I'm 6'4 so I get this a lot. My response depends on my mood and the way they said it. I normally just treat it as a compliment and say "Well thank you, you're very observant aren't you?" With a big smirk on your face.

If I feel like the girl is more of a challenge I will say

"Yeah, you're too short for me" or something along those lines, still with a flirty, smirky vibe

As an aside height is the only human attribute that people feel free to comment upon. If you are short, fat, thin, have three eyes, whatever, nobody will comment upon it

"Wow you're very observational" with a light sarcastic tone sould work

I am 6'5'' and get similar interactions. When girls ask me how tall I am, I usually respond with "how much do you weigh" and a smirk... Seems to work
