You have to in most places in my country. You need to "reserve" the table in more tame yet elegant places or you need to pay the ticket for the wild clubs ( the price is small, but you also need to drive to that place). I don't care about rejection "hurting" , I want to know about efficiency. Would I be better served by just doing online dating or going out. Which would yield better outcome in terms of getting girls to begin with + the amount of girls.

They don't use ELO per se, but some other type of rating system is still a system where people are classified into groups. Why would someone suddenly get unattractive looking people after a week of getting offered many attractive ones. It seems that there is some kind of rating system there. Not ELO but something that put people in categories.

Yeah, it's a random dude who I give zero fucks about. It she cheats on him, it's her decision. Many dudes say that they don't do it cause they wouldn't like if it happened to them. However, I never cared if anyone hits on my girl, it's on her if she cheats not on the guy who tries.
