I was out of the community when I started seeing this. I sold cars for a while. Every day it was the same thing. Everyone role playing and droning on about “they’ll say this, so you gotta say this”. Same things that chased me away from PUA. I was always better at just talking until people trusted and liked me. Basically, the natural approach.

It does get frustrating regardless. I have a compressed spine. Nothing major. Minor back pain and weakness in my legs and knees. I’ve started doing stretching and yoga moves for relief. I’ve had issues for years before figuring it out. I know it’s not going to be better overnight. But, I get more and more antsy everyday it improves a bit. I want it fixed now, but real life doesn’t work that way.

No, it’s not that. It was just an evolution for me. I quickly found my way to the more natural methods of PUA, before eventually just feeling like I had it handled, and didn’t need the forums anymore. I still come here and post occasionally though.

I’m surprised there aren’t more PUA podcasts. I know about Art of Charm. I think David Wygant did one for a while. I listened to Tucker Max’s, which I loved, although it wasn’t really PUA. I haven’t been active in PUA in over a decade, but that’d be a giant step backwards for the community as a whole. Last I saw, the community shifted to a much more natural approach. Less about the execute Plan XG-2 to move target stuff that MM incorporated. Less pro-wrestling gimmick to being a better version of yourself. Maybe the pendulum swung back.
