In the US, the defense can request a Bench Trial (no jury) if thy think it's to their advantage.

You know what the best part is? They had CCTV footage from the start and they chose not to look at it/use it to throw the charges out before it even started. It's actually a lot worse than that. They then played a version of the tape to the court with action slowed down to make it look like he paused and there was actually time for it to happen.

In business, the more charming and the more enthusiastic a person is, the more you should be skeptical of them. This is one of the more brilliant things here. If I have have an instinctive like towards someone and just a gut feeling I KNOW that I can trust them...I immediately get suspicious. The elite professional hustlers all make you feel this way.

This is the old crime of "Reckless Eyeballing". A certain part of society (black people) were considered not good enough to talk to (or even look at) another class of people (white women). Now there are whole swaths of people that aren't considered "good enough" to talk to an an attractive young woman.

You're not making a whole lot of sense here. The principle I'm discussing here is basic sidebar material. It's on the sidebar because it's a useful tool. You're either unfamiliar with it, or don't understand it. Read the sidebar, you'll understand it better.

That's just stupid. Absolutely. There are a lot of stupid behaviors that are real and you've got to deal with. If it were all rational, this sub wouldn't even need to exist. Women just want winner, they don't care how you became one. Yeah, I used to think that too. But all other things being equal, they would rather have a prodigy type that accomplishes things without effort. They WANT you to be their Superman. They want to see amazing success, and have a fantasy that you could do even more amaz…

We're men, we'll respect the hard work and discipline that goes into something. But (if you're straight) your target audience won't. Yes, they WOULD rather just have someone that was just amazingly gifted that achieved the same without effort. It was one of the hardest of the 48 Rules of Power for me to grasp, but it's very real.

"I ask if they’re aware of the double standard that’s often applied to women when it comes to sex. “The double standard is real,” Nick says." The guy is wrong too. It's hardly a double standard, it's apples and oranges. How hard is it for a woman to sleep with a different guy every night? It's like that Seinfeld episode where Kramer is proud of beating up the children in the kid's karate class. For 5 year old i's impressive, for an adult, it's not.

Great post. Your 40s are your test as a man. If you've lived your life right, developed healthy habits, avoided the traps, stayed "with it" they can be an amazing time. If you didn't, you're paying for all the shit you used to get away with.

Actually, their definition is so broad, it includes going out not intending to have sex, having a drink, and then deciding to have sex. Not a joke, that was one of their criteria, and how they got to the "1 in 4" stat.

Most people here have friends that have fun together and watch each others backs. If you're calling them Orbirters, you probably A - don't understand what an Orbiter is. An Orbiter is a frustrated guy that isn't getting what he wants, and is enslaving himself in the futile hope he'll one day get it. If a guy is looking for a fun night out with his boys and to meet women, and he's getting it, he ain't an Orbiter. B - don't understand what a friend is either.

Tesla, perhaps the most talked about name and recognized face wasn't known for his wealth and women. He died a virgin and broke but his contributions made him immortal. He was a brilliant man that made amazing contributions to society. That being said, he likely did not have the happiest life, being shafted by Edison and not getting the credit and money he deserved during his life. This is a great guy to have around, not the kind of guy you want to be.

Marriage is not the problem, its always people. Sometimes it's the system that's broken, not the people. Y As I want a family and kids, this is the best way to go about that for me. You live in the first time in history that marriage is anti-family through a series of perverse incentives. Let's see how you feel when you're required to bankroll the lawyer that's trying to take your kids away from you.

Smoothly handled, but still pretty high risk calling the cops as a man in a Domestic. If she had decided to make ANY accusation that was remotely credible, they would have been required to arrest you with no evidence of any kind.

Always question the "Dominant Narrative". If there is a story people are dying to jam down throat that happens to advance their agenda, ALWAYS be on high alert, whether it's a salesman or SJW. The Dominant Narrative is how you contol people. If Peter robs Paul, Pete is the villain. If Peter robbed Paul to pay for Uncle Jake's medical bills from Paul shooting him, then Paul is the villain. If Paul shot Jake because he was robbing his store at gunpoint, then Peter is the villain, and Paul is the h…

In my organization, it's harder for women to be decorated for bravery because 95% of them are ridng a desk within 5 years. It also becomes easier for the men to decorated for bravery, because people with service related injuries and the elderly grandfathers that usually rode out their final years on desk duties are pushed back onto the street (because of the women taking the desk jobs). They have a point, clear discrimination against women IMO.

As far as your reputation, just control who has access to your Facebook, delete men who you think might cause problems, make it so you can screen posts before they show up on your wall. That's the fault of the Duluth Model and police training systems, not a specific law. In addition to the law, there are then a set of "guidelines" that Thomas Ball famously called "the second set of books". They'll include stuff like arresting only the Dominant Aggressor (and since women almost always date men larger than themselves, and nobody ever admits they're the one that started the fight, this means the man always goes to jail).

After female DV shelters started opening up, fewer women were killing their abusive spouses because now they had a different means of escaping their abuser. Actually, the shift happened when they instituted the new draconian DV laws. 600 male DV victims homicide victims a year suddenly became prisoners. A female abuser MIGHT face justice with an actual dead body, with her victim in prison, she gets nothing but sympathy. This is when the statisitics suddenly became lopsided.

And the one breaking up is usually the woman. 70% of divorces initiated by women, breakups probably the same.

Yeah, some guys have their lives ruined. We know that. We know it's not fair. We know it's not cool. But knowing that does jack shit for us. Not quite sure where you're going with this. For the rest of us, accurate perception of reality lets you make accurate risk/reward decisions, which dramatically improves the quality of your life in every area. Just look around sometime at bodybuilders girlfriends - in my experience, if you see a really ripped guy he's usually dating an average looking girl. Then you have a very unusual experience. The lifting crowd will try to convince you that there's no limit, but watch reality and there is. There is, but only a fraction of a percent of men would ever be "too big", and it's a silly thing to worry about 6 months into training. You're better off being overly ripped than being fat, but the ideal body t…

Considering how easy it is for an average man to defend from and fuck up an average woman.. this is shocking. It isn't easily done if you're automatically thrown in jail if you defend yourself. Dale Carson, Miami PD Domestic Violence instructor turned Defense Attorney and author of "Arrest Proof Yourself" stated, even if a woman is trying to stab you, you're better off jumping out the window than trying to defend yourself. And he has taken his own advice.

Quick refresher- Legislators don't "compel" the Police to make arrests. No they don't. Unless of course they explicitly write it into the law with mandatory (or preferred response) arrest provisions, which in this case, they did. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minneapolis_Domestic_Violence_Experiment#Mandatory_arrest_policies. This leads to some really f*cked up situations, and a highly recomend setting aside any ideologies you have and doing some research on this, it's a major Civil Rights issue,…

Kind of the opposite of what happened historically. Cops understood the complexity of these issues far better than most, and were under fire from activists for not arresting in complex DV situations. Activists pressured legislators to compel police to arrest with a series a draconian restrictions unlike anything else in the criminal code. Yeah, they commonly KNOW it's bullshit, but they are REQUIRED to arrest off the accusation. This is sort of like voting for politicians that enact Prohibition,…

You can have kids without marriage sure, but a nuclear family that has a wide and husband will outperform other such relationships. They're respected by the community, and the kids inherit this same respect to a degree. There are plenty of studies on this if you care to google. Correlation is not causation. For centuries (millenia), marriage functioned to stabilize relationships. This is the first time it has actively worked to de-stabilize them, and it's taking awhile for people to catch up.

Every traditional male obligation brutlaly enforced in perpetuity, every traditional female obligation ignored..screw one way contracts.

You can't claim self defense if you follow someone and hit them in the back...mainly because it's not self defense, it's retaliation. Hitting her while she was manhandling you would be self defense.

If a party, female or male, loses custody, they more than often, did some fucked up shit of one sort or another. You are so delusional you don't even realize that what you're saying is physically impossible. In a system where joint custody is rare, for anyone to "get" custody, someone has to lose it.

If you don't want kids, there's no reason to get married. Except that it's much safer to have kids without being married. Marriage no longer stabilizes families, instead it gives her a quarter million dollar signing bonus to take your kids away and shack up with another guy. And they're responding to those incentives in droves.

Most American men have jobs that have their wages garnished. It's a degrading cycle of grinding poverty and homelessness, intersped with prison time and the social opprobrium of not "wanting to take care of their kids". But then again to my original point, a court room still needs to prove you have the assets first. This is someone that has obviously never seen the inside of Family Court. Therefore even if she did somehow get a court order for exactly half of the bitcoins in a future divorce, there is no central banking institution which can be forced to comply with the redistribution of his bitcoin wealth. This is why they send women out on to street corners to lure johns. Negative. It's about an order of magnitude easier to arrest streetwalkers than Johns. The elaborate and expensive stings to arrest Johns were part of a Neo-feminist push to punish men, even if economically unfeasible. If you MUST follow a narrative where women are always victims, you can't punish them by arresting them..

I think that's the major point about lifting and body: if you don't have other skills are don't care to have them, lift. Get jacked! Although, that is a shallow skill set, which might hurt you later when you decide to find the LTR+. Absolutely wrong, and a bad way to think about it. Having a good body is important in an LTR or initial attraction. Lifting hard also just straight up makes you mentally tougher, and better able to handle yourself. That is, better to be tall and have a slightly above average body, than be short and jacked. Quite possibly true, but since tghe body is the one we can control, and height is the one we can't, body is what we focus on.

You can be a "good guy" that has the intentions of doing the right thing when it comes to life situations but don't ever admit to being a nice guy. I prefer "Good man". "He's a good man" is something you say about people you respect, and has a nice ring to it.

I was married at 30 to a man who said he wanted children. We did try, but it didn't happen and we split up when I was 35. This is the major issue if you're waiting till 30 till you START trying. At that point, you HAVE NO BACKUP PLAN. If kids are that important to you, and your plumbing is that time sensitive, how about 25, just to be safe? Maybe I'm crazy, but having boys settle their differences with boxing gloves on seems like a pretty good idea to me. Might be a few less mass shootings if there is a means to blow off some steam, instead of being taught that behaving like a boy makes you a fuck up and requires a bunch of prescriptions. Boxing was actually popularized an alternative to numerous single shootings (duels) in the era. It was a visceral and exciting contest that naturally drained the animosity out of conflicting boys.…

What if her family is rich? Wouldn't it pay off to get her pregnant as soon as possible? (Not from the US - genuine question). Nope, they just have more juice to screw you with. The daughter of a prominent politician (Sarah Palin) had her daughter knocked up by some young, good looking layabout. He sold the story (and his pics) to tabloids and Playgirl. If you think a woman's opinion of you when she was 25 is more important than her opnion of you now that she's older, you've got some peter pan syndrome going on. For every alpha dating a couple of hotties, with a few sevens in the rotation, and occasionally dumpster diving a 5 or 6, there are a crowd of guys going dateless or dating beneath themselves. Don't think it would work because there is no sexual attraction for you to cause dread in the first place. They can Dread losing their friend/orbiter/support/whatever else you are to them. Just fading away will cause them to act to reel you back in, and if they chase you hard enough, often enough, they start valuing you again. I don't think it would work for an unattractive, no-hoper orbiter, but if you made some mistakes when you were younger, and "just missed the cut", this can sometimes get y…

I broke a multi-year friendzone using Dread Game. Wasn't really a game, I was quite willing to walk away away. I valued our friendship, but I think it worked a lot better when I was railing her senseless and she was looking up at me with eyes full of ecstacy and awe. Had some great times for a couple of years, but eventually it fell apart. Miss the friendship (she really was one of my best friends, and it hurt to lose her) but I could never walk through that hell again.

Call me old fashioned, but I'll still take chance for a stranger in need. However, some of the circumstances they describe were consensual, and nobody was in any need of rescuing.

At a bystander training session for the University of New Hampshire football team last fall, Daniel Rowe, a sophomore, told his teammates that he would use whatever trickery it took to keep them out of trouble. He has watched a drunken teammate pressuring a woman at a party and pulled him aside. “I said, ‘You know she doesn’t want to talk to you, but there’s this other girl downstairs who really likes you.’ There was no girl downstairs. I'll bet he's the most popular guy on the team.

Actually, under current laws, having children IN wedlock is the mistake. She then gets a quarter million dollar "signing bonus" to break up your family, take the kids and shack up with another guy. And people have been responding to those incentives in droves, so it's obvious they're having an effect. If she knows she is going to get hurt financially in a divorce too, suddenly they're that much more vested in making the marriage work.

Author appears bluepill brainwashed about bodytypes, he actually bought the propaganda that it's all about culture, so much so that he refused to even rate them. If you took the cast of a major Victoria Secret fashion show (not regular runway models, but the models designed to appeal to men), and dropped them off anywhere, at any point in history, they would be considered beautiful.

Before all the various iterations of the "Tender Years" doctrine, Family Court did a much better job. Before anything else, the kids needed to be fed and clothed. You gave the kids to the one with the job, and this whole Kleptocracy of transfer payments was completely unneeded.

I've been asking my girl that for the past 10 years. Probably because I'm an amazing human being that rocks her world and makes her happier than any other man ever has. Also, if her love is that conditional, then you've got a whole host of other problems. Beta providers are not "good guys". Neither are alpha fuckers. There is no "good" or "bad" (morality) in the sexual equation. But there certainly are those "good" and "bad" at building and maintaining the amazing civilization we live in. You can maintain a sane sexual strategy while recognizing the value of those people to that society, and that societies value to you. You can also rationally comment on how those guys being disenfranchised has a real cost to society.

They're about 15-20 years old in the US. Yes, they suck just as bad as you thought. A real Sea Change in society too, especially the lower class. Instead of protecting victims of abuse, these laws simply empower a whole new class of abusers, and it has a SERIOUS ripple effect in society. Live life a little, you'll start to read the subtext better. Very few stalkers (of either gender) are good people, whether their chosen weapon is the power of the state or simply physically lashing out an escaping partner. When a woman adopts feminism her perception of male value decreases because she believes she is not reliant on men. Because Non Feminists feel that they are reliant on men, they will do more for men and thus hold more value. This is much more important than it seems at first. When you get divorced (and you will), you're going to split the marital assets 50/50. If you don't accept that, then don't get married. This is a myth. Women average a 70/30 split. This system favors those that hit first and women in general. If was just 50/50, it wouldn't be that big a deal. And long term alimony can easily by be more like 500% of your current assets.

It was to the evolutionary advantage of most men (excluding the top dogs) to have this arrangement where they were basically guaranteed a wife and a chance to reproduce. Few guarantees for men. It gave men Assortive Mating. That means a 7 man gets a 7 woman, a 6 gets a 6, a 5 a 5 etc. In polygamous societies (including modern soft polygamy) a guy that's a 10 gets 10...and a crowd of 9s and 8s. Both. One of my major problems is that I don't LIKE treating women badly. If someone treats me great, I love taking care of them like a princess. Unfortunately, that can make me safe and boring. No, not necessarily. Marriage is the ideal arrangement to have kids... Marriage WAS the ideal arrangement to have kids. Tldr don't get married to anyone who is not your financial equal... This is a terrible trope, I'm amazed this feminist conjob made it this far into the Redpill forum. Statistically, the splits are 70/30 (women are just much better at the victim/greviance game than men). And what does your "equal" partner usually do after getting married? Leave the workforce to go have kids, immediately going from equal to substantially below. Marrying your "equal" is just another hustle to make an unfair system …

With a single mother, you have an indirect method of making her happy if you have had a fight: spend time with her kid and make him/her happy and that will mend your relationship with the mother. That's one of the problems...why isn't SHE trying to make you happy after a fight?

The solution is for the beta males to form clubs, pool their resources, build their wealth, and cooperate with each other. This worked for hundreds of years. Then one day, someone convinced the beta males they had it too good for too long, and they had to sacrifice all these things so single moms wouldn't feel bad. These guys actually voted out the system that worked for them...and civilization.

However, if I hire a guy explicitly to look out for the welfare of my nation, he's going to be judged by how he looks after his nation. Because women are most (55%) of the electorate. They've also got greate "in group bias" than men...so women will for laws that favor women, and so will a lot of men. Tough to beat that.

Her other comments are frightening But there are men who want to wait (I know many personally). It's not because they don't like or want sex, but because to them the value of waiting is greater than the benefit of having sex sooner. No, they want someone worth waiting for. They don't value waiting for something the dregs of society are banging out every weekend.

Something I never bought into with PUA was the desperation to pick up women. I will also admit that there is an inverse relationship between the sexual chemistry I've had with previous partners and the quality of human being/health of the non-sexual relationship. I do not feel that I sexually require a "bad" or "negative" man to be satisfied, but in my experience, those partners have had traits that coincide with what sparks sexual passion for me, even if they also have traits that are detrimental to the health of the relationship. When Rothfeld said Brown was excited to learn his girlfriend was pregnant, Roberts said, "He was excited, but there is no doubt he paid nothing during the pregnancy and nothing at the time of the birth, right, to support the child or the mother?" Rothfeld began to answe…

My friend had so many horror stories about the BPD chick he dated. I asked "How many years did you two date?" He answered "3 weeks".

How about classifying it as Child Abuse, and awarding custody to the parent that can allow the child contact with both parents?

If you can criminalize guys for losing their job, you can criminalize moms for not allowing visitation. However, I see your point, and given the track record of Family Law, only men would be getting jailed for this stuff. After all, without mommy, what would the child do?

A little historical note - before the draconian enforcement of child support laws, this was the primary method of visitation enforcement. You showed up for visitation with the money for the child, you gave her the money, she gave you child. Somehow, they found ways to make these visitation schedules work, and the children benefiteds from the Child Support money AND healthy realtionships with both parents.

OK, I think I misunderstood your point. Could you elaborate on it?

It's all cultural, in other words Nope, the local culture was strongly biased towards a fat fetish. The local fat fetish couldn't compete with healthier bodies when people were exposed to both.

Yes, and I'm sure your definition of "hot girl" was entirely subjective and didn't include exact breast size now did it? This post doesn't remotely make sense. He's describing what he finds attractive, there are few things in this world more subjective. And there are about 0% of men that will kick a beautiful woman out of bed because she doesn't have an exact breast size.

This was a woozle lie produced by desperate fatties. They found an old Marilyn Monroe dress resized to fit on a larger mannequin for display, and extrapolated that she was a size 10...against the blatant evidence of all our eyes. It shows how far this bullshit has gotten when they say this stuff you KNOW is a lie with a casual glance, and nobody questions it. "Are you going to believe me or your lying eyes!"

Hey, there are outliers that are attracted to children and the elderly too, that's why I wrote "almost any place". In fact, even in Mauretania, thin was back in until a string of Al Quaeda attacks and a military coup. "Until recently, it appeared that force-feeding and the big-is-beautiful ethos were dying out. Although leblouh has never been outlawed in this Islamic republic, in 2003 the government started a campaign to fight child abuse and raise awareness of the health risks of obesity. Moreo…

No, I expect them to have a healthy low BMI if they want to be attractive. LOL at this "Dangerously low BMI" nonsense. The diseases assoociated with obesity have thousands of times the bodycount of anorexia.

In many respects, women's prison is harder than men's. This is a generally accepted fact amongst the 'ex-con' community. Are you from outside the US? The rape culture in US prison's makes that an unlikely statement here.

Anyone got a link for the OKcupid study. They showed pictures of the opposite sex to men and women. The men's rating had a normal distribution,, the women rated the majority of men as below average.

Erotica from the turn of the 19th century tend to feature much curvier women than their modern equivalent. Women’s preferences may be just as influenced by the culture in which they grow up. Much? Reuben was an outlier, even in his day. Obesity was rarely sexy then either. You could take a squad of Victoria Secret models to almost any place in any era, and they would still be 9s and 10s.
