.

Great post, can definately relate. Just dropped a plate and I'm still a bit hung up on her. Logically it doesn't make sense, but it feels like shit. I know this is because of scarcity, and I know what to do. I know that for each new girl I fuck instead, I stop caring even more. Great reminder this thread.

Thanks for your reply. I know it's linked to estrogen, but all I did was drink more milk while bulking. Remember getting sensitive nipples/very small lump during puberty once or twice, but they disappeared quickly. This I've had for a few months. Not much to say. Will try to see an endo and get some bloodwork done. Btw, me being "susceptible to estrogen", would that mean my levels are high or am I just very sensitive to the amounts I have?

Hard to fuking believe, 24 years old and time to read up more on this. Lift heavy 4 times a week, good diet and sleep. Recently got a big lump under one nipple. Also got many low t symtpoms... Not really surprised though, with all the shit I've heard about BPA etc.
